The MG Hector Tomahawk EV, like all MG EVs sold in India (excluding the M9 and the Cyberster), is available with a Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) scheme that lowers the upfront cost. Notably, buyers opting for BaaS have to pay a battery rental fee of Rs 4.9 per kilometre. For the Hector Tomahawk EV, the scheme reduces the upfront price by up to Rs 6.01 lakh.

All trims feature a 69.2kWh battery pack, which powers a 204hp, 310Nm electric motor mounted on the front axle. The sprint from 0-100kph takes 8.2 seconds. On the Modified Indian Driving Cycle (MIDC), the SUV can go up to 517km on a single charge. As per MG, it takes about 35 minutes to charge the battery from 30 percent to 80 percent with a 90kW DC fast charger. With a 7.4kW AC unit, the carmaker claims a charging time of about 12.5 hours for a 10 percent to 100 percent top-up.

The mid-spec Exclusive trim, priced at Rs 22 lakh, ex-showroom, is the one we recommend for the MG Hector Tomahawk EV. Compared to the base Excite, it adds front ventilated seats, a 50W wireless charger with cooling and a powered tailgate, features that should appeal to buyers of such an EV. With the BaaS option, the upfront cost can be reduced by Rs 6.1 lakh (as on August 26, 2026), making for a significant initial saving. Buyers who want the five-seat version will have to choose the top-spec Essence trim, as it is the only one available with this seating configuration. 

What’s good is that there is no difference in performance or range across the lineup. All trims use the same 69.2kWh battery pack and 204hp electric motor, while the MIDC-rated range remains identical at 517km.

Raksha Bandhan 2026: रक्षा बंधन का पर्व भाई-बहन के प्रेम का प्रतीक पर्व है। इस दिन बहनें अपने भाई की कलाई पर राखी बांधती हैं और उनकी सुरक्षा के लिए भगवान से प्रार्थना करती हैं। भाई अपनी बहनों का ध्यान रखने और उनकी सुरक्षा करने का वचन देते हैं। हिंदू धर्म में इस पर्व को काफी उत्साह और धूमधाम से मनाया जाता है। रक्षा बंधन का पर्व हर साल सावन माह की पूर्णिमा तिथि को मनाया जाता है। श्री कैलख ज्योतिष एवं वैदिक संस्थान ट्रस्ट के अध्यक्ष एवं स्टेट अवॉर्डी महंत रोहित शास्त्री ज्योतिषाचार्य ने बताया कि रक्षाबंधन का पावन पर्व इस वर्ष 28 अगस्त, शुक्रवार को मनाया जाएगा।

कब से लग रही सावन पूर्णिमा तिथि

महंत रोहित शास्त्री के अनुसार, श्रावण पूर्णिमा तिथि 27 अगस्त, गुरुवार को सुबह 09:09 बजे प्रारंभ होकर 28 अगस्त, शुक्रवार को सुबह 09:49 बजे समाप्त होगी। चूंकि 28 अगस्त को सूर्योदय-व्यापिनी पूर्णिमा है, इसलिए रक्षाबंधन का पर्व इसी दिन मनाया जाएगा।

राहुकाल में नहीं बाधें रखी

महंत रोहित शास्त्री ने बताया कि राहुकाल सुबह 10:45 बजे से दोपहर 12:22 बजे तक रहेगा। अतः इस इस बहनों का भाई का राखी बांधना अशुभ होगा। इस अवधि को छोड़कर पूरे दिन राखी बांध सकते हैं।

रक्षा बंधन में नहीं होगा चंद्रग्रहण का भेद

महंत रोहित शास्त्री ने बताया कि इस दिन चंद्रग्रहण अवश्य है, लेकिन यह ग्रहण भारत में दिखाई नहीं देगा। इसलिए भारत में रहने वाले लोगों के लिए इससे संबंधित किसी प्रकार की विशेष धार्मिक या सामाजिक नियम करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। मंदिरों के कपाट बंद करने अथवा पूजा-पाठ रोकने जैसी कोई आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। जब ग्रहण भारत में दिखाई ही नहीं देगा, तो सूतक आदि को लेकर अनावश्यक भय या तनाव पालना उचित नहीं है। उन्होंने विशेष रूप से कहा कि गर्भवती महिलाओं को घबराने अथवा किसी प्रकार के नियमों का पालन करने की जरूरत नहीं है। गर्भवती महिलाएं अपनी सामान्य दिनचर्या जारी रखें और बेवजह की पाबंदियों से स्वयं को परेशान न करें।

उन्होंने कहा कि धार्मिक आस्थाओं का सम्मान अपनी जगह है, लेकिन आस्था के साथ विवेक और वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण भी आवश्यक है। किसी भी प्राकृतिक खगोलीय घटना को लेकर डर, भ्रम या अफवाह फैलाने के बजाय सही जानकारी को समझना और दूसरों तक पहुंचाना बेहतर है। अतः इस दिन लोग सामान्य रूप से अपना कार्य करें। गर्भवती महिलाएं निश्चिंत रहें, मंदिरों के कपाट सामान्य रूप से खुले रहें और चंद्रग्रहण को लेकर किसी प्रकार का अनावश्यक भय या भ्रम न रखा जाए।

पूरे दिन मना सकते हैं रक्षा बंधन का पर्व

महंत रोहित शास्त्री ने कहा कि 28 अगस्त को सूर्योदय व्यापिनी तिथि पूरे दिन है, इसलिए रक्षा बंधन का पर्व पूरे दिन मनाया जा सकेगा। पूर्णिमा तिथि के सुबह 9.49 बजे तक ही रहने का कोई प्रभाव नहीं होगा।

पूर्णिमा व्रत को लेकर भी दूर किया भ्रम

श्री कैलख ज्योतिष एवं वैदिक संस्थान ट्रस्ट के अध्यक्ष एवं स्टेट अवॉर्डी महंत रोहित शास्त्री ज्योतिषाचार्य ने सावन पूर्णिमा के व्रत को लेकर भी भ्रम दूर किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि जो लोग पूर्णिमा तिथि पर रात के समय पूजा करते हैं वे 27 अगस्त को व्रत करेंगे, जबकि दिन में पूर्णिमा व्रत की पूजा करने वाले श्रद्धालु 28 अगस्त 2026 को उपवास करेंगे।

राखी बांधने की पारंपरिक विधि

  • बहन सर्वप्रथम भाई को तिलक लगाए, आरती करें और अक्षत अर्पित करें।
  • इसके बाद भाई की दाहिनी कलाई पर राखी बांधे और उसका पूजन करे।
  • भाई को मिठाई खिलाएं।
  • इसके पश्चात भाई बहन के चरण स्पर्श कर आशीर्वाद प्राप्त करें।

UP Expressway Projects: यूपी में ₹24,000 करोड़ का मेगा इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर बूस्ट! दो नए एक्सप्रेसवे को मिली मंजूरी, इंडस्ट्रियल प्रोजेक्ट्स पर भी बड़ा दांव

UP Expressway Projects: उत्तर प्रदेश में सड़क कनेक्टिविटी और औद्योगिक विकास को लेकर योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है। सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ की अध्यक्षता में हुई कैबिनेट बैठक में 24,000 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक के इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर और औद्योगिक निवेश से जुड़े प्रस्तावों को मंजूरी दी गई। इसमें दो बड़े एक्सप्रेसवे प्रोजेक्ट सुल्तानपुर में मैन्युफैक्चरिंग-लॉजिस्टिक्स क्लस्टर और राज्य के अलग-अलग जिलों में 11 बड़े औद्योगिक प्रोजेक्ट्स के लिए प्रोत्साहन शामिल हैं। योगी सरकार का फोकस अब सिर्फ बड़े शहरों तक सीमित नहीं है। नए फैसलों के जरिए उभरते औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों को बेहतर सड़क नेटवर्क से जोड़ने और प्रदेश के अलग-अलग जिलों में बड़े निवेश को आकर्षित करने की तैयारी है।

‘गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे’ पहुंचेगा हरिद्वार, 10,761 करोड़ होंगे खर्च

कैबिनेट ने 10,761 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे को हरिद्वार तक बढ़ाने के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दी है। इसके तहत छह लेन का ग्रीनफील्ड एक्सप्रेसवे बनाया जाएगा, जिसे भविष्य में आठ लेन तक विस्तारित करने का प्रावधान होगा। इस परियोजना का पूरा खर्च उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार उठाएगी। इसमें केंद्र की वित्तीय भागीदारी प्रस्तावित नहीं है।

इस एक्सप्रेसवे से बिजनौर और हरिद्वार के बीच कनेक्टिविटी काफी बेहतर होने की उम्मीद है। फिलहाल बिजनौर से हरिद्वार जाने के लिए मुख्य रूप से NH-34 यानी मेरठ-बिजनौर-हरिद्वार हाईवे पर निर्भरता है। नया एक्सप्रेसवे बनने के बाद बिजनौर की लखनऊ से कनेक्टिविटी भी गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे नेटवर्क के जरिए और मजबूत होगी।

प्रयागराज से हरिद्वार तक बनेगा तेज कॉरिडोर

गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे का हरिद्वार तक विस्तार केवल सड़क परियोजना नहीं। बल्कि पर्यटन और आर्थिक गतिविधियों के लिहाज से भी महत्वपूर्ण माना जा रहा है। हरिद्वार जुड़ने के बाद एक्सप्रेसवे नेटवर्क प्रयागराज और हरिद्वार जैसे गंगा तट पर बसे दो प्रमुख कुंभ शहरों को एक्सेस-कंट्रोल्ड सड़क कनेक्टिविटी से जोड़ देगा।

यूपी सरकार को उम्मीद है कि इससे धार्मिक पर्यटन, व्यापार, निवेश और अन्य आर्थिक गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। इसका फायदा बिजनौर, हरिद्वार और आसपास के इलाकों को मिलने की उम्मीद है। अब इस परियोजना की विस्तृत परियोजना रिपोर्ट यानी DPR तैयार की जाएगी।

झांसी लिंक एक्सप्रेसवे पर 7,968 करोड़

योगी कैबिनेट ने 7,968.30 करोड़ रुपये की अनुमानित लागत वाले झांसी लिंक एक्सप्रेसवे को भी मंजूरी दी है। इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य बुंदेलखंड औद्योगिक विकास प्राधिकरण यानी BIDA क्षेत्र और झांसी के आसपास के डिफेंस कॉरिडोर को बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी उपलब्ध कराना है। इस परियोजना का पूरा खर्च भी उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार उठाएगी। केंद्र से किसी वित्तीय भागीदारी का प्रस्ताव नहीं है। ॉ

सरकार का मानना है कि एक्सप्रेसवे बनने के बाद बुंदेलखंड के उभरते औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों से उत्तर प्रदेश के दूसरे हिस्सों और देश के अन्य क्षेत्रों तक सड़क संपर्क तेज होगा। निर्माण के दौरान प्रत्यक्ष रोजगार के साथ-साथ औद्योगिक गतिविधियां बढ़ने पर अप्रत्यक्ष रोजगार के अवसर भी पैदा होने की उम्मीद है।

सुल्तानपुर में 272 करोड़ का इंडस्ट्रियल-लॉजिस्टिक्स क्लस्टर

कैबिनेट ने सुल्तानपुर में 272.25 करोड़ रुपये के निवेश से इंटीग्रेटेड मैन्युफैक्चरिंग एंड लॉजिस्टिक्स क्लस्टर यानी IMLC के इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर डेवलपमेंट को भी मंजूरी दी है। यह क्लस्टर पूर्वांचल एक्सप्रेसवे के नजदीक विकसित किया जाएगा। इससे यहां आने वाली औद्योगिक इकाइयों को पहले से मौजूद तेज सड़क नेटवर्क का सीधा फायदा मिलेगा।

इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर से जुड़े काम का खर्च राज्य सरकार उठाएगी और निर्माण एजेंसी के चयन के लिए ग्लोबल बिड आमंत्रित की जाएगी। सरकार को उम्मीद है कि यह क्लस्टर मैन्युफैक्चरिंग और लॉजिस्टिक्स से जुड़े निवेश को आकर्षित करेगा तथा सुल्तानपुर और आसपास के क्षेत्रों में रोजगार पैदा करेगा।

11 बड़े प्रोजेक्ट्स को भी मंजूरी

इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के साथ-साथ कैबिनेट ने 11 बड़े औद्योगिक प्रोजेक्ट्स के लिए भी प्रोत्साहन को मंजूरी दी है। इन परियोजनाओं में कुल प्रस्तावित निवेश 5,500 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक है। इनमें से आठ परियोजनाओं के लिए करीब 2,901.97 करोड़ रुपये के निवेश पर उत्तर प्रदेश इंडस्ट्रियल इन्वेस्टमेंट एंड एम्प्लॉयमेंट प्रमोशन पॉलिसी-2022 के तहत लेटर ऑफ कंफर्ट जारी करने को मंजूरी दी गई है। इन परियोजनाओं का विस्तार गौतम बुद्ध नगर (नोएडा), हमीरपुर, हाथरस, बाराबंकी, लखीमपुर खीरी, मथुरा और उन्नाव जैसे जिलों तक है।

इनमें प्रमुख निवेश इस प्रकार हैं:-

  • सूर्या ग्लोबल सुपर फ्लेक्सिफिल्म्स, गौतम बुद्ध नगर- 605.37 करोड़ रुपये
  • शाल्विस स्पेशियलिटीज, हमीरपुर- 297.30 करोड़ रुपये
  • साउंड कास्टिंग्स, हाथरस – 225 करोड़ रुपये
  • वृंदावन बॉटलर्स, बाराबंकी – 436.12 करोड़ रुपये
  • जुआरी एनविएन बायोएनर्जी, लखीमपुर खीरी- 294.72 करोड़ रुपये
  • पसवारा पेपर्स, हाथरस- 315 करोड़ रुपये
  • CRD फूड्स एंड बेवरेजेज, मथुरा- 363.94 करोड़ रुपये
  • माउंट एवरेस्ट ब्रेवरीज, उन्नाव- 363.52 करोड़ रुपये

(नोट- इन परियोजनाओं को पात्रता के आधार पर नीति के तहत नेट SGST और कैपिटल सब्सिडी समेत विभिन्न प्रोत्साहन मिल सकेंगे।)

तीन और प्रोजेक्ट्स में 2,606 करोड़ का निवेश

कैबिनेट ने तीन और परियोजनाओं के लिए लेटर ऑफ कम्फर्ट को मंजूरी दी है। इनका कुल प्रस्तावित निवेश 2,606.04 करोड़ रुपये है। ये परियोजनाएं बिजनौर, उन्नाव और कानपुर देहात में लगाई जाएंगी।

उन्नाव में एल्युमिनियम कैन फैक्ट्री

Canpack India उन्नाव में करीब 1,573.62 करोड़ रुपये का निवेश करेगी। कंपनी एल्युमिनियम बेवरेज कैन बनाने की इकाई स्थापित करेगी। यह प्लांट करीब 26 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में UPEIDA द्वारा विकसित IMLC इंडस्ट्रियल कॉरिडोर क्षेत्र में लगाया जाएगा। इसकी अनुमानित वार्षिक उत्पादन क्षमता 130 करोड़ यूनिट होगी।

बिजनौर में फ्रेंच फ्राइज प्लांट

इसके अलावा Agristo Masa बिजनौर में 794.27 करोड़ रुपये का निवेश करेगी। यह कंपनी मौजूदा पोटैटो फ्लेक्स कारोबार का विस्तार करने के साथ फ्रेंच फ्राइज बनाने की यूनिट स्थापित करेगी। प्रस्तावित प्लांट की अधिकतम स्थापित क्षमता हर साल 75,000 टन होगी। इसके मुकाबले कंपनी की मौजूदा पोटैटो फ्लेक्स उत्पादन क्षमता करीब 7,332 टन सालाना बताई गई है।

कानपुर देहात में प्लास्टिक प्रोडक्ट्स का होगा उत्पादन

एक बयान के मुताबिक, Supreme Industries कानपुर देहात में 238.15 करोड़ रुपये का निवेश करेगी। यहां वैल्यू-एडेड प्लास्टिक बिल्डिंग सॉल्यूशन उत्पाद बनाए जाएंगे। कंपनी की स्थापना 1942 में हुई थी। यह भारत की प्रमुख प्लास्टिक प्रोसेसिंग कंपनियों में शामिल है।

एक्सप्रेसवे और उद्योग को एक साथ जोड़ने की रणनीति

यूपी सरकार के इन फैसलों से साफ संकेत मिलता है कि उत्तर प्रदेश अब एक्सप्रेसवे नेटवर्क को सीधे औद्योगिक विकास से जोड़ने की रणनीति पर आगे बढ़ रहा है। झांसी लिंक एक्सप्रेसवे को बुंदेलखंड के औद्योगिक और डिफेंस कॉरिडोर से जोड़ा जा रहा है। जबकि सुल्तानपुर का IMLC पूर्वांचल एक्सप्रेसवे का फायदा उठाएगा। वहीं, गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे के हरिद्वार तक विस्तार से पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश और हरिद्वार के बीच आर्थिक संपर्क मजबूत होने की उम्मीद है।

उत्तर प्रदेश के वित्त मंत्री सुरेश खन्ना ने कहा कि कैबिनेट के फैसले एक्सप्रेसवे विस्तार और औद्योगिक विकास को एक साथ आगे बढ़ाने की कोशिश को दिखाते हैं। सरकार का लक्ष्य बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी के जरिए निवेश, व्यापार, रोजगार और पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देना है।

उन्होंने कहा कि 24 हजार करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा के इन प्रस्तावों को उत्तर प्रदेश के इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर और औद्योगिक नक्शे में बड़ा बदलाव लाने वाली पहल के तौर पर देखा जा रहा है। खास बात यह है कि इसका असर सिर्फ लखनऊ, नोएडा या दूसरे बड़े औद्योगिक केंद्रों तक सीमित न रहकर बुंदेलखंड, पूर्वांचल और पश्चिमी यूपी के कई जिलों तक पहुंचने की उम्मीद है।

The Hector Tomahawk EV is the second-longest SUV in its segment, falling behind the XEV 9e by only 44mm. That said, the Hector Tomahawk EV extracts a longer wheelbase from its length than the XEV 9e does, but even so, it’s behind the VF7 by a margin of 30mm. The MG electric SUV is the narrowest among its rivals, but edges past all of them on height front. It also claims a 230mm ground clearance, but this is measured at the battery.

Coming to luggage space, the Hector Tomahawk EV has the second-largest boot here, though it doesn’t get a frunk like the Harrier EV and XEV 9e do. At 18 inches, the Hector Tomahawk EV’s alloy wheel sizes are also competitive by segment standards, though the XEV 9e and VF7 offer 19-inchers.

Under the skin, the Hector Tomahawk EV comes fitted with a sole 69.2kWh battery pack. At that capacity, it fits quite well between the ones offered by the Harrier EV and XEV 9e, comes very close to the top-spec unit of the VF7, and outsizes both of the Atto 3’s battery options. The Hector Tomahawk EV’s battery powers a sole front-mounted electric motor, making for a front-wheel drive layout. Rivals like the Harrier EV and VF7 can be had with all-wheel drive, and the XEV 9e is purely rear-wheel drive.

In terms of output, the Hector Tomahawk EV perfectly matches the Atto 3 and the 70kWh FWD version of the VF7, but significantly behind the XEV 9e and Harrier EV. Higher-powered versions of the Mahindra and Tata SUVs claim sub-7-second 0-100kph times, while the Hector Tomahawk EV’s acceleration figure slots between those of the Atto 3 and VF7.

Coming to range, the Hector Tomahawk EV carries the lowest MIDC figure when compared with similarly-sized batteries offered by rivals. In fact, even the 60.48kWh Atto 3 and the smaller-battery versions of the Harrier EV and XEV 9e boast higher range figures than that of the Hector Tomahawk EV. The MG SUV also claims the longest AC charging time, more than even the 75kWh and 79kWh variants of the Harrier EV and XEV 9e, respectively.

The 5-seat configuration for the Hector Tomahawk EV is available only in the top-spec Essence variant, and is priced at Rs 23 lakh. This makes the Hector Tomahawk EV much more affordable than the equivalent top-spec versions of its rivals, with the Atto 3 commanding the highest premium at over Rs 11 lakh – the BYD SUV is retailed via the CKD route in India and thereby attracts higher taxation.

It’s also worth noting that MG offers the Hector Tomahawk EV with a segment-first battery-as-a-service (BaaS) scheme. This knocks off an additional Rs 6 lakh from the sticker price, and introduces a battery rental fee of Rs 4.9/km that is to be paid on a monthly basis. At the BaaS price, the Hector Tomahawk EV competes with electric SUVs of a segment below and even undercuts a lot of them, making for stellar value.

जेपी मॉर्गन में इंडिया इक्विटी रिसर्च के हेड संजय मोकिम ने ग्लोबल स्थितियों खासकर अमेरिकी बॉन्ड यील्ड को भारतीय शेयर बाजार के लिए बड़ा रिस्क बताया है। उनका मानना है कि इससे भारतीय शेयर बाजार में तेजी पर असर पड़ सकता है। इसका असर भारत में विदेशी निवेशकों के निवेश पर भी पड़ सकता है।

घरेलू स्थितियां बाजार में तेजी के लिए अनुकूल

मोकिम ने कहा कि इंडिया की इकोनॉमी की स्थितियां शेयर बाजार के लिए अनुकूल हैं। अप्रैल-जून तिमाही के नतीजे उम्मीद से बेहतर रहे हैं। वैल्यूएशंस खासकर लार्जकैप शेयरों की वैल्यूएशन कम हुई है। उन्होंने कहा, “भारतीय शेयरों में वैल्यू ट्रेड पिछले तीन सालों के मुकाबले अब बेहतर हैं।” उन्होंने कहा कि विदेशी निवेशकों के रुख में बदलाव से भी स्थिति अनुकूल हुई है।

निवेशक फिर से भारतीय बाजार को लेकर उत्साहित

उन्होंने कहा कि नॉर्थ एशियन टेक्नोलॉजी स्टॉक्स में उतार-चढ़ाव और भारत में लार्जकैप शेयरों की सही वैल्यूएशंस से इनवेस्टर्स एक बार फिर भारत में निवेश को लेकर उत्साहित हैं। हालांकि, उनका मानना है कि भारतीय बाजारों में विदेशी निवेश तुरंत बढ़ने नहीं जा रहा है। उनका मानना है कि वैश्विक स्थितियों को लेकर ज्यादा चिंता है।

Tempsens IPO को मिला था तगड़ा रिस्पांस

टेंपसेंस का ₹650 करोड़ का आईपीओ 20-24 अगस्त तक खुला था। इसे हर कैटेगरी के निवेशकों का जबरदस्त रिस्पांस मिला और ओवरऑल यह 184.22 गुना सब्सक्राइब हुआ था। इसमें क्वालिफाइड इंस्टीट्यूशनल बायर्स (QIB) के लिए आरक्षित हिस्सा 302.88 गुना, नॉन-इंस्टीट्यूशनल इनवेस्टर्स (NII) का हिस्सा 314.44 गुना और खुदरा निवेशकों का हिस्सा 61.00 गुना और एंप्लॉयीज का हिस्सा 124.95 गुना भरा था।

इस आईपीओ के तहत ₹95 करोड़ के नए शेयर जारी हुए हैं। इसके अलावा ₹4 की फेस वैल्यू वाले 1.85 करोड़ शेयरों की ऑफर फॉर सेल विंडो के तहत बिक्री हुई है। ऑफर फॉर सेल का पैसा तो शेयर बेचने वाले शेयरहोल्डर्स को मिला है। वहीं नए शेयरों के जरिए जुटाए गए पैसों में से ₹18.13 करोड़ कर्ज हल्का करने कैपिटल एक्सपेंडिचर, ₹55.00 करोड़ कर्ज हल्का करने, ₹14.18 करोड़ आम कॉरपोरेट उद्देश्यों और ₹50.65 करोड़ आईपीओ से जुड़े एक्सपेंसेज पर खर्च होंगे।

टेंपसेंस इंस्ट्रूमेंट्स फैक्ट्रियों और बड़ी इंडस्ट्रीज के लिए तापमान से जुड़े प्रोडक्ट्स बनाती है। यह तापमान नापने वाले सेंसर, मशीनों/प्रोसेस को गर्म करने वाले हीटर और खास तरह के इंडस्ट्रियल केबल बनाती है। मार्च 2026 में टेंपरेचर सेंसर सेगमेंट में इसकी करीब 10.5% हिस्सेदारी है। रेवेन्यू के हिसाब से यह देश में कॉन्टैक्ट और नॉन-कॉन्टैक्ट टेंपरेचर सेंसर बनाने वाली सबसे बड़ी कंपनी है तो इलेक्ट्रिकल हीटर्स के मामले में सबसे बड़ी कंपनियों में शुमार है। यह MRO (मेटेंनेंस, रिपेयर एंड ऑपरेशंस) का भी काम देखती है। इसका कारोबार भारत के अलावा 80 से अधिक देशों में फैला हुआ है।

कंपनी के वित्तीय सेहत की बात करें तो यह लगातार मजबूत हो रही है। वित्त वर्ष 2024-26 में इसका शुद्ध मुनाफा सालाना करीब 32% की रफ्तार यानी CAGR से बढ़कर ₹71.07 करोड़ और टोटल इनकम करीब 28% के सीएजीआर से ₹455.86 करोड़ पर पहुंच गया। मार्च 2026 तिमाही के आखिरी में कंपनी पर ₹77.95 करोड़ का टोटल कर्ज था जबकि रिजर्व और सरप्लस में ₹465.16 करोड़ पड़े थे।

Bajaj has been having an eventful August with four launches, the freshly updated Pulsar 125/150 and the new Pulsar N160 S and SS. Seems like they aren’t planning to slow down any time soon. The company has said two of the 10 models would be all-new Pulsars, while the rest would comprise new variants and product upgrades. “Our 150 and 125 are the second launch in this journey,” said Sumeet Narang, President, Marketing, Bajaj Auto. “We will meet you soon again. There’s a lot of stuff that we will still be coming up with in the coming days.”

The launch comes as the Pulsar nameplate remains one of India’s largest-selling motorcycle ranges. It ranked third in the July motorcycle sales chart with 66,156 units dispatched, according to AutoPunditz. Bajaj’s sports motorcycle segment, meanwhile, grew about 50% year on year in the April-June quarter, with Pulsar, Avenger and Dominar recording double-digit growth.

The company has also said upgrades are planned across its 125-160cc motorcycle range. Narang said the refreshed range will be organised around the three Pulsar platforms. “Three very clear distinct platforms, the original, the N and the NS,” he said, with each aimed at a different customer and riding use case.

Bajaj is also looking to expand manufacturing capacity

We had just reported that Bajaj’s first dual-sport motorcycle was spotted testing again. Our reports indicate that the motorcycle will launch in Brazil before the end of this year, making its way to India at a later time. Currently, it’s unclear if Bajaj is counting that as a part of this 10-Model portfolio. Besides that, Bajaj is also expected to launch the Triumph Bonneville 400, long awaited retro cousin of the existing Triumph 400s.
Speaking of which, the launches come ahead of Bajaj’s planned expansion of annual manufacturing capacity from about 72 lakh vehicles to more than 90 lakh. The company has said the additional capacity will support growing demand across the board. It is evaluating brownfield expansion and a greenfield facility, with the location and investment yet to be finalised. The company has not yet declared any dispatch dates, but clearly they’re looking at a packed schedule inching closer to the festive season.
