येन के मुकाबले डॉलर 0.3% बढ़कर 157.625 येन पर आ गया है। यह पिछले हफ्ते येन को सहारा देने के लिए अमेरिकी और जापानी अधिकारियों के मिलकर किए गए दखल के बाद फिर से मजबूत हुआ है। छह करेंसी के मुकाबले डॉलर की ताकत मापने वाला US डॉलर इंडेक्स पिछले दो महीनों के सबसे निचले लेवल 99.99 के पास दिख रहा है।

अमेरिका में 10 ईयर ट्रेजरी बॉन्ड यील्ड 0.2 बेसिस प्वाइंट बढ़कर 4.684% पर आ गई है।
एशियाई करेंसी
US डॉलर के मुकाबले अधिकांश एशियाई करेंसी नीचे ट्रेड कर रही हैं। साउथ कोरियन वॉन में सबसे ज़्यादा बढ़त हुई है। यह 0.40% बढ़ा है। इसके बाद इंडोनेशियाई रुपिया (+0.14%) और ताइवान डॉलर (+0.07%) का नंबर आता है।
उधर दूसरी तरफ जापानी येन सबसे कमजोर बना हुआ है। यह 0.23% गिरा है। जबकि सिंगापुर डॉलर,थाई बहत,चीनी रेनमिनबी,फिलीपीन पेसो और मलेशियन रिंगित भी नीचे आए हैं।
ईरान के पास सुलह का आखिरी मौका: ट्रंप
US-ईरान बातचीत को लेकर सस्पेंस कायम है। ट्रंप ने कहा है कि नया प्रस्ताव ईरान के पास सुलह का आखिरी मौका है। हलांकि ईरान का किसी भी सीधी बातचीत से इनकार है। ईरान ने कहा है कि हॉर्मूज से जहाजों की आवाजाही के लिए ओमान से बात चल रही है। ब्रेंट $84 के पास दिख रहा है।
CAS के कन्फ्यूजन पर NSE की सफाई
क्लोजिंग ऑक्शन सेसन यानी CAS पर को लेकर कल के कंफ्यूजन पर NSE ने देर रात सफाई जारी की। इसमें कहा गया कि SEBI के नियम के हिसाब से ट्रेडिंग हुई। प्री-ओपन से ज्यादा ट्रेडिंग मेंबर्स और यूनीक PAN से ऑर्डर आए।
आज नॉन रिटेल के लिए खुलेगा LIC का OFS
आज LIC का ऑफर फॉर सेल नॉन रिटेल के लिए खुल रहा है। इसके जरिए सरकार 2.5% हिस्सा बेचेगी। इसमें 4% का अतिरिक्त ग्रीन शू ऑप्शन भी मौजूद है। फ्लोर प्राइस करीब 11 फीसदी डिस्काउंट पर 382 रुपए प्रति शेयर है। OFS से सरकार करीब 31,000 करोड़ रुपए जुटा सकती है।

पेटीएम में आज 2002 करोड़ रुपए की ब्लॉक डील संभव है। शुरुआती निवेशक 2.3% हिस्सा बेच सकते हैं। फ्लोर प्राइस 5% डिस्काउंट पर करीब 1,340 रुपए प्रति शेयर तय की गई है। वहीं MEESHO में 1,900 करोड़ रुपए के बड़े सौदे हो सकते हैं। फ्लोर प्राइस 5% डिस्काउंट पर 182 रुपए प्रति शेयर तय की गई है।
डाबर को FSSAI से झटका
फूड रेगुलेटर FSSAI ने डाबर इंडिया को झटका दिया है। 100% दावों वाले फूड प्रोडक्ट्स की बिक्री तत्काल रोकने का आदेश दिया गया है। गाय का घी, कोकोनट वॉटर,कोकोनट मिल्क जैसे की प्रो़क्ट्स पर एक्शन लिया गया है। FSSAI ने कहा ‘100% Natural’ और ‘100% Pure’ जैसे दावे भ्रामक हैं।
DLF के नतीजे कमजोर,रेवेन्यू और मार्जिन घटा
चौथी तिमाही में DLF के नतीजे कमजोर रहे है। इसका मुनाफा 4 परसेंट बढ़ा है। लेकिन रेवेन्यू में 53 परसेंट की गिरावट दिखी है। मार्जिन पर भी दबाव दिखा है। वहीं KEI इंडस्ट्रीज का प्रॉफिट 40% बढ़ा है। मार्जिन में भी सुधार दिखा है। IREDA के मुनाफे में 37% की बढ़त दिखी है। इसकी ब्याज से होने वाली कमाई में 24% की ग्रोथ दिखी है।
भारती एयरटेल, ONGC के नतीजे आज
निफ्टी में शामिल भारती एयरटेल और ONGC के पहली तिमाही के नतीजे आज आएंगे। भारती एयरटेल का मुनाफा 20% बढ़ सकता है। इसका ARPU 1.5 फीसदी बढ़ सकता है। साथ ही BSE और गोदरेज प्रॉपर्टी समेत वायदा नतीजों की लंबी लिस्ट है जिनका आज इंतजार रहेगा।

Ujjal Namshum and co-driver Chethan Chengappa have won this year’s Rainforest Challenge India (RFC India) in the headlining 4×4 Extreme category. This marks their second consecutive win in the off-road event. As the top 4×4 Extreme driver, Namshum has also won a free automatic entry in the RFC Global Series finale, scheduled to be held in Malaysia later this year.
The 4×4 Modified and 4×4 Stock categories also returned this year following their debut in 2025. Sarjerao Kawade and co-driver Rushikesh Patil won in the 4×4 Modified category, while Athul Thomas and co-driver Binil Babu took top honours in the 4×4 Stock category.

Held in Goa, Rainforest Challenge India is one of the toughest off-road competitions in the country. The event is held across a week and tests competitors on driving and vehicle recovery skills, physical and mental resilience, as well as team work under extreme off-road conditions. 62 teams participated in the 12th edition this year – 25 in 4×4 Extreme, 16 in 4×4 Modified and 21 in 4×4 Stock.
After a tough start, reigning champions Namshum and Chengappa (racing for team Manabhum Off-roader’s Club Arunachal) took the lead on Day 4. They scored a total of 2,253 out of 2,600 points to retain their title. “Defending our title is hard to put into words; there is struggle, frustration, even anger along the way, and then this joy at the end that makes it all worth it. Winning is the icing on the cake, but it’s really the process, the six days of racing, that we live for,” said Namshum.
“We set ourselves a personal target this year: a perfect day, a clean sweep of stage wins. We achieved that on Day 4 of the competition and that moment was as precious for us as this win.” Early leaders Kranthi Kumar Vengala and co-driver Rajeev Lal (Team Hyderabad) had to settle for second place overall with 2,052 points. Viddesh Madgaonkar and Sahil Sadekar (Team 4×4 Addictz Goa) scored 1,962 points to complete the podium in third place.
Kawade and Patil returned to the 4×4 Modified category with a rebuilt vehicle. Racing for team Sahyadri Offroaders Pune, the duo maintained a consistent lead throughout the event to take class victory with 1,633 out of 2,000 points.
“Winning the Modified category at RFC India 2026 feels incredible, especially after the setbacks I faced this year. Last year, I didn’t fully understand how to strategise and give my best, but this year I prepared properly and came in with a clear plan. Even after a difficult first day with a breakdown, I knew I had to give 100% on the next track. The competition this year was extremely tough, with several strong participants pushing hard right until the end. To come out on top after all of that means everything to me,” said an elated Kawade.
Shehinsha TP and Muhammed Nabeel (team KL10 Offroad Club) clinched second place with 1,572 points, followed by Gagan Karumbaiah and Bopanna Maleyanda (team Robusta) with 1,569 points.
4×4 Stock winners: Athul Thomas. Binil Babu
The 4×4 Stock category is reserved for near-factory spec vehicles. Team Killerbull’s Thomas and co-driver Babu overcame an early setback to top this category.
“Honestly, this win almost didn’t happen. I hadn’t even planned to be at RFC India this year; I was set to compete in an event in Coimbatore instead, and it was only after that got cancelled that I turned to RFC India. We made a mistake on the very first stage, and that put us on the back foot for the rest of the competition. But I told myself not to look at what anyone else was doing; just trust ourselves and focus entirely on the track in front of us. That’s what got us through,” Thomas shared. “Winning this category means everything, not just to me, but to my team, my mechanics and everyone back home in Kerala who’s been behind me.”
RFC India debutant Naku Hage Chada and co-driver Loda Punyo finished second in the category, scoring 1,173 points. Sabu Xavier and Halvin Appanna (team Jeepers of Bangalore) took the third spot with 1,144 points.

The base E petrol trim of the Creta gets benefits of up to Rs 85,000 this month, while the SUV’s CVT variants are available at up to Rs 90,000 off. Benefits on all other Creta petrol and N Line variants total Rs 1 lakh in August. Meanwhile, buyers of any diesel Creta variant get a much lower benefit of up to Rs 10,000. The Hyundai Creta price (including N Line) starts at Rs 10.91 lakh and extends to Rs 19.95 lakh.

Buyers looking to bring home a Venue this month don’t get much in the way of offers, with only a benefit of up to Rs 5,000 on all of the compact SUV’s variants. The Venue price range, including the N Line variants, is Rs 8 lakh to Rs 15.65 lakh.
Hyundai Exter offers in August 2026
Up to Rs 55,000
Though the Exter received an update earlier this year, units of the pre-facelift model continue to be available. The pre-facelift Exter’s EX and EX(O) trims (petrol and CNG) get a benefit of up to Rs 10,000 only, while all other variants can be had at up to Rs 55,000 off. As for the facelifted Exter, benefits stand at up to Rs 10,000 for the base HX2 variants, and up to Rs 50,000 for all other variants. Prices for the 2026 Exter start at Rs 5.81 lakh and extend to Rs 9.46 lakh.

CVT variants of the pre-facelift Verna sedan feature benefits of up to Rs 95,000, while all other variants get up to Rs 70,000 off. Those looking to purchase the updated Verna, on the other hand, can take advantage of up to Rs 65,000 in benefits across all variants. Prices for the 2026 Verna start at Rs 10.99 lakh and climb to Rs 18.26 lakh.
Hyundai Creta Electric discounts in August 2026
Up to Rs 50,000
All variants of the Creta’s EV derivative, the Creta Electric, are available with benefits of up Rs 50,000 in August, which is a fair bit lower than the maximum Rs 85,000 discount offered last month. Offered with 42kWh and 51.4kWh battery options, the Creta Electric is priced between Rs 18.03 lakh and Rs 23.67 lakh, exclusive of home charger and installation costs.
Hyundai Alcazar discounts in August 2026
Up to Rs 75,000
Much like last month, petrol variants of the Alcazar three-row SUV can be purchased with benefits ranging up to Rs 75,000. Meanwhile, diesel Alcazar variants get benefits of up to Rs 45,000. The Hyundai Alcazar price range is Rs 14.51 lakh to Rs 21.10 lakh.
Hyundai Grand i10 Nios discounts in August 2026

Hyundai’s most affordable model in India, the Grand i10 Nios, gets up to Rs 25,000 in benefits for its base Era variant. All other petrol variants of the Grand i10 Nios sport much higher benefits of up to Rs 70,000. Lastly, all CNG variants of the hatchback are available at up to Rs 65,000 off. The Grand i10 Nios price starts at Rs 5.60 lakh and tops off at Rs 8.04 lakh.

Aside from the base Era variant of the i20, which is available at up to Rs 25,000 off, all variants of the premium hatchback (including the sporty N Line versions) can be purchased with up to Rs 45,000 in benefits. Pricing for the standard and N Line variants of the i2 ranges from Rs 6 lakh to Rs 11.59 lakh.
Hyundai Aura offers in August 2026

The S, SX, and Corporate CNG variants of the Aura compact sedan are available with benefits totalling Rs 30,000. Meanwhile, all other petrol variants of the Aura get benefits of up to Rs 20,000 this month. The Aura is priced from Rs 6 lakh to Rs 8.6 lakh.
Tata has revealed offers on its combustion-powered cars in August 2026. The Curvv gets the maximum benefits of up to Rs 1.25 lakh this year, and the Nexon, Sierra and Altroz carry offers of over Rs 55,000. The Harrier, Safari, and Tigor are also being offered with some benefits.

The petrol and diesel variants, on the other hand, get reduced offers up to Rs 35,000.
