Maruti Suzuki has launched AMT versions of the Swift and Dzire CNGs. Introductory prices of the Swift CNG AMT and Dzire CNG AMT are Rs 7.92 lakh and Rs 8.53 lakh, respectively. This is the first time that the brand is offering the convenience of an automatic with the low running costs of a CNG powertrain. Maruti becomes the second brand to provide AMT gearboxes with CNG-powered models; Tata Motors was the first to introduce the powertrain combo on select models in its lineup.

  1. CNG versions get a 55-litre tank in the boot and retain a spare wheel 
  2. CNG AMT versions get higher claimed mileage than manual variants. 

Maruti Suzuki Swift CNG AMT, Dzire CNG AMT: Additional info 

AMT versions of the Swift and Dzire CNGs are powered by the same Z12E, 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder engine as their manual versions. Both come with a 55-litre (water-equivalent) CNG tank. In CNG mode, both produce 70hp and 102Nm, with the AMT gearbox being a 5-speed unit.  

The Swift CNG AMT has a claimed mileage of 35.34km/kg which is 2.49km/kg more than its manual version. At 36.47km/kg, the Dzire CNG AMT’s claimed efficiency is 2.74km/kg more than the manual variant. Like their manual counterparts, both models come with retuned suspension to handle the extra weight of the CNG tank, a CNG fuel level indicator, and a fuel switch.

The Swift CNG AMT is available on its VXi, VXi(O) and ZXi trims, while the Dzire offers the powertrain combo with its VXi and ZXi trims. The Swift and Dzire CNG AMTs rival the Tata Tiago and Tata Tigor CNG AMTs. Unlike the Tata models that come with a dual-cylinder setup for their CNG-powered models, Maruti has chosen to fit a single large tank instead, thus boot space is very limited in the Swift and Dzire CNGs.

Tata Motors ने Sierra Legend Series के पांच नए वेरिएंट लॉन्च किए हैं। यह ब्रांड अपनी SUV रेंज में ज्यादा कंफर्ट, टेक्नोलॉजी और सेफ्टी वाले फीचर्स लेकर आया है, जिसकी शुरुआती कीमत ₹11.99 लाख (एक्स-शोरूम) है। यह अपडेट मुख्य रूप से इक्विपमेंट पर फोकस्ड है, जिसमें लेदरेट इंटीरियर, बड़ी इंफोटेनमेंट स्क्रीन, वेंटिलेटेड सीटें, पैनोरमिक सनरूफ और 360-डिग्री कैमरा जैसे फीचर्स अलग-अलग वेरिएंट में दिए गए हैं। इसके अलावा, Sierra में पहले की तरह पेट्रोल और डीजल इंजन और मैनुअल व ऑटोमैटिक ट्रांसमिशन का विकल्प मिलता रहेगा। Legend Series की कीमतें इंजन, ट्रांसमिशन और वेरिएंट के आधार पर ₹19.49 लाख (एक्स-शोरूम) तक जाती हैं। यहां बताया गया है कि हर वर्जन में क्या-क्या मिलता है और कीमतों में क्या अंतर है।

Tata Sierra Legend Series: नया क्या है?

Sierra Legend Series में 5 वेरिएंट आते हैं: Smart + L, Pure L, Pure L (O), Pure + L और Adventure + L। कंपनी ने Sierra के बेस पैकेज में कोई बड़ा बदलाव नहीं किया है। इसके बजाय, Tata Motors ने अलग-अलग कीमत वाले वेरिएंट में कुछ नए फीचर्स और सुविधाएं जोड़ी हैं।

इस सीरीज की शुरुआत Smart + L वेरिएंट से होती है, जिसकी कीमत 11.99 लाख रुपये (एक्स-शोरूम) है। इसमें लेदरेट सीट्स, डोर ट्रिम्स और आर्मरेस्ट दिए गए हैं। इसके अलावा, स्टीयरिंग-माउंटेड कंट्रोल्स, ऑटो-फोल्डिंग ORVMs और पैसिव एंट्री व पैसिव स्टार्ट जैसे फीचर्स भी मिलते हैं।

इस वेरिएंट में Bi-LED प्रोजेक्टर हेडलैंप्स, 6 एयरबैग्स, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक पार्किंग ब्रेक और 20 से ज्यादा फंक्शन वाला इलेक्ट्रॉनिक स्टेबिलिटी प्रोग्राम (ESP) भी दिया गया है।

Pure L में बड़ी इंफोटेनमेंट स्क्रीन और अलॉय व्हील्स

Pure L वेरिएंट की कीमत 13.79 लाख रुपये (एक्स-शोरूम) है। इसमें 10.24 इंच की टचस्क्रीन इंफोटेनमेंट स्क्रीन के साथ 8-स्पीकर ऑडियो सिस्टम दिया गया है। इसमें वायरलेस Android Auto और Apple CarPlay का सपोर्ट भी मिलता है। इसके अलावा, इस वेरिएंट में क्रूज कंट्रोल, हिल डिसेंट कंट्रोल, टायर प्रेशर मॉनिटरिंग सिस्टम और 17 इंच के अलॉय व्हील्स दिए गए हैं।

वहीं, Pure L (O) वेरिएंट की कीमत 14.29 लाख रुपये (एक्स-शोरूम) है। इसमें Panoramax वॉयस-असिस्टेड पैनोरमिक सनरूफ मिलता है। इस वेरिएंट में ऑटोमैटिक हेडलैंप्स और रेन-सेंसिंग वाइपर्स भी दिए गए हैं।

Pure + L में वेंटिलेटेड सीट्स की सुविधा

Pure + L वेरिएंट की कीमत 14.99 लाख रुपये (एक्स-शोरूम) है। इसमें खासतौर पर आगे की सीटों के आराम पर ध्यान दिया गया है। इसमें वेंटिलेटेड फ्रंट सीट्स और थाई-सपोर्ट एक्सटेंडर के साथ 6-वे पावर्ड ड्राइवर सीट दी गई है। इसके अलावा, इसमें Boss Mode, डुअल-जोन फुली ऑटोमैटिक क्लाइमेट कंट्रोल और पीछे की तरफ 65W के दो USB-C फास्ट चार्जिंग पोर्ट भी मिलते हैं।

Adventure + L में 360 डिग्री कैमरा

Legend Series का सबसे ऊपर वाला वेरिएंट Adventure + L है, जिसकी कीमत 16.99 लाख रुपये (एक्स-शोरूम) है। इसमें 4Sight के साथ 360 डिग्री HD Surround View System दिया गया है। इसके अलावा, Superglide Suspension with FDD, अलग-अलग Terrain Modes, 31.24 सेमी की टचस्क्रीन और नेविगेशन के साथ 26.03 सेमी का डिजिटल कॉकपिट मिलता है।

इस वेरिएंट में फ्रंट पार्किंग सेंसर, एम्बिएंट लाइटिंग, दो स्टेज में रिक्लाइन होने वाली रियर सीट, वायरलेस चार्जिंग और कूल्ड ग्लवबॉक्स जैसे फीचर्स भी दिए गए हैं।

Tata Sierra Legend Series: कीमत और इंजन

Tata Sierra Legend Series में पहले की तरह तीन इंजन का विकल्प मिलता है। इसमें 1.5-लीटर Hyperion TGDi पेट्रोल, 1.5-लीटर Revotron पेट्रोल और 1.5-लीटर Kryojet डीजल इंजन शामिल हैं। इसमें मैनुअल और ऑटोमैटिक दोनों ट्रांसमिशन के विकल्प मिलते हैं। हालांकि, किस वेरिएंट में कौन सा इंजन और ट्रांसमिशन मिलेगा, यह अलग-अलग हो सकता है। Legend Series की कीमत 19.49 लाख रुपये (एक्स-शोरूम) तक जाती है।

इस सीरीज में सबसे बड़ा बदलाव इंजन या मैकेनिकल सेटअप में नहीं किया गया है। कंपनी ने Sierra के अलग-अलग वेरिएंट में केबिन, टेक्नोलॉजी और रोजमर्रा के इस्तेमाल से जुड़े फीचर्स को ज्यादा बेहतर तरीके से जोड़ा है।

FII Selling: FII की बिकवाली नहीं रुक रही! बाजार चढ़ा, फिर भी ₹3209 करोड़ के शेयर बेचे

FII Selling: विदेशी संस्थागत निवेशकों यानी FIIs ने गुरुवार को भारतीय शेयर बाजार में ₹3,208.76 करोड़ की नेट बिकवाली की। खास बात यह है कि बिकवाली तब बढ़ी, जब निफ्टी लगातार दूसरे दिन बढ़त में बंद हुआ।

एक्सचेंज के प्रोविजनल आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, FIIs ने ₹8,761.71 करोड़ के शेयर खरीदे। वहीं, ₹11,970.47 करोड़ के शेयर बेचे। बुधवार को FIIs की नेट बिकवाली ₹2,032.61 करोड़ थी। यानी एक दिन में बिकवाली काफी बढ़ गई।

इसके उलट घरेलू संस्थागत निवेशक यानी DIIs नेट खरीदार रहे। उन्होंने ₹14,105.01 करोड़ के शेयर खरीदे और ₹10,487.26 करोड़ के शेयर बेचे। इस तरह उनकी नेट खरीदारी ₹3,617.75 करोड़ रही। हालांकि, यह बुधवार के ₹3,908.23 करोड़ से कम है।

निफ्टी चढ़ा, सेंसेक्स गिरा

गुरुवार को शेयर बाजार में मिला-जुला कारोबार रहा। Nifty 53 अंक बढ़कर 23,271 पर बंद हुआ। यह निफ्टी की लगातार दूसरी बढ़त है। वहीं, Sensex 22 अंक गिरकर 74,315 पर बंद हुआ।

Nifty Bank में कमजोरी रही। इंडेक्स 237 अंक गिरकर 56,056 पर आ गया। दूसरी ओर, Nifty Midcap में अच्छी तेजी रही। यह 558 अंक बढ़कर 61,432 पर बंद हुआ।

Tata Group के शेयर चढ़े

Nifty के 35 शेयर बढ़त में बंद हुए। इंश्योरेंस कंपनियों के शेयरों में खास तौर पर खरीदारी दिखी। Tata Group के शेयर भी चढ़े। N Chandrasekaran के Tata Sons के चेयरमैन पद पर दोबारा नियुक्त होने की खबर से इन शेयरों में तेजी आई। Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles भी टॉप गेनर्स में रहा।

त्योहारी सीजन से पहले ऑटो शेयरों में भी खरीदारी रही। Maruti Suzuki और TVS Motor करीब 2% चढ़े।

ONGC समेत इन शेयरों में गिरावट

कच्चे तेल की कीमतों में कमजोरी का असर ऑयल कंपनियों पर दिखा। ONGC करीब 2% गिरा और Nifty का सबसे बड़ा लूजर रहा।

PB Fintech में 4% की गिरावट आई। इससे बुधवार की तेजी का करीब आधा हिस्सा वापस चला गया। Federal Bank भी 2% गिरा। वहीं, कॉरपोरेट अनाउंसमेंट की उम्मीद में Jana Small Finance Bank 2% चढ़ा।

सेमीकंडक्टर शेयरों में खरीदारी

सेमीकंडक्टर से जुड़े शेयरों में अच्छी खरीदारी दिखी। Kaynes Technology, Hitachi Energy India और CG Power में 3% से ज्यादा की तेजी रही।

रुपया थोड़ा मजबूत हुआ

भारतीय रुपया गुरुवार को डॉलर के मुकाबले थोड़ा मजबूत हुआ। यह ₹95.93 प्रति डॉलर पर बंद हुआ। बुधवार को रुपया ₹95.96 प्रति डॉलर पर था।

Tata Motors has revealed offers on its combustion-powered cars for September 2026. The highest benefits are available on the Curvv, followed by the Nexon. There are offers on the Altroz, Harrier, Sierra, Sierra, Tigor, and pre-2026 Tiago stock available at some dealerships. These offers will provide some relief from the price hike introduced by the carmaker earlier this month.

Up to Rs 1.25 lakh

Just like last month, The Tata Curvv is available with offers of up to Rs 1.25 lakh in September. Tata recently rejigged the Curvv’s variant line-up by introducing more features in entry-level and mid-spec trims.

Next, the Tata Nexon is available with offers of up to Rs 75,000. For petrol-manual trims – Smart+, Smart+S, Pure, Pure S, Pure+, Pure+ S and Pure+ PS – the offers include a discount of Rs 10,000, an intervention offer of Rs 45,000 and a scrappage benefit of Rs 20,000. Other petrol trims of the compact SUV get up to Rs 55,000, comprising a discount of Rs 10,000, intervention offer of Rs 25,000 and scrappage benefit of Rs 20,000.

Passenger vehicle retail sales rose 16.14 percent year on year (YoY) in August 2026, with 4,02,398 units sold. Sales, however, declined 3.40 percent compared with July. Maruti Suzuki remained the market leader, while Tata Motors, Mahindra and Hyundai retained the next three positions.

Here is a look at the top 10 passenger vehicle manufacturers by retail sales in August 2026, according to data from the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA).

Sales: 1,65,200 units | Change: up 22.83 percent YoY

Maruti Suzuki continued to lead the passenger vehicle retail market in August 2026, with 1,65,200 units sold, up 22.83 percent from 1,34,494 units in August 2025. Its market share increased to 41.05 percent, from 38.82 percent a year earlier. Maruti remained well ahead of the other carmakers, with its August sales more than twice those of Tata Motors in second place.

Sales: 57,841 units | Change: up 40.49 percent YoY

Tata Motors retained second place with 57,841 units sold in August 2026, up 40.49 percent from 41,170 units a year earlier. Its market share increased to 14.37 percent, compared with 11.88 percent in August 2025. Tata also recorded the highest year-on-year growth among the top four carmakers.

Mahindra

Sales: 50,245 units | Change: up 6.41 percent YoY

Mahindra remained in third place with 50,245 units, registering a 6.41 percent increase over the 47,220 units sold in August 2025. Its market share stood at 12.49 percent, down from 13.63 percent a year earlier. During the month, Mahindra launched the updated Scorpio N and BE 6 Sporteq and also introduced its Battery-as-a-Service option for the XEV 9e and XEV 9S.

Hyundai

Sales: 46,987 units | Change: up 4.84 percent YoY

Hyundai held fourth place with 46,987 units sold, up 4.84 percent from 44,818 units in August 2025. Its market share stood at 11.68 percent, compared with 12.94 percent a year earlier. Hyundai has also introduced an assured buyback programme for the Creta Electric and announced a price hike of up to 1 percent from September 2026.

Toyota

Sales: 24,856 units | Change: down 9.94 percent YoY

Toyota retained fifth place with 24,856 units, down 9.94 percent from 27,600 units in August 2025. Its market share fell to 6.18 percent, from 7.97 percent a year earlier. Toyota remained ahead of Kia in retail sales, although the gap between the two narrowed to 1,485 units.

Kia

Sales: 23,371 units | Change: up 17.60 percent YoY

Kia recorded 23,371 units in August 2026, an increase of 17.60 percent over the 19,873 units sold in the same month last year. Its market share rose marginally to 5.81 percent, from 5.74 percent in August 2025. The Seltos and Sonet continued to account for a large share of volumes, while the newly launched Syros EV also contributed to the performance.

Skoda Volkswagen 

Sales: 7,469 units | Change: down 17.64 percent YoY

The Skoda Volkswagen Group ranked seventh with 7,469 units sold in August, down 17.64 percent from 9,069 units a year earlier. Its market share stood at 1.86 percent, compared with 2.62 percent in August 2025. The FADA figure combines the retail sales of the group’s brands, including Skoda, Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Lamborghini and Bentley.

MG 

Sales: 5,784 units | Change: down 13.01 percent YoY

MG recorded 5,784 units in August 2026, down 13.01 percent from 6,649 units in August 2025. Its market share declined to 1.44 percent, from 1.92 percent a year earlier. The company launched the Hector Tomahawk in both EV and PHEV forms during the month. Bookings for both versions are open, while deliveries of the Tomahawk EV are scheduled to begin in September. Test drives and deliveries for the PHEV are scheduled to start in November.

Honda 

Sales: 4,968 units | Change: up 12.37 percent YoY

Honda sold 4,968 units in August, up 12.37 percent from 4,421 units in August 2025. Its market share stood at 1.23 percent, compared with 1.28 percent a year earlier. Honda remained ninth among the top 10 carmakers, despite its market share declining slightly year on year. Its retail sales were also down 14.67 percent from July.

Renault

Sales: 3,275 units | Change: up 25.10 percent YoY

Renault completed the top 10 with 3,275 units in August, up 25.10 percent from 2,618 units a year earlier. Its market share increased to 0.81 percent, from 0.76 percent in August 2025. Renault recorded the second-highest YoY growth among the top 10 carmakers, behind Tata Motors. The increase comes as the Duster made its return to Renault’s India line-up, adding a new model to its existing range. Retail sales were down 6.56 percent from July.

CNG, hybrid and EVs overtake petrol in August

The passenger vehicle fuel mix also saw a change in August. CNG, hybrids and EVs together accounted for 41.95 percent of retail sales, exceeding the 40.85 percent share of petrol for the first time. CNG accounted for 25.28 percent of sales, followed by diesel at 17.21 percent, hybrids at 9.04 percent and EVs at 7.63 percent.

In August 2025, petrol accounted for 46.37 percent of PV retail sales, while CNG, hybrid and EV shares stood at 21.47 percent, 7.96 percent and 5.83 percent, respectively.

Benefits of up to Rs 2.75 lakh

Tata’s current flagship electric car, the Harrier EV, can be purchased with maximum benefits of Rs 2.75 lakh for the mid-spec Fearless and top-spec Empowered trim levels. These include an intervention offer of Rs 1 lakh, an exchange/scrappage bonus of up to Rs 75,000 and a loyalty incentive of up to Rs 1 lakh. Meanwhile, the lower-spec Adventure trim of the Harrier EV is available with a reduced intervention offer of Rs 75,000, bringing its total benefits to Rs 2.5 lakh. The Harrier EV is priced in the Rs 21.79 lakh-29.79 lakh range, excluding premiums for cosmetic packages.

However, the base Curvv EV Creative variant (pre-SeriesX) gets a lower Rs 2.5 lakh cash discount, lowering the total savings to Rs 2.85 lakh. The Curvv’s current SeriesX variants come with a maximum benefit of Rs 65,000, courtesy of an exchange/scrappage offer of up to Rs 35,000 and a Rs 30,000 loyalty bonus. Prices for the Curvv EV range from Rs 17.19 lakh to Rs 19.39 lakh.

Benefits of up to Rs 45,000

All variants of the Nexon EV are available with benefits of up to Rs 45,000 this month. These comprise a cash discount of Rs 10,000 and an exchange/scrappage bonus of up to Rs 35,000. The Nexon EV price starts at Rs 12.49 lakh and tops out at Rs 17.69 lakh, excluding premiums for cosmetic packages.

Long Range (35kWh) variants of the pre-facelift Punch EV are being offered with benefits of up to Rs 1.45 lakh, including a Rs 1.1 lakh cash discount and an exchange/scrappage bonus of up to Rs 35,000. Medium Range (25kWh) variants, on the other hand, get a lower cash discount of Rs 90,000, which works out to a benefit of Rs 1.25 lakh. Lastly, the base Smart variant is available with a Rs 60,000 cash discount, so the total benefit for it adds up to Rs 95,000. The facelifted Punch EV is not available with any discounts in September.

Pre-facelift Tata Tiago EV front quarter

Like the Punch EV, the pre-facelift Tiago EV can be purchased with maximum benefits of Rs 1.45 lakh for the mid-spec XT Long Range (24kWh) variant. These comprise a Rs 70,000 cash discount, a Rs 50,000 intervention offer and an exchange/scrappage bonus of up to Rs 25,000. The higher-spec XZ+ Long Range variant instead gets a Rs 1 lakh cash discount but no intervention offer, amounting to total benefits of Rs 1.25 lakh. Lastly, all Medium Range (19kWh) variants are available with a Rs 40,000 cash discount, translating to combined benefits of Rs 65,000.

टाटा मोटर्स की सब्सिडियरी टीएमएल होल्डिंग्स बीवी ने इवेको ग्रुप के सभी मौजूदा कॉमन शेयरों को खरीदने के लिए वालंटरी टेंडर ऑफर दिया है। इसके लिए कंपनी हर शेयर पर 14.10 यूरो ऑफर कर रही है और इस भाव पर इवेको ग्रुप की वैल्यू 382 करोड़ यूरो है। इस खरीदारी के लिए टाटा मोटर्स की सब्सिडियरी ने मॉर्गन स्टैनले और एमयूएफजी बैंक से फंडिंग का इंतजाम किया है। टेंडर ऑफर 7 सितंबर को खुलेगा और 26 अक्टूबर, 2026 तक खुला रहेगा।

महाराष्ट्र स्टेट इलेक्ट्रिसिटी ट्रांसमिशन कंपनी (MSETCL) ने मझगांव डॉक शिपबिल्डर्स को ₹118 करोड़ का परचेज ऑर्डर दिया है। यह ऑर्डर पांच सब-स्टेशनों के लिए AI-बेस्ड कॉम्प्रिहेंसिव इन्फ्रा-सिक्योर प्रोजेक्ट की सप्लाई, इंस्टॉलेशन और कमीशनिंग के लिए है।

Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL)

रेल विकास को SJVN थर्मल से ₹903 करोड़ का एक ऑर्डर मिला है। यह ऑर्डर 1,320 MW बक्सर थर्मल पावर प्रोजेक्ट (BTPP) के फेज III के तहत है। इसमें प्लांट की बाउंड्री से लेकर बिहार के बक्सर में चौसा और पावनी कामरपुर तक ट्रैक के जरिए एरियल कनेक्शन के साथ एक परमानेंट साइडिंग बनाना है यानी कि पावर प्लांट तक कोयला या सामान की आवाजाही के लिए रेलवे कनेक्टिविटी तैयार करनी है।

प्राइम फोकस के बोर्ड ने इक्विटी शेयर या डेट सिक्योरिटीज जारी करके ₹3,000 करोड़ तक फंड जुटाने के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी है।

लेमन ट्री होटल्स ने लेमन ट्री होटल, बोधगया और कीज सेलेक्ट बाय लेमन ट्री होटल्स, बोधगया को लेकर दो लाइसेंस एग्रीमेंट किए हैं। दोनों प्रॉपर्टीज का मैनेजमेंट कंपनी की सब्सिडियरी कार्नेशन होटल्स संभालेगी। लेमन ट्री होटल, बोधगया में 75 कमरे होंगे, तो कीज सेलेक्ट बाय लेमन ट्री होटल्स, बोधगया में 70 कमरे होंगे।

अमेरिका दवा नियामक एफडीए से लुपिन को मोडाफिनिल टैबलेट यूएसपी (100 एमजी और 200 एमजी) के लिए मंजूरी मिल गई है। ये टैबलेट नुवो फार्मा (आयरलैंड) डीएसी की RLD (रेफरेंस लिस्टेड ड्र) प्रोविजिल (Provigil) के बायो-इक्विवेलेंट हैं। यह दवा वयस्कों में नार्कोलेप्सी, ऑब्सट्रक्टिव स्लीप एपनिया (OSA) या शिफ्ट वर्क डिसऑर्डर (SWD) के कारण बहुत अधिक नींद के इलाज के लिए है। IQVIA MAT के जुलाई 2026 डेटा के अनुसार अमेरिका में मोडाफिनिल टैबलेट की अनुमानित सालाना बिक्री $7.07 करोड़ थी।

ब्रिगेड ग्रुप ने हैदराबाद के नियोपोलिस में ब्रिगेड बार्सिलोना लॉन्च करने का ऐलान किया है। यह प्रीमियम रेजिडेंशियल प्रोजेक्ट कुल 4.04 एकड़ जमीन पर फैला है और इससे ₹2,700 करोड़ से अधिक का रेवेन्यू मिलने का अनुमान है।

नावा ने रूटीन इंस्पेक्शन, मेंटेनेंस और ओवरहॉलिंग के काम के लिए अपनी दो 60 MW IPP यूनिट्स में से एक को 6 सितंबर से कुछ समय के लिए बंद करने की योजना बनाई है। यह शटडाउन लगभग 55-60 दिनों तक चल सकता है और कंपनी को उम्मीद है कि इस शटडाउन से उसके कारोबार को खास झटका नहीं लगेगा।

बीएनपी परिबास फाइनेंशियल मार्केट्स ने ₹491.99 करोड़ में स्विगी के 1.78 करोड़ शेयर खरीदे तो गोल्डमैन सैक्स इन्वेस्टमेंट्स मॉरीशस I ने ₹549.01 करोड़ में 1.98 करोड़ शेयर खरीदे। इन दोनों ट्रांजैक्शन से कुल 1.36% हिस्सेदारी का लेन-देन प्रति शेयर ₹276.10 के भाव पर हुआ।

The Society of India Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) elected Shenu Agarwal, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Ashok Leyland, as President for the 2026-27 term. SIAM is the apex national body representing all major vehicle and vehicular engine manufacturers in India. The decision was finalised at an executive committee meeting during the 2026 SIAM Annual Convention on Thursday.

Tata Motors has introduced the Curvv Series X, with prices ranging from Rs 9.9 lakh to Rs 18.5 lakh (ex-showroom). The new range gets a reshuffled variant lineup, with features from higher variants moved to lower and mid-spec versions. Tata has also expanded the availability of the #DARK edition across the range, while the powertrain remains unchanged.

The Smart X is the most affordable variant in the lineup, priced Rs 14,000 higher than the previous base trim. The petrol-diesel price gap has been reduced to Rs 1.3 lakh from Rs 1.5 lakh previously, while the premium for the automatic gearbox has also come down to Rs 1.3 lakh from Rs 1.5 lakh.

Tata Curvv Series X interior and features

The Curvv Series X gets a 10.25-inch infotainment screen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, automatic climate control, cruise control and a rear-view camera. It also gets a 10.25-inch digital cockpit, smart key with push-button start, front and rear USB ports, Wi-Fi connectivity and multiple drive modes.

The cabin gets a lighter interior theme with leatherette upholstery and leatherette finishes on the steering wheel, gear-shift knob and centre-console armrest. Rear passengers get dedicated AC vents, a rear armrest and reclining rear seats. The front seat-back is 10mm slimmer, while the rear seat has been moved 20mm rearwards and 10mm lower.

Other features include a panoramic sunroof, 360-degree 3D surround-view camera with a blind-view monitor, front parking assist, rain-sensing wipers and automatic headlamps. Safety equipment includes six airbags, ESP, hill-hold control, ABS with EBD and rear parking sensors.

Tata Curvv Series X exterior

The Curvv Series X retains the SUV-coupe design of the existing model, with flush door handles, an illuminated four-spoke steering wheel, LED headlamps, DRLs and tail-lamps, and a rear spoiler. The Series X gets a black grille treatment in place of the earlier chrome finish. The #DARK edition is now available from lower down the range, with a blacked-out exterior and Obsidian-themed interior. It gets 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, while higher versions offer 18-inchers.

Tata Curvv Series X powertrain 

The Curvv Series X continues with three engine options: a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol producing 120hp and 170Nm, a 1.2-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol producing 125hp and 225Nm, and a 1.5-litre diesel producing 118hp and 260Nm.

The 1.2-litre turbo-petrol and 1.5-litre diesel are available with a 6-speed manual and 7-speed dual-clutch automatic, while the 1.2-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol is exclusive to the top-spec Accomplished X+ and is paired with the 7-speed DCA.
