What is the price of the Honda Rebel 300?

The Honda Rebel 300 is available in two variants. The Standard variant is priced at Rs 2.22 lakh and the E-Clutch variant at Rs 2.62 lakh – a Rs 40,000 premium for the automated clutch system. At Rs 2.22 lakh, the Standard variant undercuts the Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350 (Rs 2.25-2.28 lakh, ex-showroom, Chennai), one of the few other bobber-styled motorcycles currently on sale in India.

What engine does the Honda Rebel 300 use?

The Honda Rebel 300 is powered by a 286cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing 30hp and 27.5Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed gearbox. This is the same engine that powered the CB300R previously sold in our market.

The Hector Tomahawk EV is the longest among its rivals, and wins out in the wheelbase and height departments as well. However, the XEV 9S and VF MPV 7 have the Hector Tomahawk EV beat in terms of width. Its 18-inch wheels are in line with class standards. Coming to boot space, the Hector Tomahawk EV claims the largest volume with all three rows up, though it’s worth noting that neither Mahindra nor Kia disclose similar figures. That said, the XEV 9S and Carens Clavis EV are the only ones here to offer frunks for additional storage.

The Hector Tomahawk EV does quite well on the battery capacity front, with its 69.2kWh pack falling short of only that of the eMax 7 and the higher versions of the XEV 9S. Power output is a similar story, with the Hector Tomahawk EV matching the e Max 7’s stronger state of tune and beating out the Carens Clavis EV and the VF MPV 7 – the latter by quite a slim margin. The XEV 9S remains the only EV in this space that’s not front-wheel drive.

As far as range goes, the Hector Tomahawk EV surpasses the Carens Clavis EV and the lower-spec version of the eMax 7, matches the VF MPV 7 (even though the Vinfast has a smaller battery), and falls well short of the XEV 9S. Even the base version of the XEV 9S claims a higher range than the Hector Tomahawk EV despite its 10kWh capacity deficit. The Hector Tomahawk EV’s AC charging time is also higher than that of the 79kWh XEV 9S. Unlike the XEV 9S and Carens Clavis EV, the Hector Tomahawk EV does not support 11kW AC charging either.

MG has priced the Hector Tomahawk EV very competitively, with it undercutting the XEV 9S, VF MPV 7, and eMax 7. The Carens Clavis EV is the only one with a lower starting price than the Hector Tomahawk EV, but the Kia’s top-spec variant is Rs 1.5 lakh more expensive than that of the MG SUV. Moreover, MG offers the Hector Tomahawk EV with a battery-as-a-service (BaaS) scheme, which knocks up to Rs 6 lakh off the sticker price and introduces a monthly battery rental fee of Rs 4.9/km.

Mercedes-Benz has revealed the long-wheelbase version of the GLE SUV, called the GLE L, at the 2026 Chengdu Auto Show in China. Currently built in China, the Mercedes-Benz GLE L has a 120mm longer wheelbase than the standard-wheelbase model and is offered with two turbo-petrol engine options. 

  1. Engine options include 2.0L 4-cyl turbo-petrol and 3.0L 6-cyl turbo-petrol mills
  2. Gets a boss mode feature that tilts the front passenger seat by 10.91 degrees
  3. Also features new rear seat entertainment screens and a China-specific AI assistant

Gets a new boss mode and rear entertainment screens 

What’s new is a boss mode feature, which tilts the front passenger seat by 10.91 degrees for enhanced rear-seat comfort. Mercedes states that this feature is derived from the more opulent Maybach GLS. The GLE L also gets new rear seat entertainment screens and an indigenous AI assistant.

Offers two turbo-petrol engines, which are the same as the standard-wheelbase model

Mercedes-Benz will offer the GLE L in two trim levels: 350 L 4Matic and 450 L 4Matic, with the same turbo-petrol engine options as the standard-wheelbase model. The ‘350’ has a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine producing 258hp and 400Nm, while the ‘450’ has a 3.0-litre inline-six turbo-petrol engine that produces 381hp and 560Nm. Both the engines are available with a 45V mild-hybrid assist and are mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission that sends power to all four wheels (AWD). 

Notably, the standard-wheelbase GLE is also offered in a ‘580’ version with a 537hp, 4-litre twin-turbo V8, a plug-in-hybrid ‘450e’, and two diesel versions: 350d and 450d. 

Everything else is similar to the standard-wheelbase model

Save for the additional wheelbase and redesigned alloy wheels, there is no difference in how the Mercedes-Benz GLE LWB looks compared to the standard-wheelbase model. It continues with a gloss-black grille with a chrome surround and a plethora of tristar elements, and the same dual-barrel headlights with tristar-shaped LED DRLs. The rear design is also identical, with wraparound taillights sporting triangular LED elements, joined by a black trim and dual exhaust tips.

The interior design of the China-spec GLE L is identical to the standard-wheelbase SUV. It features three 12.3-inch screens on the dashboard, one each for the instrumentation, infotainment and front passenger entertainment, and a 3-spoke steering wheel with touch-enabled buttons and physical rocker and roller toggles.

There is no word from Mercedes-Benz about the long-wheelbase GLE’s India launch. The manufacturer offers the E-Class and the V-Class in their respective long-wheelbase avatars in the country. Moreover, there is a growing interest in long-wheelbase cars in the luxury segment, which could make the GLE L an interesting proposition in India. Interestingly, the GLE’s prime rival, the BMW X5, is slated to launch in India in 2027 in a long-wheelbase avatar.

India Weather Update: पड़ोसी देश नेपाल में भारी बारिश के कारण मची तबाही और विनाशकारी सैलाब के बीच भारत मौसम विज्ञान विभाग (IMD) ने 27 अगस्त के लिए मौसम का ताजा बुलेटिन जारी कर दिया है। मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक 27 अगस्त को उत्तर प्रदेश और बिहार समेत देश के 13 राज्यों में अलग-अलग स्थानों पर भारी बारिश होने की संभावना है।

इसके साथ ही पूर्वी और उत्तर-पूर्वी भारत के कई हिस्सों में तेज आंधी, वज्रपात और गर्जना को लेकर चेतावनी जारी की गई है। अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप समूह में तूफानी हवाएं चलने की आशंका है जबकि तटीय क्षेत्रों में समुद्र में उथल-पुथल को देखते हुए विशेष सावधानी बरतने को कहा गया है।

उत्तर भारत का मौसम: यूपी और उत्तराखंड में मूसलाधार बारिश का अनुमान, पूर्वी राजस्थान में भी चेतावनी

उत्तर भारत के मैदानी व पहाड़ी इलाकों में मानसून की सक्रियता बनी हुई है। मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक 27 अगस्त को उत्तर प्रदेश के अलग-अलग जगहों पर भारी बारिश होने की पूरी संभावना है। नेपाल से सटे इलाकों और यूपी के मैदानी भागों में बारिश की वजह से नदियों के जलस्तर पर असर पड़ सकता है।

पर्वतीय राज्य उत्तराखंड और पूर्वी राजस्थान में अलग-अलग जगहों पर गरज के साथ आकाशीय बिजली चमकने और गिरने की आशंका जताई गई है। मौसम विभाग ने इन क्षेत्रों में लोगों को खराब मौसम के दौरान सुरक्षित स्थानों पर रहने की सलाह दी है।

पूर्वी भारत: बिहार, झारखंड, बंगाल और ओडिशा में भारी बारिश और आंधी का संकट

आईएमडी के मुताबिक 27 अगस्त को बिहार, झारखंड, ओडिशा और उप-हिमालयी पश्चिम बंगाल और सिक्किम में भारी बारिश होने का पूर्वानुमान दिया गया है। बारिश के साथ-साथ इन पूर्वी राज्यों में मौसम काफी खराब रह सकता है। बिहार, झारखंड, ओडिशा और पश्चिम बंगाल व सिक्किम में अलग-अलग जगहों पर 30 से 40 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से तेज झोंकेदार हवाएं चलने, बिजली कड़कने और आंधी-तूफान आने की संभावना है।

पूर्वोत्तर भारत: असम, मेघालय और अरुणाचल समेत सभी 7 राज्यों में मूसलाधार बारिश का अलर्ट

पूर्वोत्तर भारत में मानसून का प्रकोप लगातार जारी है। मौसम विभाग के अलर्ट के मुताबिक 27 अगस्त को अरुणाचल प्रदेश, असम और मेघालय में भारी बारिश होने की प्रबल संभावना है। इसके साथ ही नागालैंड, मणिपुर, मिजोरम और त्रिपुरा में भी अलग-अलग स्थानों पर मूसलाधार बारिश दर्ज की जा सकती है।

इन सभी पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों में बारिश के साथ-साथ तेज गर्जना होने और आकाशीय बिजली चमकने को लेकर भी चेतावनी जारी की गई है। पूर्वोत्तर के राज्यों में लगातार हो रही बारिश से जनजीवन प्रभावित होने की आशंका है।

मध्य और दक्षिण भारत: मध्य प्रदेश, छत्तीसगढ़ और केरल में होगी भारी बारिश

मध्य भारत के इलाकों में भी मानसून अपनी पूरी ताकत दिखा रहा है। 27 अगस्त को मध्य प्रदेश और छत्तीसगढ़ के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में भारी बारिश होने का अनुमान जताया गया है। इसके साथ ही दोनों राज्यों में गरज-चमक के साथ बिजली गिरने की गतिविधि भी देखने को मिल सकती है।

दक्षिण भारत की बात करें तो केरल और माहे में भारी बारिश की संभावना जताई गई है। वहीं, आंध्र प्रदेश और तमिलनाडु, पुडुचेरी व कराइकल में अलग-अलग जगहों पर 40 से 50 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से तेज हवाएं चलने और बिजली चमकने का अलर्ट है। इसके अलावा, आंध्र प्रदेश के तटीय क्षेत्रों में तेज सतह हवाएं चलने का भी अनुमान है।

अंडमान में तूफानी हवाओं का अलर्ट, समंदर में मछुआरों के लिए चेतावनी

मौसम विभाग ने द्वीपीय क्षेत्रों और समुद्री सीमाओं पर खराब मौसम को लेकर विशेष अलर्ट जारी किया है। अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप समूह में 27 अगस्त को 50 से 60 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से तेज तूफानी हवाएं चलने की आशंका है।

समुद्री स्थिति पर नजर डालें तो अरब सागर में सोमालिया और ओमान तटों के साथ-साथ उत्तर, पूर्व-मध्य और पश्चिम-मध्य अरब सागर के कई हिस्सों में 45 से 55 किमी प्रति घंटे की गति से हवाएं चल सकती हैं, जो बढ़कर 65 किमी प्रति घंटे तक पहुंच सकती हैं।

The MG Hector Tomahawk EV is a three-row SUV available in Excite, Exclusive and Essence trims. All three use the same battery pack and electric motor, with the main differences being the features and seating layouts on offer. The MG Hector Tomahawk EV, like all MG EVs sold in India (excluding the M9 and the Cyberster), is available with a Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) scheme that lowers the upfront cost. Notably, buyers opting for BaaS have to pay a battery rental fee of Rs 4.9 per kilometre. For the Hector Tomahawk EV, the scheme reduces the upfront price by up to Rs 6.01 lakh.

All trims feature a 69.2kWh battery pack, which powers a 204hp, 310Nm electric motor mounted on the front axle. The sprint from 0-100kph takes 8.2 seconds. On the Modified Indian Driving Cycle (MIDC), the SUV can go up to 517km on a single charge. As per MG, it takes about 35 minutes to charge the battery from 30 percent to 80 percent with a 90kW DC fast charger. With a 7.4kW AC unit, the carmaker claims a charging time of about 12.5 hours for a 10 percent to 100 percent top-up.

Which variant of the MG Hector Tomahawk EV should you buy?

The mid-spec Exclusive trim, priced at Rs 22 lakh, ex-showroom, is the one we recommend for the MG Hector Tomahawk EV. Compared to the base Excite, it adds front ventilated seats, a 50W wireless charger with cooling and a powered tailgate, features that should appeal to buyers of such an EV. With the BaaS option, the upfront cost can be reduced by Rs 6.1 lakh (as on August 26, 2026), making for a significant initial saving. Buyers who want the five-seat version will have to choose the top-spec Essence trim, as it is the only one available with this seating configuration. 

What’s good is that there is no difference in performance or range across the lineup. All trims use the same 69.2kWh battery pack and 204hp electric motor, while the MIDC-rated range remains identical at 517km.

UP Expressway Projects: उत्तर प्रदेश में सड़क कनेक्टिविटी और औद्योगिक विकास को लेकर योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है। सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ की अध्यक्षता में हुई कैबिनेट बैठक में 24,000 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक के इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर और औद्योगिक निवेश से जुड़े प्रस्तावों को मंजूरी दी गई। इसमें दो बड़े एक्सप्रेसवे प्रोजेक्ट सुल्तानपुर में मैन्युफैक्चरिंग-लॉजिस्टिक्स क्लस्टर और राज्य के अलग-अलग जिलों में 11 बड़े औद्योगिक प्रोजेक्ट्स के लिए प्रोत्साहन शामिल हैं। योगी सरकार का फोकस अब सिर्फ बड़े शहरों तक सीमित नहीं है। नए फैसलों के जरिए उभरते औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों को बेहतर सड़क नेटवर्क से जोड़ने और प्रदेश के अलग-अलग जिलों में बड़े निवेश को आकर्षित करने की तैयारी है।

‘गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे’ पहुंचेगा हरिद्वार, 10,761 करोड़ होंगे खर्च

कैबिनेट ने 10,761 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे को हरिद्वार तक बढ़ाने के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दी है। इसके तहत छह लेन का ग्रीनफील्ड एक्सप्रेसवे बनाया जाएगा, जिसे भविष्य में आठ लेन तक विस्तारित करने का प्रावधान होगा। इस परियोजना का पूरा खर्च उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार उठाएगी। इसमें केंद्र की वित्तीय भागीदारी प्रस्तावित नहीं है।

इस एक्सप्रेसवे से बिजनौर और हरिद्वार के बीच कनेक्टिविटी काफी बेहतर होने की उम्मीद है। फिलहाल बिजनौर से हरिद्वार जाने के लिए मुख्य रूप से NH-34 यानी मेरठ-बिजनौर-हरिद्वार हाईवे पर निर्भरता है। नया एक्सप्रेसवे बनने के बाद बिजनौर की लखनऊ से कनेक्टिविटी भी गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे नेटवर्क के जरिए और मजबूत होगी।

प्रयागराज से हरिद्वार तक बनेगा तेज कॉरिडोर

गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे का हरिद्वार तक विस्तार केवल सड़क परियोजना नहीं। बल्कि पर्यटन और आर्थिक गतिविधियों के लिहाज से भी महत्वपूर्ण माना जा रहा है। हरिद्वार जुड़ने के बाद एक्सप्रेसवे नेटवर्क प्रयागराज और हरिद्वार जैसे गंगा तट पर बसे दो प्रमुख कुंभ शहरों को एक्सेस-कंट्रोल्ड सड़क कनेक्टिविटी से जोड़ देगा।

यूपी सरकार को उम्मीद है कि इससे धार्मिक पर्यटन, व्यापार, निवेश और अन्य आर्थिक गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। इसका फायदा बिजनौर, हरिद्वार और आसपास के इलाकों को मिलने की उम्मीद है। अब इस परियोजना की विस्तृत परियोजना रिपोर्ट यानी DPR तैयार की जाएगी।

झांसी लिंक एक्सप्रेसवे पर 7,968 करोड़

योगी कैबिनेट ने 7,968.30 करोड़ रुपये की अनुमानित लागत वाले झांसी लिंक एक्सप्रेसवे को भी मंजूरी दी है। इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य बुंदेलखंड औद्योगिक विकास प्राधिकरण यानी BIDA क्षेत्र और झांसी के आसपास के डिफेंस कॉरिडोर को बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी उपलब्ध कराना है। इस परियोजना का पूरा खर्च भी उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार उठाएगी। केंद्र से किसी वित्तीय भागीदारी का प्रस्ताव नहीं है। ॉ

सरकार का मानना है कि एक्सप्रेसवे बनने के बाद बुंदेलखंड के उभरते औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों से उत्तर प्रदेश के दूसरे हिस्सों और देश के अन्य क्षेत्रों तक सड़क संपर्क तेज होगा। निर्माण के दौरान प्रत्यक्ष रोजगार के साथ-साथ औद्योगिक गतिविधियां बढ़ने पर अप्रत्यक्ष रोजगार के अवसर भी पैदा होने की उम्मीद है।

सुल्तानपुर में 272 करोड़ का इंडस्ट्रियल-लॉजिस्टिक्स क्लस्टर

कैबिनेट ने सुल्तानपुर में 272.25 करोड़ रुपये के निवेश से इंटीग्रेटेड मैन्युफैक्चरिंग एंड लॉजिस्टिक्स क्लस्टर यानी IMLC के इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर डेवलपमेंट को भी मंजूरी दी है। यह क्लस्टर पूर्वांचल एक्सप्रेसवे के नजदीक विकसित किया जाएगा। इससे यहां आने वाली औद्योगिक इकाइयों को पहले से मौजूद तेज सड़क नेटवर्क का सीधा फायदा मिलेगा।

इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर से जुड़े काम का खर्च राज्य सरकार उठाएगी और निर्माण एजेंसी के चयन के लिए ग्लोबल बिड आमंत्रित की जाएगी। सरकार को उम्मीद है कि यह क्लस्टर मैन्युफैक्चरिंग और लॉजिस्टिक्स से जुड़े निवेश को आकर्षित करेगा तथा सुल्तानपुर और आसपास के क्षेत्रों में रोजगार पैदा करेगा।

11 बड़े प्रोजेक्ट्स को भी मंजूरी

इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के साथ-साथ कैबिनेट ने 11 बड़े औद्योगिक प्रोजेक्ट्स के लिए भी प्रोत्साहन को मंजूरी दी है। इन परियोजनाओं में कुल प्रस्तावित निवेश 5,500 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक है। इनमें से आठ परियोजनाओं के लिए करीब 2,901.97 करोड़ रुपये के निवेश पर उत्तर प्रदेश इंडस्ट्रियल इन्वेस्टमेंट एंड एम्प्लॉयमेंट प्रमोशन पॉलिसी-2022 के तहत लेटर ऑफ कंफर्ट जारी करने को मंजूरी दी गई है। इन परियोजनाओं का विस्तार गौतम बुद्ध नगर (नोएडा), हमीरपुर, हाथरस, बाराबंकी, लखीमपुर खीरी, मथुरा और उन्नाव जैसे जिलों तक है।

इनमें प्रमुख निवेश इस प्रकार हैं:-

  • सूर्या ग्लोबल सुपर फ्लेक्सिफिल्म्स, गौतम बुद्ध नगर- 605.37 करोड़ रुपये
  • शाल्विस स्पेशियलिटीज, हमीरपुर- 297.30 करोड़ रुपये
  • साउंड कास्टिंग्स, हाथरस – 225 करोड़ रुपये
  • वृंदावन बॉटलर्स, बाराबंकी – 436.12 करोड़ रुपये
  • जुआरी एनविएन बायोएनर्जी, लखीमपुर खीरी- 294.72 करोड़ रुपये
  • पसवारा पेपर्स, हाथरस- 315 करोड़ रुपये
  • CRD फूड्स एंड बेवरेजेज, मथुरा- 363.94 करोड़ रुपये
  • माउंट एवरेस्ट ब्रेवरीज, उन्नाव- 363.52 करोड़ रुपये

(नोट- इन परियोजनाओं को पात्रता के आधार पर नीति के तहत नेट SGST और कैपिटल सब्सिडी समेत विभिन्न प्रोत्साहन मिल सकेंगे।)

तीन और प्रोजेक्ट्स में 2,606 करोड़ का निवेश

कैबिनेट ने तीन और परियोजनाओं के लिए लेटर ऑफ कम्फर्ट को मंजूरी दी है। इनका कुल प्रस्तावित निवेश 2,606.04 करोड़ रुपये है। ये परियोजनाएं बिजनौर, उन्नाव और कानपुर देहात में लगाई जाएंगी।

उन्नाव में एल्युमिनियम कैन फैक्ट्री

Canpack India उन्नाव में करीब 1,573.62 करोड़ रुपये का निवेश करेगी। कंपनी एल्युमिनियम बेवरेज कैन बनाने की इकाई स्थापित करेगी। यह प्लांट करीब 26 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में UPEIDA द्वारा विकसित IMLC इंडस्ट्रियल कॉरिडोर क्षेत्र में लगाया जाएगा। इसकी अनुमानित वार्षिक उत्पादन क्षमता 130 करोड़ यूनिट होगी।

बिजनौर में फ्रेंच फ्राइज प्लांट

इसके अलावा Agristo Masa बिजनौर में 794.27 करोड़ रुपये का निवेश करेगी। यह कंपनी मौजूदा पोटैटो फ्लेक्स कारोबार का विस्तार करने के साथ फ्रेंच फ्राइज बनाने की यूनिट स्थापित करेगी। प्रस्तावित प्लांट की अधिकतम स्थापित क्षमता हर साल 75,000 टन होगी। इसके मुकाबले कंपनी की मौजूदा पोटैटो फ्लेक्स उत्पादन क्षमता करीब 7,332 टन सालाना बताई गई है।

कानपुर देहात में प्लास्टिक प्रोडक्ट्स का होगा उत्पादन

एक बयान के मुताबिक, Supreme Industries कानपुर देहात में 238.15 करोड़ रुपये का निवेश करेगी। यहां वैल्यू-एडेड प्लास्टिक बिल्डिंग सॉल्यूशन उत्पाद बनाए जाएंगे। कंपनी की स्थापना 1942 में हुई थी। यह भारत की प्रमुख प्लास्टिक प्रोसेसिंग कंपनियों में शामिल है।

एक्सप्रेसवे और उद्योग को एक साथ जोड़ने की रणनीति

यूपी सरकार के इन फैसलों से साफ संकेत मिलता है कि उत्तर प्रदेश अब एक्सप्रेसवे नेटवर्क को सीधे औद्योगिक विकास से जोड़ने की रणनीति पर आगे बढ़ रहा है। झांसी लिंक एक्सप्रेसवे को बुंदेलखंड के औद्योगिक और डिफेंस कॉरिडोर से जोड़ा जा रहा है। जबकि सुल्तानपुर का IMLC पूर्वांचल एक्सप्रेसवे का फायदा उठाएगा। वहीं, गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे के हरिद्वार तक विस्तार से पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश और हरिद्वार के बीच आर्थिक संपर्क मजबूत होने की उम्मीद है।

उत्तर प्रदेश के वित्त मंत्री सुरेश खन्ना ने कहा कि कैबिनेट के फैसले एक्सप्रेसवे विस्तार और औद्योगिक विकास को एक साथ आगे बढ़ाने की कोशिश को दिखाते हैं। सरकार का लक्ष्य बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी के जरिए निवेश, व्यापार, रोजगार और पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देना है।

उन्होंने कहा कि 24 हजार करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा के इन प्रस्तावों को उत्तर प्रदेश के इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर और औद्योगिक नक्शे में बड़ा बदलाव लाने वाली पहल के तौर पर देखा जा रहा है। खास बात यह है कि इसका असर सिर्फ लखनऊ, नोएडा या दूसरे बड़े औद्योगिक केंद्रों तक सीमित न रहकर बुंदेलखंड, पूर्वांचल और पश्चिमी यूपी के कई जिलों तक पहुंचने की उम्मीद है।

If you’ve been looking to start exploring trails near you or improve your off-road riding, you now have the opportunity to be trained by 2018 Dakar champion and four-time Dakar Stage Winner Matthias Walkner. KTM is bringing Matthias to India to mentor their Adventure Rally Extreme events in Mumbai and Bengaluru, slated to happen in September.

  1. Face to face meeting in Mumbai on September 11; in Bengaluru on September 15
  2. Ride and train in Mumbai on September 12-13; in Bengaluru on September 16-17
  3. Ride and train event limited to KTM owners only

Two events over three days

Registrations open now

There are two separate events requiring separate registrations, a face to face meeting and a ride and train event. During the face to face event, riders will have the opportunity to meet and interact with Matthias as well as a photo opportunity. Registration to this is open to everybody and costs Rs 500.

The ride and train event on the other hand, is far more hands-on, or hands and feet on, if you will. Riders will get to ride and train alongside Matthias and train on off-roading skills through practical drills and real rally techniques. This event has two batches over two days, and registration is exclusive to KTM owners for Rs 5,000.
