Renault Duster offers in October 2026 

Benefits of up to Rs 2.1 lakh

Renault Duster

The Renault Duster gets benefits of up to Rs 2.1 lakh this month. Its Techno+ and Iconic trims get a cash offer of up to Rs 50,000. Exchange benefits of up to Rs 1.1 lakh are available on these variants as well, while the Evolution and Adventure trims get up to Rs 50,000. For a Duster-to-Duster exchange, the benefit rises to Rs 1.5 lakh on the Techno+ and Iconic trims and Rs 1 lakh on the Evolution and Adventure. Customers can also avail loyalty benefits of up to Rs 10,000 and AMC on all trims of the Duster upon submission of required loyalty proofs.

The Duster is priced between Rs 10.49 lakh and Rs 18.49 lakh, and rivals the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos and Tata Sierra, among others.

Like the Duster, customers can even claim loyalty benefits of up to Rs 10,000 and an AMC on all Kiger trims, subject to submission of the required loyalty proofs. A corporate discount of up to Rs 5,000 is also on offer. 

Prices for the Kiger start at Rs 5.81 lakh and go up to Rs 10.40 lakh. Rivals include Nissan Magnite, Hyundai Venue, Maruti Brezza, Tata Nexon and more.

Benefits of up to Rs 55,000 are on offer with the Renault Triber. Select variants get a cash benefit of up to Rs 25,000 and an exchange benefit of up to Rs 25,000. An additional corporate discount of up to Rs 5,000 is also available with the compact MPV.

The Triber is priced between Rs 5.80 lakh and Rs 9 lakh, ex-showroom, and competes with its badge-engineered sibling, the Nissan Gravite.

If you’re in the market for an affordable and compact 7-seater, the Renault Triber comes across as a well-packaged choice. For 2026, the Triber has been updated — it sits on a reengineered platform for better structural durability, gets a beefier suspension setup, and most importantly, it gets a much-needed turbo-petrol engine option. Reasons to buy Renault Triber turbo 

Punchy turbo-petrol engine

Turbo-petrol versions of the Triber get the same ‘HR10’ 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder unit as the Kiger and Duster. Power stands at an identical 100hp. But the Triber delivers more torque (180Nm) than both those SUVs thanks to a new engine management system. Pass the 2,500rpm mark and the Triber Turbo surges ahead with a strong midrange punch. In fact, pulling power feels sufficient even when fully loaded. This engine addresses the power gap left by the naturally aspirated petrol engine very well. 

Clever packaging

For its size and price, Renault has packaged the Triber’s cabin impressively with a surprising amount of room. Additionally, the light upholstery lends an airy feel to the cabin, and there’s plenty of storage space, including two large glove boxes, a smartphone shelf, two cup holders, a useful cooled storage bin and sizeable door pockets. 

The second-row seats can slide, recline, tumble forward, and split-fold, making them quite versatile, and space is sufficient while the seats themselves are comfortable. Even third-row seat comfort is adequate, especially over short distances. Additionally, the third-row seats can be removed completely to provide extra boot space. Moreover, there are dedicated air vents and three-point seat belts for each row.

Composed ride quality

With the update, Renault has introduced new valve tech in the Triber’s shock absorbers and added anti-roll bars at the front and rear. These improvements have led to more stable ride quality, with better-controlled body roll around corners. Overall ride composure is impressive considering its 1-tonne kerb weight.

Reasons not to buy the Kiger turbo 

Notchy manual gearbox

Though the turbo petrol mill brings much-needed power, accessing it, however, will be a task. Like its naturally aspirated counterpart, the 5-speed manual gearbox isn’t slick and requires more effort than usual to slot it into a desired gear. Meanwhile, the light nature of the clutch pedal does aid with city driving. 

Light steering

With the Triber turbo, Renault has lightened the steering to compensate for the added weight. However, it has been done excessively, making it devoid of feel, and it increasingly feels disconnected as speeds rise. Though a light steering is useful for parking and navigating tight spaces, the one in the Triber lacks feedback.

High NVH levels

Overall refinement levels in the Renault Triber aren’t something to write home about. Its 3-cylinder turbo mill has the typical thrum when idling and gets noisy when you rev it hard. Road and tyre noises are also loud, especially at higher speeds.

The naturally aspirated 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol engine produces 72hp and 96Nm and is paired with a five-speed manual or, in the top-spec Emotion, a five-speed AMT. The 1.0-litre turbo-petrol produces 100hp and 180Nm and is available only with a five-speed manual.

The Triber colour options include six monotone shades. There are three dual-tone finishes, but these are available only with the range-topping Triber Emotion trim and command a Rs 21,000 premium. The entry-level Triber Authentic comes only in three colours – Ice Cool White, Stealth Black and Moonlight Silver. Which Renault Triber variant should you consider buying?

Techno Turbo offers the best balance of features and performance

With the 2026 update, Renault has moved several features down to the Triber’s lower variants. The Techno gets equipment including six airbags, an 8-inch touchscreen, steering-mounted controls, a rear-view camera, height adjustment and an armrest for the driver’s seat, electrically foldable ORVMs, a rear wiper and defogger, and two front tweeters.

The Techno Turbo, priced at Rs 8.53 lakh, also gets the new 100hp, 180Nm turbo-petrol engine, paired with a five-speed manual gearbox. It costs Rs 1.09 lakh more than the naturally aspirated Techno, with the extra cost going towards the more powerful engine. For buyers who want the turbo engine, the Techno Turbo offers the key equipment without the additional cost of the top-spec Emotion.

The Emotion adds features such as automatic climate control, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, wireless charging, automatic headlights, rain-sensing wipers, cruise control and front parking sensors. It is also the only variant available with the naturally aspirated engine and an AMT.

Renault has finally introduced a much-needed turbo-petrol engine for the Triber MPV. Its price ranges between Rs 7.84 lakh and Rs 8.99 lakh. Compared to the naturally aspirated petrol engine, it demands a premium of Rs 94,000 to Rs 1.11 lakh, depending on the variant chosen. Additionally, it sits on the heavily reengineered CMF-A platform, which is rechristened to the Renault Group Entry Platform (RGEP). The engine is the same 100hp, 1.0-litre three-cylinder ‘HR10’ mill that also does duty in the Kiger and the Duster. But the Triber develops more torque than both those SUVs through a new engine management system. Transmission duties are handled by a 5-speed manual gearbox, while a CVT option is slated to arrive later. Renault claims a 0-100kph time of 10.8 seconds.

Renault Duster offers in September 2026 

Benefits of up to Rs 1.8 lakh

Select variants of the Duster SUV are available with benefits of up to Rs 1.8 lakh. These include a cash discount of up to Rs 30,000 and an exchange or scrappage bonus of up to Rs 50,000. Upgrading from a Renault car gets customers a loyalty benefit of Rs 10,000, but buyers upgrading from an older iteration of the Duster get a loyalty benefit of Rs 1 lakh. The Renault Kiger gets benefits of up to Rs 85,000 depending on the variant. These include a cash discount of up to Rs 30,000, a loyalty benefit of up to Rs 25,000 and an exchange or scrappage bonus of up to Rs 25,000. There’s also a corporate or rural offer of up to Rs 5,000. Renault’s crossover is priced between Rs 5.81 lakh and Rs 10.40 lakh.

The Triber is available with benefits of up to Rs 50,000. These comprise a cash discount of up to Rs 20,000, an exchange or scrappage benefit of up to Rs 25,000 and a corporate or rural offer of up to Rs 5,000. Prices for the Renault MPV range between Rs 5.81 lakh and Rs 8.53 lakh.

Renault Kwid offers in September 2026 

Benefits of up to Rs 40,000

The Kwid is available with benefits of up to Rs 40,000. Select variants of Renault’s most affordable car get a cash discount of up to Rs 15,000 and a scrappage bonus of up to Rs 25,000. The entry-level hatchback has a starting price of Rs 4.53 lakh, while its top variant costs Rs 5.61 lakh.

Renault is set to introduce a turbo-petrol powertrain option for the Triber MPV by the end of September. With this engine borrowed from the Kiger, Renault would try to address one of the Triber’s major criticisms – its underpowered naturally aspirated powertrain. A factory-fitted CNG option will also be offered with this turbo-petrol engine.

The upcoming three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine on the Triber, codenamed HR10, is derived from the Renault Duster’s ‘HR13’ 1.3-litre four-cylinder engine, albeit with one less cylinder. This engine is offered in the Renault Kiger and Nissan Magnite, with the option of a 5-speed manual or a CVT, and produces 100hp and up to 160Nm. This is 28hp and 62Nm more than the Triber’s naturally aspirated petrol engine and is expected to address the Triber’s criticism of being an underpowered MPV. However, it will be interesting to see whether the Triber turbo comes in the same state of tune and is offered with a CVT.  

A factory-fitted dual-cylinder CNG option will be offered with the same engine

Renault will also offer the Triber with a factory-fitted CNG option, which will utilise dual cylinders placed under the boot floor for space utilisation. It is expected to be offered only with a manual transmission. This dual-cylinder CNG option will also be employed in the Kiger at a later date.

The Triber’s CMF-A platform, now called RGEP, has been modified to accommodate the new powertrains. 

Currently, the Renault Triber is offered with an aftermarket CNG kit that can be retrofitted to the MPV’s manual variants. It comes with a standard 3-year/1 lakh km warranty (whichever is first). 

With the under-the-hood changes, the turbo-petrol-powered Renault Triber is expected to offer everything the naturally aspirated petrol version offers. The prices, however, are expected to rise from the current model’s Rs 5.81 lakh to Rs 8.53 lakh range (ex-showroom).
