Emcure Pharma Q1 Results: नमिता थापर की कंपनी का मुनाफा 42% बढ़ा, रेवेन्यू रहा 23% ज्यादा

एमक्योर फार्मा का अप्रैल-जून 2026 तिमाही में शुद्ध कंसोलिडेटेड मुनाफा सालाना आधार पर 42 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 293.98 करोड़ रुपये हो गया। एक साल पहले मुनाफा 206.95 करोड़ रुपये था। ऑपरेशंस से कंसोलिडेटेड रेवेन्यू लगभग 23 प्रतिशत की बढ़ोतरी के साथ 2,580.45 करोड़ रुपये रहा, जो जून 2025 तिमाही में 2,100.54 करोड़ रुपये था। कंपनी ने शेयर बाजारों को बताया है कि जून 2026 तिमाही में उसके कुल खर्च 2,188.99 करोड़ रुपये के रहे, जबकि एक साल पहले खर्च 1,809.97 करोड़ रुपये के थे।

एमक्योर फार्मास्यूटिकल्स लिमिटेड का नाता शार्क टैंक इंडिया में जज के तौर पर दिख चुकीं नमिता थापर से है। वह इसमें होल टाइम डायरेक्टर हैं। नमिता के पिता सतीश रमनलाल मेहता कंपनी के फाउंडर, CEO और मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर हैं। जून 2026 तिमाही में कंपनी का EBITDA एक साल पहले से 27.8 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 532.5 करोड़ रुपये हो गया। EBITDA मार्जिन भी बढ़कर 20.6 प्रतिशत पर पहुंच गया।

कंपनी का कहना है कि जून 2026 तिमाही के दौरान उसका देश के अंदर कारोबार 10.2 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 1,095.3 करोड़ रुपये हो गया। वहीं अंतरराष्ट्रीय कारोबार 34.2 प्रतिशत की बढ़ोतरी के साथ 1,485.1 करोड़ रुपये का रहा।

Emcure Pharma का शेयर लाल निशान में बंद

एमक्योर फार्मा जुलाई 2024 में शेयर बाजार में लिस्ट हुई थी। इसका IPO 1,952.03 करोड़ रुपये का रहा था। कंपनी का शेयर 6 अगस्त को BSE पर 1 प्रतिशत गिरावट के साथ 1936.10 रुपये पर बंद हुआ। कंपनी का मार्केट कैप 36700 करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा है। शेयर की फेस वैल्यू 10 रुपये है। यह BSE 500 इंडेक्स का हिस्सा है। शेयर 6 महीनों में 28 प्रतिशत और एक साल में 36 प्रतिशत मजबूत हुआ है। 2 साल में कीमत लगभग 50 प्रतिशत बढ़ी है।

45वीं सालाना आम बैठक 21 सितंबर को

एमक्योर फार्मा की 45वीं सालाना आम बैठक 21 सितंबर 2026 को होने वाली है। इस मीटिंग में वित्त वर्ष 2026 के लिए घोषित किए जा चुके 3.60 रुपये प्रति शेयर के फाइनल डिविडेंड पर शेयरहोल्डर्स की मंजूरी भी ली जाएगी। मंजूरी मिलने पर 30 दिनों के अंदर डिविडेंड का पेमेंट कर दिया जाएगा। इस डिविडेंड के लिए रिकॉर्ड डेट 4 सितंबर है। इस तारीख तक जिन लोगों के नाम शेयरों के लाभार्थी मालिकों के तौर पर रजिस्टर ऑफ मेंबर्स ऑफ द कंपनी या डिपॉजिटरीज के रिकॉर्ड्स में दर्ज होंगे, वे डिविडेंड के हकदार होंगे।

INDvsSL टेस्ट सीरीज से पहले अमूमन मेजबान टीमें मेहमान टीमों को अभ्यास मैच में वह स्थिति या पिच नहीं देती है जो मुख्य मैच में होती है। यह किसी भी मेजबान टीम की रणनीति का हिस्सा होता है। हालांकि पिच मुख्य मैच से थोड़ी बहुत मिलती जुलती है।

लेकिन श्रीलंका क्रिकेट ने मुख्य मैच से इतर स्पिन मुफीद पिच ना देकर अभ्यास मैच में भारत के खिलाफ घसियाली पिच देकर एक नया विवाद खड़ा कर लिया है। भारतीय टीम श्रीलंका आते साथ ही इस बात पर नाराज हो गई है। इस विवाद पर श्रीलंका क्रिकेट बोर्ड ने सफाई दी है कि पिच पर भले ही घास हो लेकिन पिच बल्लेबाजी के लिए मुफीद है।

Maruti Suzuki is offering discounts across much of its Arena line-up, including the Victoris, Swift, Wagon R, Alto K10, Celerio, S-Presso and Eeco, in August 2026. The highest benefits are available on the Victoris, with savings of up to Rs 1.35 lakh. Up to Rs 1.35 lakh off

The Victoris strong hybrid attracts the highest benefits this month, with total discounts of up to Rs 1.35 lakh. These include a Rs 20,000 cash discount, an exchange bonus of up to Rs 75,000 or a Rs 45,000 scrappage bonus, a Rs 30,000 loyalty upgrade bonus and a Rs 10,000 institutional discount.

Petrol and CNG variants, meanwhile, are available with benefits of up to Rs 85,000. Both are eligible for an exchange bonus of up to Rs 55,000, while customers opting for the scrappage scheme can avail of benefits of up to Rs 25,000 on petrol variants and Rs 20,000 on CNG variants. These variants also receive a Rs 20,000 loyalty upgrade bonus and a Rs 10,000 institutional discount.

Priced between Rs 10.50 lakh and Rs 19.99 lakh, the Victoris rivals the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Tata Sierra and Honda Elevate.

Maruti Wagon R discounts in August 2026

Up to Rs 52,500 off

The Wagon R is available with benefits of up to Rs 52,500 across its petrol and CNG range. Buyers can avail of a Rs 25,000 cash discount, an exchange bonus of up to Rs 25,000 or a Rs 10,000 scrappage bonus, along with a Rs 2,500 institutional discount.

Priced between Rs 4.99 lakh and Rs 7.24 lakh, the Wagon R rivals the Tata Tiago and Citroen C3.

Maruti Alto K10 discounts in August 2026

Up to Rs 52,500 off

In the Alto K10 line-up, the LXi petrol variant gets the highest benefits of Rs 52,500, while other petrol variants are available with discounts of up to Rs 42,500. Benefits on CNG variants are capped at Rs 37,500.

Depending on the variant, buyers can avail of a cash discount of up to Rs 25,000, an exchange bonus of up to Rs 25,000 or a Rs 10,000 scrappage bonus, and a Rs 2,500 institutional discount. This rival to the Renault Kwid is priced between Rs 3.70 lakh and Rs 5.45 lakh.

Maruti Celerio discounts in August 2026

Up to Rs 42,500 off

Benefits of up to Rs 42,500 are available across the Celerio range this month. The offer includes a Rs 15,000 cash discount, an exchange bonus of up to Rs 25,000 or a Rs 10,000 scrappage bonus, along with a Rs 2,500 institutional discount. A rival to the Tata Tiago and Renault Kwid, the Celerio has a starting price of Rs 4.70 lakh and costs Rs 6.73 lakh for the top-spec variant.

Up to Rs 42,500 off

Petrol variants of the Eeco receive benefits of up to Rs 42,500, while CNG versions are eligible for discounts of up to Rs 32,500. Petrol models get a Rs 15,000 cash discount, whereas CNG variants receive Rs 5,000. Both are offered with an exchange bonus of up to Rs 25,000, along with a Rs 2,500 institutional discount. The Eeco is priced between Rs 5.23 lakh and Rs 6.41 lakh.

Maruti Swift discounts in August 2026

Up to Rs 40,000 off

Petrol variants of the Swift are available with benefits of up to Rs 40,000, including a Rs 10,000 cash discount, an exchange bonus of up to Rs 25,000 or a Rs 10,000 scrappage bonus, and a Rs 5,000 institutional discount. CNG variants receive lower benefits of up to Rs 30,000, as they are not eligible for a cash discount this month.

The Swift is priced between Rs 5.79 lakh and Rs 8.69 lakh and rivals the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios and Tata Tiago.

Maruti S-Presso discounts in August 2026

Up to Rs 37,500 off

All variants of the S-Presso are being offered with benefits of up to Rs 37,500. Buyers can avail of a Rs 10,000 cash discount, an exchange bonus of up to Rs 25,000 or a Rs 10,000 scrappage bonus, and a Rs 2,500 institutional discount. Maruti’s most affordable offering currently, the S-Presso is priced from Rs 3.50 lakh to Rs 5.25 lakh and rivals the Renault Kwid and its stablemate Alto K10.

अफ़ग़ानिस्तान के ख़िलाफ़ पहला ODI बारिश की भेंट चढ़ने के चलते आयरलैंड को अब अफ़्रीका में 2027 में होने वाले वनडे विश्व कप में प्रवेश पाने के लिए क्वालीफ़ायर टूर्नामेंट खेलना होगा। ब्रेडी में रद्द हुए मुक़़ाबले में टॉस भी नहीं हो पाया।

आयरलैंड इस समय पुरुष ODI रैंकिंग में 11वें स्थान पर है और उन्हें विश्व कप में सीधा प्रवेश पाने के लिए ज़िम्बाब्वे, वेस्टइंडीज़ और बांग्लादेश को पछाड़ना ज़रूरी था। हालांकि इसके लिए उन्हें 30 सितंबर की समयसीमा से पहले अफ़ग़ानिस्तान के ख़िलाफ़ 5-0 से क्लीन स्वीप करना था और उनके लिए यह भी ज़रूरी था कि वेस्टइंडीज़ भारत के ख़िलाफ़ दो ODI हारे।

आयरलैंड अब 10 टीमों वाले क्वालीफ़ायर टूर्नामेंट में हिस्सा लेगा जिसका विजेता विश्व कप में सीधा प्रवेश पाएगा। दूसरे, तीसरे और चौथे स्थान पर रहने वाली टीमें विश्व कप के पहले राउंड (सुपर सीरीज़) में खेलेंगी। इसमें शीर्ष पर रहने वाली टीम 12 टीम वाले मुख्य स्टेज में प्रवेश करेगी।

चैलेंज लीग में 12 टीमें खेलेंगी जिन्हें छह-छह के दो पूल में बांटा जाएगा और इस चक्र में हर टीम तीन राउंड-रॉबिन टूर्नामेंट खेलेंगी। दोनों पूल में शीर्ष दो पर रहने वाली टीमें विश्व कप क्वालीफ़ायर प्लेऑफ़ में प्रवेश करेंगी।

SBI म्यूचुअल फंड का बड़ा धमाका: कम जोखिम में ज्यादा रिटर्न के लिए नई SIF स्ट्रेटेजी लॉन्च, जानिए कितना करना होगा मिनिमम निवेश

SBI Mutual Fund New SIF Launch: देश के सबसे बड़े एसेट मैनेजर एसबीआई म्यूचुअल फंड ने अपने स्पेशलाइज्ड इन्वेस्टमेंट फंड (SIF) फ्रेमवर्क के तहत दूसरी इन्वेस्टमेंट स्ट्रेटेजी पेश की है। फंड हाउस ने ‘मैग्नम इक्विटी एक्स-टॉप 100 लॉन्ग शॉर्ट फंड’ लॉन्च किया है।

यह फंड मुख्य रूप से मार्केट कैप के आधार पर भारत की टॉप 100 कंपनियों के बाहर की कंपनियों में निवेश करेगा। साथ ही उतार-चढ़ाव और जोखिम को मैनेज करने के लिए डेरिवेटिव्स के जरिए सीमित शॉर्ट पोजिशन्स का इस्तेमाल करेगा।

NFO की प्रमुख तारीखें और बेंचमार्क

अगर आप एसबीआई म्यूचुअल फंड की इस नई स्ट्रेटेजी में निवेश करने का विचार कर रहे हैं, तो ये मुख्य तारीखें याद रखें:

पैसा कहां और कैसे निवेश करेगा यह फंड?

फंड हाउस के अनुसार, यह फंड अपनी कुल एसेट्स का बंटवारा इस तरह करेगा:

इक्विटी एलोकेशन: कुल एसेट्स का 65% से 100% हिस्सा टॉप-100 से बाहर की कंपनियों के शेयरों और इक्विटी-लिंक्ड इंस्ट्रूमेंट्स में लगाया जाएगा।

टॉप-100 कंपनियों में एक्सपोजर: जरूरत पड़ने पर 35% तक का हिस्सा टॉप-100 कंपनियों में लगाया जा सकता है।

डेट और अन्य विकल्प: 35% तक डेट और मनी मार्केट इंस्ट्रूमेंट्स में, 20% तक InvITs में और 35% तक गोल्ड-सिल्वर ईटीएफ (ETFs) सहित अन्य म्यूचुअल फंड यूनिट्स में निवेश किया जा सकता है।

विदेशी बाजारों में निवेश: रेगुलेटरी नियमों के तहत नेट एसेट्स का 35% तक ओवरसीज इक्विटीज, विदेशी ईटीएफ और डेट सिक्योरिटीज में अलॉट किया जा सकता है।

कम से कम कितना करना होगा निवेश?

सेबी के स्पेशलाइज्ड इन्वेस्टमेंट फंड (SIF) नियमों के तहत इसमें निवेश की सीमाएं इस प्रकार हैं:

नए निवेशकों के लिए: मिनिमम इन्वेस्टमेंट ₹10 लाख रखा गया है।

मौजूदा मैग्नम SIF निवेशकों के लिए: अगर पैन लेवल पर उनकी कुल मैग्नम SIF होल्डिंग कम से कम ₹10 लाख है, तो वे प्रति एप्लिकेशन ₹1 लाख से भी एक्स्ट्रा निवेश कर सकते हैं।

फंड मैनेजर, एग्जिट लोड और टैक्सेशन नियम

इस स्ट्रेटेजी का प्रबंधन गौरव मेहता करेंगे, जो एसबीआई के पहले SIF ऑफरिंग ‘मैग्नम हाइब्रिड लॉन्ग शॉर्ट फंड’ को भी मैनेज करते हैं। अलॉटमेंट के 3 महीने के भीतर यूनिट्स रिडीम या स्विच करने पर 1% का एग्जिट लोड लगेगा। 3 महीने पूरे होने के बाद निकासी पर कोई एग्जिट लोड नहीं लगेगा।

चालू टैक्स नियमों के अनुसार, 12 महीने से अधिक समय तक होल्ड की गई यूनिट्स पर मिलने वाले लॉन्ग-टर्म कैपिटल गेन्स (LTCG) पर 12.5% टैक्स (प्लस सरचार्ज और सेस) लगेगा। एक वित्त वर्ष में ₹1.25 लाख तक का कैपिटल गेन पूरी तरह टैक्स-फ्री रहेगा।

एसबीआई फंड्स मैनेजमेंट के एमडी और सीईओ देबाशीष मिश्रा के अनुसार, ‘यह नया फंड शोध-आधारित निवेश और भारत के बढ़ते बाजार में निवेशकों के लिए विविधता लाने के उद्देश्य से पेश किया गया है।’ बता दें कि अप्रैल-जून 2026 तिमाही के दौरान एसबीआई म्यूचुअल फंड का औसतन एयूएम (AAUM) ₹12.57 लाख करोड़ से अधिक रहा है।

Mahindra recently launched the 2026 Scorpio N, introducing a handful of changes, including new rims, a larger touchscreen, a fresh driver’s display, and a 540-degree camera, while retaining the same powertrain and drivetrain options. Both top-spec Mahindra Scorpio N Z8L and Thar Roxx AX7 are offered with a choice between a 2.0-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol engine and a 2.2-litre diesel engine. However, these engines are offered in different states of tune, with varying power and torque outputs, and the Scorpio N’s select powertrains are slightly more powerful than the Thar Roxx’s. 

The Scorpio N’s petrol-AT produces 28hp more than the Thar Roxx. Notably, the Thar Roxx AX7L is not offered with a petrol-manual option. The Scorpio N’s diesel-MT produces 23hp and 40Nm more than the Thar Roxx, while with the diesel-AT both SUVs offer 175hp and 400Nm.

The Scorpio N Z8L offers a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system paired with a 12-speaker Sony sound system compared to the Thar Roxx AX7L’s 10.25-inch unit with an 8-speaker Harman Kardon sound system. The Scorpio N is also equipped with dual-zone climate control and a wireless phone charger with cooling, while the Thar Roxx gets basic single-zone automatic climate control and misses out on the cooling function for the wireless phone charger.

Everything else is identical on both SUVs, including a panoramic sunroof, a 10.25-inch driver’s display, a 6-way powered driver’s seat, front seat ventilation, and a tilt-adjustable steering wheel. Both SUVs also show adventure statistics including a compass, roll and pitch and an altimeter.

The Mahindra Scorpio N Z8L is more expensive than the Thar Roxx AX7L in all powertrain configurations by over Rs 2 lakh. However, it is offered with an additional third row, which can accommodate more passengers.  On the other hand, the Mahindra Thar Roxx is derived from a hardcore off-roader and is a good recreational vehicle while also serving urban buyers with its tech-loaded suite. However, the Scorpio N, despite being pricier, is a more practical option that packs in all the necessary off-roading tech and offers an additional third row, making it a good value-for-money SUV in its class.

Skoda planning to export Kylaq to Europe powered by 1.5 TSI engine

Skoda is considering exporting the made-in-India Kylaq to the European market as a crossover alternative to the Fabia hatchback. Launched here at the tail-end of 2024, the Kylaq is the third Skoda model to come out of Skoda-VW’s ‘India 2.0’ strategy and the Czech carmaker’s smallest SUV to date. While the Kylaq is designed specifically for the Indian market, Skoda feels the compact SUV carries enough pedigree and appeal for European customers.

Autocar India’s recent Pune to Prague drive, a 19,000km cross continent drive that covered several European countries, including the Czech Republic, the brand’s home country, established the Kylaq as a product that could blend in well in some of Skoda’s key markets. “We’re looking into a possibility or an opportunity to bring Kylaq to Europe, but there are a lot of barriers, a lot of homologation questions,” Skoda CEO Klaus Zellmer told us after the conclusion of the cross-continent Kylaq road trip.

1.0 TSI or 1.5 TSI for the Euro-spec Kylaq?

We reported about Kylaq’s export plans to Europe in June 2026 issue of the Autocar India magazine.

In India, the Kylaq is powered solely by the locally manufactured 115hp 1.0-litre 3-cyl direct-injection turbo-petrol engine (1.0 TSI), which can be had with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic. For Europe, however, Skoda might equip the Kylaq with the 1.5-litre 4-cyl direct-injection turbo-petrol mill (1.5 TSI) seen in the Slavia and Kushaq, paired to a 7-speed DCT.

The 1.5 TSI engine is used in Skoda’s other models and is already Euro 7 compliant making it the logical choice for export markets. However, from a cost perspective the 1.0 TSI is more attractive as it is a three-cylinder unit and is locally produced. However, the 1.0 TSI does not meet Euro 7 standards and upgrading it to the latest emission standards will call for significant upfront investment which will impact the overall cost of the Kylaq for exports.

If Skoda decides on the 1.5 TSI the export version of the Kylaq, it will likely be in a lower 115hp state of tune to help meet the Euro 7 targets. In fact, the Kylaq 1.5 TSI could be offered in two states of tune for the European market, but its not clear what the other power output of the engine would be.

Beyond emission regulations, the Kylaq would have to meet Europe’s safety, security and other homologation requirements that would again add to the cost of the vehicle.

India-EU FTA and weak rupee helps Kylaq’s export business case

The incoming India-EU FTA, in conjunction with the depreciating rupee against the euro, makes a strong case for exporting the Kylaq to Europe. Piyush Arora, the MD of Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited (SAVWIPL), said that the India-EU FTA will “open up opportunities” for SAVWIPL across all of its business verticals, including CBU imports, components, fully developing new models for India, and exporting cars to the European market.

A final decision has not been taken. However, a European programme would mark a significant step for Skoda Auto Volkswagen India by moving the country’s role beyond developing and manufacturing vehicles for India and other emerging markets to supplying a product to the carmaker’s home region.

टाटा ग्रुप की कंपनी ट्रेंट लिमिटेड का अप्रैल-जून 2026 तिमाही में शुद्ध कंसोलिडेटेड मुनाफा सालाना आधार पर करीब 21 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 519 करोड़ रुपये हो गया। एक साल पहले मुनाफा 429.69 करोड़ रुपये था। ऑपरेशंस से कंसोलिडेटेड रेवेन्यू लगभग 17.8 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 5754.71 करोड़ रुपये हो गया। जून 2025 तिमाही में रेवेन्यू 4883.48 करोड़ रुपये था। ट्रेंट, टाटा ग्रुप का फैशन और लाइफस्टाइल बिजनेस है। कंपनी के Westside, Zudio और Star जैसे ब्रांड्स के तहत रिटेल स्टोर हैं।

कंपनी ने शेयर बाजारों को बताया है कि जून 2026 तिमाही में उसके कुल खर्च 5,082.96 करोड़ रुपये के रहे, जो एक साल पहले 4,368.59 करोड़ रुपये के थे। ट्रेंट में जून 2026 के आखिर तक प्रमोटर्स के पास 37.01 प्रतिशत हिस्सेदारी थी। कंपनी के शेयर की फेस वैल्यू 1 रुपये है।

ट्रेंट ने जून 2026 तिमाही में 19 जूडियो स्टोर खोले। वहीं वेस्टसाइड स्टोर्स में 1 का इजाफा किया। इसके बाद जूडियो स्टोर्स की कुल संख्या 982 और वेस्टसाइड स्टोर्स की कुल संख्या 301 हो गई है।

ट्रेंट के शेयरों में तेजी

6 अगस्त को ट्रेंट के शेयरों में तेजी है। दिन में कीमत BSE पर पिछले बंद भाव से 4.5 प्रतिशत तक चढ़कर 3246.65 रुपये के हाई तक गई। कंपनी का मार्केट कैप 1.7 लाख करोड़ रुपये के करीब है। शेयर 2 सप्ताह में 11 प्रतिशत चढ़ा है। 3 साल में कीमत 180 प्रतिशत से ज्यादा उछली है। 5 साल का रिटर्न लगभग 420 प्रतिशत है।
