Skoda Slavia Facelift का इंजन

Skoda has given a major facelift to the Slavia mid-size sedan for 2026. It gets a range of updates, including a new automatic gearbox, sharper styling, updated interior trim, and much-needed feature additions. Prices for the Slavia range between Rs 10 lakh and Rs 18.84 lakh. The Skoda sedan is offered in 12 variants across six trims, namely Classic, Classic+, Signature, Sportline, Prestige, and Monte Carlo. The smaller 1.0-litre TSI is available from the base Classic trim onward, whereas automatic options are available from the trim above it. The more powerful 1.5-litre TSI is limited to the top-end Prestige and Monte Carlo trims.

Powering the Skoda Slavia is a pair of direct-injection turbo-petrol engines. There’s a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder mill that produces 115hp and 178Nm and is paired to a 6-speed manual or an 8-speed automatic transmission. Top-end trims also offer a larger 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder mill, developing 150hp and 250Nm, with transmission duties handled by a 7-speed DCT. Additionally, this engine also gets cylinder deactivation tech that enables the engine to operate on 2 cylinders depending on the load to improve fuel efficiency. Claimed mileage figures for the 1.0-litre manual and automatic versions are 19.76kpl and 19.50kpl, respectively, while it’s 18.79kpl for the 1.5-litre mill.

Skoda has launched the Slavia facelift at Rs 10 lakh. This is the first mid-life cycle update that the mid-size sedan has received since its introduction in 2022. Updates include a refreshed exterior, mild interior changes, feature additions, and a new gearbox option. Skoda Slavia facelift exterior updates

The Slavia facelift retains the overall silhouette of its outgoing version, but subtle updates give it a sharper look than before. The front sees updated detailing for the LED headlamps with segmented DRLs, a segmented chrome strip on the grille, new LED foglamp units, and a sportier bumper with a revised air dam. In profile, there’s a new design for the 16-inch alloy wheels, sharp body lines across the sides, and a chrome-tipped window line. Revised LED tail-lamps with sequential turn indicators, updated Skoda branding, and a restyled bumper make up the rear of the Slavia facelift. New colours for the Slavia include Arctic Silver and Capuccino Beige. Monte Carlo versions come with blacked-out exterior elements, badges and alloy wheels, red accents on the grille, special ‘Monte Carlo’ badges and dual-tone colour choices.

Inside, the Slavia facelift looks largely similar to the outgoing model, with the standard model carrying over the beige-and-black theme with copper inserts. Monte Carlo versions get an all-black theme with red inserts and exclusive red graphics across the screens. Meanwhile, the standard Slavia’s leatherette-upholstered seats have a monotone finish, as opposed to the older model’s dual-tone finish. On the other hand, Monte Carlo versions come with black leatherette seats and contrast red stitching. Elements like the two-spoke steering wheel, recessed space on the dash, circular air vents, and touch-based HVAC controls have been carried over.

Honda is slated to launch the Elevate facelift on October 6. This will be the first mid-life update for the Honda mid-size SUV, which was introduced in 2023. The brand has also shared teasers and commenced pre-bookings of the upcoming SUV for Rs 21,000. Ahead of its launch, here’s all that you can expect from the Honda Elevate facelift.

What will the Honda Elevate facelift look like?

Teaser videos of the Honda Elevate facelift hint toward a bolder look for the SUV. At the front, the LED headlamps are connected by segmented LED DRLs; the gloss black grille gets a honeycomb pattern, and the Honda badge has been repositioned to the bonnet. Additionally, the H-shaped chrome element above the grille now sports a black finish. At the rear, the LED tail-lamps get a connected treatment. Meanwhile, the 17-inch alloy wheels appear to carry the same design as before.

Interestingly, the new design elements on the Elevate facelift look closely similar to the WR-V TrailSport HRC Concept. For those who didn’t know, the India-made Elevate is sold in Japan as the WR-V, and the TrailSport HRC Concept was revealed earlier this year at Tokyo Auto Salon 2026.

What will the Honda Elevate facelift interior look like?

Honda has provided a small glimpse of the Elevate facelift’s dashboard, hinting at more soft-touch leatherette trim on the dashboard. Expect minor revisions to the Elevate facelift’s overall cabin layout, along with new upholstery and trim materials. Like the current version, Honda could offer the interior in two themes, namely white and black; brown and black.

Will the Honda Elevate facelift get new features?

The current Elevate misses out on some feel–good features that rivals offer. Honda is likely to fix this with the facelift. Expect new goodies like powered and ventilated front seats, dual-zone climate control, panoramic sunroof, rear sunblinds, and updated graphics for the infotainment system to come on the Elevate facelift. Teasers also reveal the presence of an ambient lighting system, which is an optional accessory for the current model. Meanwhile, features like a wireless phone charger, part-digital infotainment system, lane-watch camera system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 8-speaker sound system, and Level 2 ADAS suite will be retained.

Will the Honda Elevate facelift powertrains be retained from the current version?

Yes, the Elevate facelift is highly likely to continue with the same powertrain options as the current model. This includes a single 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 121hp and 145Nm. Power is sent to the front wheels via a 6-speed manual or a 7-step CVT. Additionally, a dealer-fitted CNG kit can also be paired with this engine in manual guise for select variants. On the other hand, it is unlikely that the City’s strong-hybrid powertrain could make it to the Elevate facelift.

What is the expected price of the Honda Elevate facelift?

It’s worth noting that the current Elevate begins at a higher starting price than its rivals, ranging from Rs 11.88 lakh to Rs 16.36 lakh. With the facelift, the prices are expected to be slightly dearer for the Honda SUV. It will continue to take on rivals like the Hyundai Creta, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun, Kia Seltos, Tata Sierra, Maruti Grand Vitara and Victoris.

The Porsche Classic Communication Management Plus (PCCM Plus) accessory is now available as a retrofit for the Porsche 911, Cayman and Boxster models produced from 2009 to 2016. The PCCM Plus system has a period-correct look and offers navigation, smartphone connectivity and other modern infotainment features in older “future classic” cars.

The PCCM Plus package includes a 7-inch touchscreen display with physical buttons and integrated on-board satellite navigation. The infotainment system supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, Bluetooth, and digital radio. YouTube videos can be played on the screen while the car is stationary. It also gets a ‘Scenic Roads’ navigation function that suggests “winding panoramic routes” for maximised fun behind the wheel.

The infotainment system, Porsche says, is “seamlessly integrated into the vehicle architecture”, which enables vehicle functions to be operated either via the 7-inch touchscreen or via steering wheel-mounted buttons. This enables features like turn-by-turn navigation instructions and music tracks to be displayed on the instrument cluster MID too.

Notably, the PCCM Plus system is not new for the manufacturer’s classic cars. What’s new is that Porsche has expanded the programme to the facelifted second- and third-generation Boxster and Cayman (987.2 and 981), facelifted sixth-generation 911 (997.2), and first-phase seventh-generation 911 (991.1). Earlier, this system was available only on the first-generation Cayenne (9PA), fifth- and sixth-generation 911 (996 and 997.1), and first- and second-generation Boxster and Cayman (986 and 987.1) models.

The Aeris and Amaze have the same length but differ greatly in other dimensions. The Amaze is wider, has a longer wheelbase, and rides a narrow 2mm higher than the Aeris. On the other hand, the Aeris is taller and has a slightly bigger boot. One thing to note is that the Aeris’ boot is likely to have more usable space, as its boot lid uses gas struts to open and close, whereas the Amaze’s trunk lid utilises a hinge mechanism.

In petrol guise, both the Aeris and Amaze get a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated unit. The former’s mill uses a 3-cylinder setup, whereas the latter adds an additional cylinder. Amaze’s power output is higher than the Aeris, but the latter delivers slightly more torque. Both models get a 5-speed manual, but automatic variants of the Aeris use an AMT while the Amaze gets a CVT gearbox.

The Aeris offers a factory-fitted CNG kit on its top Accomplished trim with petrol and AMT gearbox choices. In CNG guise, it gets a dual-cylinder setup that doesn’t sacrifice much boot space as opposed to a single large tank. While Honda also offers a CNG kit on the Amaze, it’s exclusively offered with the manual gearbox and is fitted at the dealer level.

The Amaze has achieved a 5-star crash safety rating by BNCAP. While the Aeris is yet to be tested by BNCAP, it’s worth noting that the Tigor that it’s based on achieved a 4-star rating by GNCAP. As for safety equipment, both are well equipped with six airbags, ESC, traction control, rear parking sensors, TPMS, and hill hold assist. Additionally, the Aeris gets a 360-degree camera as opposed to the Amaze’s rear-view only, but the latter offers an ADAS suite which the former misses out on. Meanwhile, both skip adjustable headrests for the rear occupants.

Comparing like-for-like powertrain combinations, the Aeris is more affordable than the Amaze by up to Rs 1.25 lakh. Interestingly, even its CNG automatic version is cheaper than the Amaze petrol CVT. Between the Aeris and the Amaze, it’s the former we’d pick. Not only is the Aeris more affordable than the Amaze by over a lakh, but it also packs in more features and offers more powertrain combinations. Though in automatic guise the Amaze’s CVT unit delivers a more refined experience than the AMT on the Aeris, the premium that it commands isn’t justified.

भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (आरबीआई) उम्मीद से ज्यादा इंटरेस्ट रेट बढ़ा सकता है। विदेशी ब्रोकरेज फर्म नोमुरा का कहना है कि केंद्रीय बैंक इस साल दिसंबर तक इंटरेस्ट रेट 50 बेसिस प्वाइंट्स तक बढ़ा सकता है। आरबीआई की मॉनेटरी पॉलिसी अगले हफ्ते आने वाली है। इसमें इंटरेस्ट रेट बढ़ाने का फैसला हो सकता है।

आरबीआई 7 अक्टूबर को पेश करेगा मॉनेटरी पॉलिसी

RBI की मॉनेटरी पॉलिसी कमेटी (MPC) की मीटिंग 5 अक्तूबर को शुरू होगी। इसके नतीजे 7 अक्तूबर को आएंगे। आरबीआई गवर्नर संजय मल्होत्रा बुधवार यानी 7 अक्तूबर को सुबह 10 बजे मॉनेटरी पॉलिसी का ऐलान करेंगे। नोमुरा के मुताबिक, RBI का रुख इंटरेस्ट रेट को लेकर अनुमान से ज्यादा आक्रामक हो सकता है। ज्यादातर एनालिस्ट्स का मानना है कि आरबीआई अगले साल तक इंटरेस्ट रेट करीब 125 बेसिस प्वाइंट्स बढ़ा सकता है।

इस साल दो बार रेपो रेट बढ़ने का अनुमान

नोमुरा का कहना है कि आरबीआई अक्तूबर की मॉनेटरी पॉलिसी में रेपो रेट 25 बेसिस प्वाइंट्स और दिसंबर की पॉलिसी में फिर 25 बेसिस प्वाइंट्स बढ़ा सकता है। इससे रेपो रेट बढ़कर 5.75 फीसदी पर पहुंच जाएगा। ब्रोकरेज फर्म के मुताबिक, आरबीआई का रुख शुरुआत में आक्रामक रह सकता है। इसकी वजह यह है कि फूड और एनर्जी की कीमतों में उछाल से अगले छह महीनों में इनफ्लेशन ज्यादा बढ़ने का अनुमान है।

इनफ्लेशन को बढ़ने से रोकने के लिए RBI बढ़ाएगा रेपो रेट

नोमुरा का कहना है कि आरबीआई के रेपो रेट बढ़ाने का मकसद सिर्फ इनफ्लेशन को बढ़ने से रोकना है। इसे इंटरेस्ट रेट को लेकर आरबीआई की सख्त नीति की साइकिल की शुरुआत के रूप में नहीं देखा जाना चाहिए। ब्रोकरेज फर्म ने FY27 में एवरेज सीपीआई इनफ्लेशन 5.2 फीसदी रहने का अनुमान जताया है। उसका यह भी कहना है कि FY28 में यह घटकर 4 फीसदी के आरबीआई के टारगेट तक आ जाएगा।

क्रूड की कीमतों में उछाल से बढ़ रहा है इनफ्लेशन

इस साल 28 फरवरी को अमेरिका और ईरान के बीच लड़ाई शुरू हुई थी। इसके बाद क्रूड ऑयल की कीमतो में उछाल आया है। जून में क्रूड ऑयल की कीमतों में कुछ नरमी आई थी। लेकिन, फिर से कीमतें काफी बढ़ गई हैं। ब्रेंट क्रूड 106 डॉलर प्रति बैरल से ऊपर चल रहा है। इसका सीधा असर इनफ्लेशन पर पड़ रहा है। बीते 3-4 महीनों से रिटेल इनफ्लेशन लगातार बढ़ा है। अमेरिका-ईरान की लड़ाई से पहले ब्रेंट क्रूड करीब 71 डॉलर प्रति बैरल था।

ब्रोकरेज फर्म ग्रो ने पिछले हफ्ते अपने ऐप पर अमेरिकी कंपनियों के शेयरों में निवेश की सुविधा शुरू कर दी। हालांकि, ग्रो के सभी यूजर्स के लिए इस सुविधा के अगले हफ्ते से उपलब्ध होने की संभावना है। सूत्रों ने मनीकंट्रोल को यह बताया। ग्रो को इस साल जुलाई में गिफ्ट सिटी के जरिए ग्लोबल कंपनियों के शेयरों में निवेश के लिए आईएफएससीए लाइसेंस मिला था।

Groww ने विदेशी कंपनियों के शेयरों में निवेश की सुविधा देने के लिए ब्रोकरेज इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर ऑफर करने वाली कंपनी Alpaca Securities से समझौता किया है। ग्रो ने इस सुविधा के बारे में मनीकंट्रोल के सवालों के जवाब नहीं दिए। ग्रो की इस सुविधा से इनवेस्टर्स उसके ऐप के जरिए अमेरिकी स्टॉक एक्सचेंज में लिस्टेड कंपनियों के शेयर खरीद और बेच सकेंगे।

ग्रो के प्लेटफॉर्म से इनवेस्टर्स को 10,000 से ज्यादा कंपनियों के स्टॉक्स और ईटीएफ में निवेश की सुविधा मिलेगी। इनमें Google, Apple, Nvidia, Tesla, Amazon और Meta जैसी दिग्गज अमेरिकी टेक्नोलॉजी कंपनियां शामिल हैं। Zerodha, Angel One और Upstox को भी गिफ्टी सिटी के जरिए अपने प्लेटफॉर्म के जरिए अमेरिकी कंपनियों के शेयरों में निवेश की सुविधा ऑफर करने की इजाजत मिल चुकी है।

Gift City ने अगस्त 2025 में ग्लोबल एक्सेस प्रोवाइडर (GAP) रजिस्ट्रेशन लॉन्च की थी। इसका मकसद इनवेस्टर्स को विदेशी कंपनियों के शेयरों में निवेश का किफायती रास्ता देना है। विदेशी कंपनी के शेयर बचने पर इनवेस्टर्स जब पैसा भारत लाएगा तो उसे किसी तरह की कॉस्ट नहीं चुकानी होगी। इससे भारतीय इनवेस्टर्स को विदेशी कंपनियों के शेयरों में निवेश का आसान रास्ता खुलेगा।

ग्रो यूजर्स की संख्या के लिहाज से देश की सबसे बड़ी ब्रोकरेज फर्म है। इसके 2 करोड़ से ज्यादा एक्टिव यूजर्स हैं। यह 4 लाख करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा के एसेट्स का प्रबंधन करती है। इसकी शुरुआत एक म्यूचअल फंड प्लेटफॉर्म के रूप में हुई थी। अब तक विदेशी कंपनियों में निवेश की सुविधा देने वाले प्लेटफॉर्म्स में IndMoney, Smallcase और Vested Finance का दबदबा रहा है।

बीते करीब 2 सालों में अमेरिका, ताइवान और दक्षिण कोरिया में एआई और सेमीकंडक्टर से जुड़ी कंपनियों के शेयरों में जबर्दस्त तेजी आई है। चूंकि, इंडिया में ऐसी कंपनियां नहीं हैं, जिससे भारतीय इनवेस्टर्स की दिलचस्पी विदेश में इन कंपनियों के शेयरों में निवेश के मौके तलाने में बढ़ी है। इसके अलावा कई बड़ी AI कंपनियों का प्लान अमेरिकी स्टॉक एक्सचेंजों में खुद को लिस्ट कराने का है। ये कंपनियां अपने आईपीओ पेश करने वाली हैं।

Skoda Slavia Facelift, जिसे पिछले महीने भारत में पेश किया गया था, 6 अक्टूबर 2026 को देश में लॉन्च होने वाली है। बता दें कि इस नई सेडान का प्रोडक्शन पुणे के चाकन स्थित कंपनी के प्लांट में शुरू हो चुका है। वहीं, कंपनी नई Slavia को 6 ट्रिम लेवल में पेश करेंगी: Classic, Classic+, Signature, Sportline, Prestige और Monte Carlo। फिलहाल, इसकी बुकिंग शुरू हो चुकी है, जबकि डिलीवरी की तारीख लॉन्च के समय बताई जाएगी। कीतम की बात करें तो, मौजूदा मॉडल की कीमत 10 लाख रुपये से 18.19 लाख रुपये के बीच है, और अपडेटेड सेडान की कीमत काफी ज्यादा हो सकती है क्योंकि इसके बाहरी और अंदरूनी हिस्से में काफी बदलाव किए गए हैं।

Skoda Slavia Facelift: एक्सटीरियर और इंटीरियर

मेकओवर के बाद, Skoda ने कार की बनावट (सिलुएट) को तो वैसा ही रखा है, लेकिन डिटेल्स में काफी बदलाव किए हैं जिससे Facelifted मॉडल एकदम नया और फ्रेश लगता है। इसमें नए डिजाइन वाले LED हेडलैंप्स दिए गए हैं। इसके अलावा, Skoda ने बंपर्स में भी बदलाव किए हैं। वहीं, पिछले हिस्से में अपडेटेड टेललैंप्स और सीक्वेंशियल इंडिकेटर्स दिए गए हैं। अपडेटेड सेडान में नए अलॉय व्हील्स भी मिलते हैं। इसके अलावा, कलर ऑप्शन में दो नए एक्सटीरियर कलर्स (Arctic Silver और Cappuccino Beige) भी जोड़े गए हैं।

अपडेटेड Slavia के केबिन में अब बड़ी 10.1-इंच की इंफोटेनमेंट स्क्रीन और 10.25-इंच का डिजिटल ड्राइवर डिस्प्ले मिलता है। Google Cloud पर आधारित नए AI कंपैनियन के साथ, Slavia फेसलिफ्ट में वायरलेस Android Auto और Apple CarPlay की सुविधा भी दी गई है। अन्य फीचर्स में 360-डिग्री एरिया व्यू कैमरा और पिछली सीट पर मसाज फंक्शन शामिल हैं। एयर-कंडीशनिंग सिस्टम के लिए एक वेरिएबल-जियोमेट्री कंप्रेसर भी जोड़ा गया है।

मैकेनिकल तौर पर, नई Slavia में दो टर्बो-पेट्रोल इंजन मिलते हैं: 1.0-लीटर इंजन (115hp और 178Nm) और 1.5-लीटर इंजन (150hp और 250Nm)। छोटे इंजन को 6-स्पीड मैनुअल या नए 8-स्पीड ऑटोमैटिक गियरबॉक्स के साथ जोड़ा जा सकता है। इस ट्रांसमिशन ने पुरानी Slavia के छह-स्पीड ऑटोमैटिक की जगह ली है। वहीं, पावरफुल 1.5-लीटर इंजन सात-स्पीड डुअल-क्लच ऑटोमैटिक के साथ आता है।

Skoda Slavia Facelift: बुकिंग और मुकाबले की गाड़ियां

अपडेटेड Slavia की बुकिंग 15,000 रुपये में शुरू हो चुकी है। इस सेगमेंट में इसका मुकाबला Volkswagen Virtus, Hyundai Verna और Honda City से होगा।

Renault Triber Turbo में नया 1.0-लीटर टर्बोचार्ज्ड पेट्रोल इंजन मिलता है। इससे Triber में पावरट्रेन का एक नया विकल्प जुड़ गया है। साथ ही, कंपनी को उम्मीद है कि इससे कॉम्पिटिटिव MPV सेगमेंट में Triber की स्थिति और मजबूत होगी। फिलहाल Triber Turbo को सिर्फ 5-स्पीड मैनुअल गियरबॉक्स के साथ पेश किया गया है। इसके टॉप-स्पेक वेरिएंट की कीमत 8.99 लाख रुपये (एक्स-शोरूम) तक जाती है।

कार बनाने वाली कंपनी ने MPV के तीन वैरिएंट में नया टर्बो-पेट्रोल इंजन पेश किया है। Evolution Turbo की कीमत 7.84 लाख रुपये है। Techno Turbo की कीमत 8.53 लाख रुपये है। वहीं, टॉप-स्पेक Emotion Turbo की कीमत 8.99 लाख रुपये है। बता दें कि स्टैंडर्ड नैचुरली एस्पिरेटेड वर्जन की शुरुआती कीमत अभी भी लगभग 5.80 लाख रुपये है। सभी कीमतें एक्स-शोरूम हैं।

Renault Triber Turbo: डिजाइन और फीचर्स

Renault Triber Turbo के डिजाइन में ज्यादा बदलाव नहीं किया गया है। इसका लुक मौजूदा Triber जैसा ही है। पीछे की तरफ टेलगेट पर ‘Turbo’ बैज दिया गया है, जिससे इसके टर्बो वर्जन की पहचान की जा सकती है।

कार के अंदर भी केबिन का लेआउट पहले जैसा ही रखा गया है। इसमें वेरिएंट के हिसाब से 8-इंच टचस्क्रीन इंफोटेनमेंट सिस्टम मिलता है, जो वायरलेस Android Auto और Apple CarPlay को सपोर्ट करता है। इसके अलावा ऑटोमैटिक क्लाइमेट कंट्रोल, डिजिटल इंस्ट्रूमेंट क्लस्टर और वायरलेस चार्जिंग जैसे फीचर्स भी मिलते हैं।
