इसी सोच से उत्तराखंड के अल्मोड़ा के रवि तम्टा ने 13 साल तक लगातार प्रयोग किए और एक इलेक्ट्रिक फ्लाइंग व्हीकल का प्रोटोटाइप तैयार किया।

रवि के पास न इंजीनियरिंग की डिग्री थी न कोई बड़ी लैब थी, बस एक समस्या को हल करने की जिद थी।

उनका सपना है कि पहाड़ी इलाकों में, खासकर मेडिकल इमरजेंसी के दौरान, लोगों तक जल्दी पहुँचा जा सके।

फ्लाइंग व्हीकल अभी प्रोटोटाइप स्टेज में है और इसे कई और टेस्ट से गुजरना बाकी है।

लेकिन रवि की कहानी बताती है –
बड़े आविष्कार हमेशा बड़ी लैब में नहीं जन्म लेते। कभी-कभी एक मुश्किल सवाल ही उनकी शुरुआत होता है।

24 साल की एक लड़की की कहानी इन दिनों सोशल मीडिया पर तेजी से वायरल हो रही है। वायरल वीडियो में 24 साल की एक महिला ने अपनी जिंदगी के पिछले कुछ सालों के सफर के बारे में बताया है। महिला ने अमेरिका में पढ़ाई से लेकर मैनहैटन में नौकरी करने और कम उम्र में एजुकेशन लोन चुकाने तक के कई बड़े पड़ावों के बारे में बताया है। वायरल वीडियो में महिला ने बताया कि 20 साल की उम्र में लिया गया एक फैसला उनके लिए काफी अहम साबित हुआ। इसके बाद वह आगे की पढ़ाई के लिए अमेरिका गईं और न्यूयॉर्क में अपना करियर शुरू किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने एजुकेशन लोन चुकाया और अकेले कई देशों की यात्रा भी की। सोशल मीडिया पर ये वीडियो तेजी से वायरल हो रहा है।

6 महीने में चुकाया लोन

महिला ने बताया कि अमेरिका में फाइनेंस की मास्टर डिग्री करने के लिए उन्होंने करीब 45 लाख रुपये का एजुकेशन लोन लिया था। उन्होंने 21 साल की उम्र में अपनी पढ़ाई पूरी कर ली और इसके बाद नौकरी की तलाश शुरू कर दी। कुछ ही समय बाद, 22 साल की होने से पहले उन्हें मैनहैटन में फाइनेंशियल एनालिस्ट की नौकरी मिल गई। महिला ने इस मौके को अपनी मेहनत का बड़ा नतीजा और सपने के पूरा होने जैसा बताया। वीडियो में महिला ने अपनी आर्थिक स्थिति को लेकर भी कई बातें शेयर कीं। उन्होंने दावा किया कि नौकरी शुरू करने के महज छह महीने के भीतर ही उन्होंने अपना पूरा स्टूडेंट लोन चुका दिया था।

अब भारत लौटने का किया फैसला

इसके अलावा, उन्होंने अपनी कमाई से अकेले 10 देशों की यात्रा करने की बात भी बताई। उनके मुताबिक, कम उम्र में ही उन्होंने अपने खर्च खुद संभालना शुरू कर दिया और आर्थिक रूप से आत्मनिर्भर बनने की दिशा में आगे बढ़ीं। 24 साल की उम्र में महिला अब अपनी जिंदगी का अगला पड़ाव शुरू करने जा रही हैं। अमेरिका में करीब चार साल बिताने और मैनहैटन में काम करने के बाद उन्होंने भारत वापस लौटने का फैसला किया। उन्होंने अपनी 20 की उम्र के शुरुआती वर्षों में पढ़ाई पूरी करने के साथ नौकरी की, यात्रा की और अपने करियर को आगे बढ़ाया। अब अमेरिका के अनुभवों के बाद वह भारत में नई शुरुआत करने की तैयारी कर रही हैं।

Even though their turbocharged engines are of similar sizes, it’s the Tata Sierra’s unit that produces 2hp and 30Nm more. Moreover, the power and torque figures of these cars are achieved over the same engine RPM range. Compared to the Seltos, the Sierra diesel comes with a slightly larger fuel tank (by 3 litres), whilst the gearboxes on both are 6-speed torque-converter automatic units. Both cars are equipped with a variable-geometry turbocharger, thus improving power delivery and reducing turbo lag.

During our real-world fuel economy test, the Seltos diesel managed an average that was 0.5kpl worse than the Sierra. It was also 0.73kpl thirstier in the city, whilst consuming 0.26kpl more fuel than its Tata rival out on the highway. Despite being heavier than a comparable diesel-automatic trim of the Seltos, the relatively lower engine RPM of the Sierra when cruising at 100kph helps its efficiency. For reference, the Seltos’ diesel engine was spinning much faster at 100kph, at 2,100 RPM. Neither SUV gets an automatic engine stop-start system to reduce fuel burn further, but the Seltos does come with an Eco drive mode.

स्वतंत्रता दिवस के दिन भारत श्रीलंका से पहले टेस्ट में भिड़ेगा लेकिन भारत की पुरुष हॉकी टीम विश्वकप में भिड़ने के लिए अपने अपने प्रतिद्वंदियों से लोहा लेगी। दोनों ही टीमों को पूल डी में रखा गया है। पुरुष टीम के लिए टूर्नामेंट 15 अगस्त और महिला टीम के लिए 16 अगस्त से टूर्नामेंट शुरु होगा।

बेल्जियम और स्पेन में होने वाले हॉकी  विश्वकप में भारतीय पुरुष टीम का पहला मैच वेल्स से होगा वहीं भारतीय महिला टीम का पड़ोसी मुल्क चीन से होगा। दोनों ही टीमों का पहला मैच 4.30 बजे खेला जाएगा।

भारतीय पुरुष टीम का अगला मैच इंग्लैंड से 17 अगस्त को शाम 6.30 बजे होगा। इसके बाद विश्वकप की सबसे सफल टीम पाकिस्तान भारत से 19 तारीख को 6.30 बजे भिड़ेगी। वहीं महिला टीम की बात करें तो पहले मैच के बाद टीम का अगला मैच दक्षिण अफ्रीका से 18 अगस्त शाम 6.30 बजे होगा। इंग्लैंड के खिलाफ महिला टीम को 20 अगस्त को शाम 6.30 बजे लोहा लेना होगा।

अगर भारतीय पुरुष टीम और महिला टीम के पूल को देखा जाए तो पुरुष टीम का पूल आसान लगता है। वहीं महिला टीम की स्थिति देखते हुए यह ग्रुप कठिन लगता है।

नए प्रारुप से खेला जाएगा टूर्नामेंट

पुरुष और महिला हॉकी विश्वकप नए प्रारुप से खेला जाएगा जिसमें क्वार्टरफाइनल की जगह नहीं होगी। ट्रॉफी के लिए कुल 16 टीमें – पुरुष और महिला दोनों वर्गों में – मुकाबला कर रही हैं। इन टीमों को चार-चार टीमों वाले चार ग्रुप में बांटा गया है। हर ग्रुप की टॉप दो टीमें दूसरे राउंड के लिए क्वालिफ़ाई करेगी। दूसरे राउंड में, क्वालिफ़ाई करने वाली आठ टीमों को चार-चार टीमों वाले दो ग्रुप में बांटा जाएगा।

भारतीय पुरुष टीम की ए पूल में नीदरलैंड्स, अर्जेंटीना, न्यूज़ीलैंड, जापान हैं। बी पूल में बेल्जियम, जर्मनी, फ्रांस, मलेशिया। सी पूल में ऑस्ट्रेलिया, स्पेन, आयरलैंड, दक्षिण अफ्रीका है। भारतीय महिला टीम की बात करें तो ए पूल में नीदरलैंड्स, ऑस्ट्रेलिया, चिली, जापान हैं। बी पूल में अर्जेंटीना, जर्मनी, संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका, स्कॉटलैंड हैं। सी पूल में बेल्जियम, स्पेन, न्यूज़ीलैंड, आयरलैंड हैं।दोनों ही टीमों के फाइनल 29 अगस्त को खेले जाएंगे।

भारत और श्रीलंका के बीच टेस्ट सीरीज का मंच तैयार है। पहला मुकाबला 15 अगस्त से गॉल इंटरनेशनल क्रिकेट स्टेडियम में खेला जाना है। इससे पहले भारतीय टीम ने तीन दिवसीय वार्म-अप मैच में श्रीलंका क्रिकेट XI को 6 विकेट से हराकर अपनी तैयारियों का अच्छा संकेत दिया। हालांकि इस मुकाबले में एक चेहरा ऐसा भी था, जिसने भारतीय फैंस का खास ध्यान खींचा—गैरी कर्स्टन। कभी टीम इंडिया को वर्ल्ड कप जिताने वाले कर्स्टन अब श्रीलंका के खेमे में हैं और आगामी टेस्ट सीरीज में भारत के खिलाफ रणनीति तैयार करेंगे।

सरफराज की वापसी, सुदर्शन सीरीज से बाहर

 

टेस्ट सीरीज शुरू होने से पहले भारतीय टीम में बदलाव भी हुआ है। चोट के कारण साई सुदर्शन पूरी सीरीज से बाहर हो गए हैं, उनकी जगह सरफराज खान को टीम में शामिल किया गया है।

 

सरफराज ने नवंबर 2024 के बाद कोई टेस्ट मैच नहीं खेला है। ऐसे में उनके पास खुद को फिर से टेस्ट टीम में स्थापित करने का मौका होगा।

 

वहीं, शुभमन गिल को भी लेकर टीम के लिए राहत की खबर आई। अभ्यास के दौरान चोटिल होने के कारण वह शुरुआती दो दिन वार्म-अप मैच में नहीं उतरे थे, लेकिन तीसरे दिन उन्होंने बल्लेबाजी की।

भारत और श्रीलंका के बीच होने वाली यह टेस्ट सीरीज वर्ल्ड टेस्ट चैंपियनशिप 2025-27 के लिहाज से भी काफी महत्वपूर्ण है। टीम इंडिया फिलहाल टॉप-4 से बाहर है और दोनों टेस्ट जीतकर अपनी स्थिति मजबूत करना चाहेगी।

 

श्रीलंका के लिए भी यह सीरीज बड़ी चुनौती है। खास बात यह है कि भारत के खिलाफ श्रीलंका ने अब तक जो 7 टेस्ट जीते हैं, वे सभी अपनी घरेलू जमीन पर आए हैं। अब देखना दिलचस्प होगा कि गॉल में कर्स्टन की रणनीति भारी पड़ती है या फिर गंभीर की टीम पुराने गुरु को उनके ही घर में मात देने की कहानी लिखती है।

Aditya Birla Fashion Share Price: बिड़ला ग्रुप की आदित्य बिड़ला फैशन एंड रिटेल के शेयरों में आज बिकवाली की ऐसी आंधी आई कि यह 9% से अधिक टूट गया। कंपनी के शेयरों पर यह दबाव इसकी जून तिमाही के कारोबारी के चलते आया। जून तिमाही में कंपनी का घाटा रेवेन्यू में उछाल के बावजूद बढ़ा तो शेयरों को लेकर निवेशकों का रुझान बेयरेश हो गया और वे धड़ाधड़ इसे बेचने लगे। बिकवाली का दबाव इतना तेज है कि निचले स्तर पर खरीदारी के बावजूद यह संभल नहीं पाया और अब भी यह काफी कमजोर स्थिति में है। फिलहाल बीएसई पर यह 3.21% की गिरावट के साथ ₹61.28 पर है। इंट्रा-डे में यह 9.16% फिसलकर ₹57.51 तक आ गया था।

Aditya Birla Fashion के लिए कैसी रही जून तिमाही

चालू वित्त वर्ष 2027 की पहली तिमाही अप्रैल-जून 2026 में आदित्य बिड़ला फैशन एंड रिटेल का नेट लॉस ₹212 करोड़ से बढ़कर ₹215.2 करोड़ पर पहुंच गया। हालांकि इस दौरान कंपनी का रेवेन्यू 10.6% बढ़कर ₹2,025.6 करोड़ पर पहुंच गया तो ईबीआईटीडीए भी 5% बढ़कर ₹117.1 करोड़ पर पहुंच गया। हालांकि जून तिमाही में सालाना आधार पर कंपनी का ईबीआईटीडीए मार्जिन 6.10% से 5.78% पर आ गया।

आदित्य बिड़ला फैशन का कहना है कि जून तिमाही में पैंटालून्स (Pantaloons) से इसकी ग्रोथ को सपोर्ट मिला। TMRW के लगातार विस्तार औ लग्जरी बिजनेस में तेजी से यह मजबूत हुई। हालांकि हाई डायरेक्ट और अदर कॉस्ट्स के चलते इसकी प्रॉफिटेबिलिटी पर दबाव बना रहा। साथ ही फाइनेंस की अधिक कॉस्ट और डेप्रिसिएशन के चलते भी मुनाफे पर दबाव आया।

अपने नेटवर्क के विस्तार के चलते प्रॉफिटेबिलिटी पर दबाव के बावजूद पेंटालून्स की रेवेन्यू ग्रोथ जून तिमाही में हेल्दी रही। TMRW का कारोबार जून तिमाही में भी बढ़ती रही और घाटा इसका कम हुआ। साथ ही लग्जरी और अन्य सेगमेंट से इसका रेवेन्यू 30% बढ़ा लेकिन मार्जिन में तेज गिरावट आई तो एथनिक सेगमेंट की ग्रोथ सुस्त रही जिस पर शादियों के छोटे सीजन का झटका दिखा।

एक साल में कैसी रही शेयरों की चाल

आदित्य बिड़ला फैशन एंड रिटेल के शेयरों ने निवेशकों को काफी झटका दिया है। पिछले साल 22 सितंबर 2025 को बीएसई पर यह ₹94.95 के भाव पर था जोकि इसके शेयरों के लिए एक साल का रिकॉर्ड हाई लेवल है। इस हाई लेवल से यह 6 महीने में यह 43.56% फिसलकर 30 मार्च 2026 को ₹53.59 के भाव पर आ गया था जोकि इसके शेयरों के लिए एक साल का रिकॉर्ड निचला स्तर है।

The Hector was MG’s debut offering for the Indian market and resonated quite well with buyers thanks to its refined petrol and diesel engines, spacious and comfortable cabin, and extensive features list. By May 2022, over 80,000 units of the Hector were sold, and production hit the 1,00,000 milestone in December that year.

Hector buyers can also take advantage of 100 percent on-road price funding with tenures of up to 84 months, along with 100 percent funding support on accessories.

Pricing for the Hector starts at Rs 11.99 lakh and extends to Rs 20 lakh (ex-showroom). The Hector is available solely with a 143hp 1.5-litre 4-cylinder turbo-petrol engine paired with either a 6-speed manual or a CVT automatic gearbox. 5-seat and 7-seat configurations are available for the Hector.

VinFast has filed a design patent in India for what appears to be the Rasad, an electric maxi-scooter concept that the Vietnamese brand unveiled in early 2026 as part of a comprehensive overhaul of its electric two-wheeler portfolio.

The filing comes just a few weeks after VinFast patented two other electric two-wheelers in India – the Viper scooter and an electric motorcycle believed to be based on the Sulad concept, another model the brand unveiled in January 2026 as part of its future product portfolio. The multiple patent filings suggest VinFast is actively preparing a broader product lineup for the Indian market than previously indicated.

The Rasad features a muscular, angular design with chunky tyres and an underbone chassis, similar to the Yamaha Aerox and the recently unveiled Honda ADV160. The design patent also reveals disc brakes at both ends, a spacious-looking stepped seat and a tall windscreen. Suspension duties are handled by a telescopic fork at the front and twin rear shock absorbers.

While VinFast has not officially revealed specifications, Vietnamese publications including Vietnam News have reported that the scooter will use a centrally mounted motor producing 7.1kW of peak power, enabling a claimed top speed of 100kph. The same reports also suggest that VinFast is targeting a global launch in the fourth quarter of 2026.

With regard to the Indian market, VinFast had previously stated that it planned to enter the country in 2026, initially identifying three models from its Vietnam lineup as candidates. Since then, the Viper, the Sulad and now the Rasad have all been patented in India. While patent filings don’t necessarily confirm a launch, they do suggest these models could eventually make their way to our market.

Ducati India has launched the Monster and Monster+ V2 in India. Like we’d reported a few days ago, the updated Monster gets a brand-new 890cc engine that’s shared with the Multistrada V2, Panigale V2, and Streetfighter V2. The new Monsters start at Rs 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom, India), Rs 15,000 more than the outgoing models.

Both are mechanically identical, cosmetically different

Ducati has revealed the prices for both the Monster and the Monster+. Both get three colours: Ducati Red, Iceberg White, Sport Livery. The Monster in Ducati Red colour starts at Rs 13.99 lakh with the other two colours costing Rs 14.23 lakh. The Monster+ is mechanically identical to the Monster, but with the addition of a headlight cowl and a passenger seat cover. The Monster+ starts at Rs 14.34 lakh for Ducati Red and Rs 14.45 lakh for Iceberg White and Sport Livery.

Power and torque figures are similar despite the smaller size

The Monster V2 gets a new 890cc V-twin engine, a brand-new monocoque chassis replacing the aluminium frame on the previous model, more muscular tank design that’s in line with the Monster’s design legacy but the capacity itself remains unchanged at 14-litres. Not only is the overall weight reduced by 5kg, thanks to IVT (Intake Variable Timing), the new 890cc engine makes the same 111hp as the previous Monster’s 937cc engine but peak power is delivered at 9,000rpm (250rpm earlier than before). Torque, on the other hand, sees a 2Nm reduction coming in at 91.1Nm and peak torque is now delivered at 7,250rpm (vs 6,500rpm earlier). However, 80 percent of this torque is now available between 4,000 and 9,000rpm.

The maintenance schedule has also become more relaxed, thanks again to IVT, with valve clearance check intervals now necessary only at 45,000km. Ducati expects the Monster to be serviced once a year, or once every 15,000km, whichever is earlier. The standard warranty is two years with unlimited mileage.

Other areas on the Monster V2 also see updates. The seat height is lower at 815mm and it’s narrower than before. For riders wanting to make it more accessible, there’s a lower 795mm seat accessory and an even lower seat with a 775mm seat height, which requires a lower suspension kit. Speaking of, the suspension is handled by the Showa 43mm USD fork and the rear monoshock suspension which are touted to balance comfort and sportiness. Brakes are from Brembo with front 320mm dual-disc brakes and a rear 245mm disc brake. The ride package is completed with the Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tires with the front having a 120/70R17 and the rear 180/55R17.

Standard rider aids consist of ride and power modes, traction control, wheelie control, engine brake control, and cornering ABS. Other electronic features include a 5-inch TFT instrument cluster, full LED lighting, a bi-directional quickshifter, dynamic and self cancelling indicators. The new Monsters are also ready for a number of Ducati accessories like TPMS, cruise control, turn-by-turn navigation, and heated grips etc., The Monster V2 is now available for booking on Ducati India’s website.
