The Ninja 1100 SX gets a complimentary pannier kit worth Rs 1.25 lakh, a meaningful addition for riders who plan to tour and would likely have opted for luggage anyway. Meanwhile, the ZX-6R is being offered with a complimentary Öhlins steering damper worth Rs 83,000.

टाटा ग्रुप की आईटी कंपनी Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) ने अप्रैल-जून तिमाही के नतीजे जारी किए। कंपनी का प्रदर्शन बाजार के अनुमान के मुताबिक रहा। तिमाही में रेवेन्यू 2.2% बढ़कर 72,275 करोड़ रुपये रहा। मार्च तिमाही में यह 70,698 करोड़ रुपये था।

Mahindra & Mahindra

ऑटो कंपनी Mahindra & Mahindra की कुल बिक्री जून 2026 में सालाना आधार पर 32.5% बढ़कर 1.04 लाख यूनिट रही। पिछले साल जून में कंपनी ने 78,142 यूनिट बेची थीं।

Anand Rathi Wealth

वेल्थ मैनेजमेंट कंपनी Anand Rathi Wealth का कंसोलिडेटेड नेट प्रॉफिट जून तिमाही में 73.6% बढ़कर 163 करोड़ रुपये हो गया। रेवेन्यू 17.5% बढ़कर 322 करोड़ रुपये रहा। हालांकि, EBITDA 15% घटकर 109 करोड़ रुपये रह गया। EBITDA मार्जिन भी 46.6% से घटकर 33.7% पर आ गया।

Torrent Pharmaceuticals

फार्मा कंपनी Torrent Pharmaceuticals ने Semalix Injection Disposable Pen के कुछ बैच स्वेच्छा से वापस मंगाने का फैसला किया है। यह कदम Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories की रिकॉल नोटिस के बाद उठाया गया है। कंपनी प्रोडक्ट की तकनीकी जांच कराएगी।

Power Grid Corporation

सरकारी पावर ट्रांसमिशन कंपनी Power Grid Corporation को Bhadla-III, Ramgarh PS और Kanpur (PG) इंटरस्टेट ट्रांसमिशन प्रोजेक्ट मिला है। कंपनी इसे BOOT मॉडल के तहत विकसित करेगी। यह प्रोजेक्ट टैरिफ बेस्ड कॉम्पिटिटिव बिडिंग (TBCB) के जरिए मिला है।

Havells India

कंज्यूमर इलेक्ट्रिकल कंपनी Havells India ने बैटरी एनर्जी स्टोरेज सिस्टम (BESS) कारोबार में एंट्री की है। कंपनी ने नॉर्वे की एनर्जी स्टोरेज कंपनी Pixii AS के साथ रणनीतिक साझेदारी की है।

Pace Digitek

इलेक्ट्रिकल और पावर सॉल्यूशंस कंपनी Pace Digitek की सब्सिडियरी Lineage Power ने Onward Solar Power और Kalpa Power के साथ MoU किया है। इसके तहत कंपनी बैटरी एनर्जी स्टोरेज सिस्टम्स (BESS) की सप्लाई करेगी।

Great Eastern Shipping

शिपिंग कंपनी Great Eastern Shipping ने 2015 में बने LR2 टैंकर ‘Jag Laxman’ की डिलीवरी ले ली है। इसकी क्षमता करीब 1,09,990 डेडवेट टन (DWT) है। इस खरीद का पूरा भुगतान कंपनी ने अपनी आंतरिक नकदी से किया है।

Muthoot Microfin

माइक्रोफाइनेंस कंपनी Muthoot Microfin का एसेट अंडर मैनेजमेंट (AUM) जून तिमाही में सालाना आधार पर 18% बढ़ा। कंपनी ने इसका श्रेय मजबूत लोन वितरण और बेहतर कलेक्शन एफिशिएंसी को दिया है।

CONCOR & GAIL

सरकारी लॉजिस्टिक्स कंपनी Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) और सरकारी गैस कंपनी GAIL (India) ने 15 साल का समझौता किया है। दोनों अहमदाबाद के Khodiyar Inland Container Depot (ICD) में LNG डिस्पेंसिंग स्टेशन स्थापित करेंगे।

Vikram Solar

सोलर कंपनी Vikram Solar ने Evervolt Solar Tech के साथ 130 मेगावाट क्षमता के सोलर सेल की सप्लाई का समझौता किया है। इस डील से कंपनी की ऑर्डर बुक और सोलर कारोबार को मजबूती मिलने की उम्मीद है।

AWL Agri Business

FMCG कंपनी AWL Agri Business ने अपने Regenerative Mustard Programme का विस्तार करने का ऐलान किया है। कंपनी के मुताबिक, इस कार्यक्रम के तहत सरसों की उपज में 30% तक बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गई है।

कल का मौसम 10 जुलाई: उत्तराखंड में रेड वॉर्निंग, IMD ने यूपी समेत इन 22 राज्यों के लिए भारी बारिश का अलर्ट जारी किया

India Weather Update: दक्षिण-पश्चिम मानसून 9 जुलाई को अपने सामान्य समय से महज एक दिन की देरी से पूरे देश में छा चुका है। उत्तर अरब सागर, राजस्थान, हरियाणा और पंजाब के बचे हुए हिस्सों को कवर करने के साथ ही मानसून पूरे भारत में सक्रिय हो चुका है। इस बीच भारतीय मौसम विज्ञान विभाग (IMD) ने 10 जुलाई के लिए देश के 22 से अधिक राज्यों में भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश और तेज आंधी-तूफान का ऑरेंज और रेड अलर्ट जारी किया है। मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक वर्तमान में दक्षिण-पश्चिम उत्तर प्रदेश और उसके आसपास के इलाकों पर एक सुस्पष्ट कम दबाव का क्षेत्र बना हुआ है। ये अगले 24 घंटों के दौरान धीरे-धीरे उत्तर-पूर्व की ओर बढ़ेगा। इसके अलावा मानसून ट्रफ और अलग-अलग चक्रवाती परिसंचरण के एक्टिव होने से कल कई राज्यों में मौसम बेहद खराब रहने वाला है।

आइए जानते हैं मौसम विभाग के बुलेटिन के मुताबिक 10 जुलाई को देश के अलग-अलग राज्यों में कैसा रहेगा मौसम का मिजाज:

उत्तराखंड के लिए रेड वॉर्निंग

मौसम विभाग ने 10 जुलाई के लिए उत्तराखंड को सबसे संवेदनशील जोन में रखा है। राज्य में अलग-अलग जगहों पर भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश के साथ कुछ इलाकों में अत्यंत भारी बारिश होने की पूरी संभावना जताई गई है। इसके साथ ही बिजली कड़कने और गरज-चमक की भी चेतावनी जारी की गई है।

उत्तर प्रदेश समेत इन 5 राज्यों में बहुत भारी बारिश का अलर्ट

IMD के मुताबिक 10 जुलाई को देश के 5 प्रमुख राज्यों और क्षेत्रों में मूसलाधार बारिश होने की आशंका है। इसके लिए ऑरेंज अलर्ट जैसी स्थिति है-

उत्तर प्रदेश (कम दबाव का क्षेत्र बने होने के कारण व्यापक असर दिखेगा)

  • अरुणाचल प्रदेश
  • असम और मेघालय
  • उप-हिमालयी पश्चिम बंगाल और सिक्किम
  • इन सभी राज्यों में अलग-अलग जगहों पर भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश होने का पूर्वानुमान जारी किया गया है।
  • दिल्ली-हरियाणा और बिहार समेत इन 13 राज्यों में भारी बारिश का पूर्वानुमान

मौसम विभाग ने 10 जुलाई को देश के कई अन्य हिस्सों में भी भारी बारिश की चेतावनी दी है। इन राज्यों में शामिल हैं:

  • बिहार
  • हरियाणा, चंडीगढ़ और दिल्ली
  • हिमाचल प्रदेश
  • पूर्वी मध्य प्रदेश
  • गंगा तटीय पश्चिम बंगाल
  • मध्य महाराष्ट्र
  • तटीय कर्नाटक
  • दक्षिण आंतरिक कर्नाटक
  • केरल और माहे
  • तमिलनाडु, पुडुचेरी और कराइकल
  • नागालैंड, मणिपुर, मिजोरम और त्रिपुरा

आंधी-तूफान, बिजली गिरने और तेज हवाओं का अलर्ट

बारिश के साथ-साथ मौसम विभाग ने कई राज्यों में बिजली कड़कने और तेज हवाएं चलने की चेतावनी दी है। अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप समूह, आंध्र प्रदेश, गंगा तटीय पश्चिम बंगाल, जम्मू-कश्मीर-लद्दाख, झारखंड, कर्नाटक, मध्य प्रदेश, तमिलनाडु, पुडुचेरी और कराइकल और तेलंगाना में 40 से 50 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से तेज हवाएं चलने, गरज-चमक और बिजली गिरने की संभावना है।

इसी तरह बिहार, ओडिशा, उप-हिमालयी पश्चिम बंगाल और सिक्किम के साथ विदर्भ में 30 से 40 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से हवाएं चलने और आंधी-तूफान का अनुमान है। वहीं अरुणाचल प्रदेश, असम और मेघालय, छत्तीसगढ़, पूर्वी राजस्थान, नागालैंड, मणिपुर, मिजोरम और त्रिपुरा के साथ उत्तराखंड के कुछ इलाकों में बिजली गिरने की चेतावनी दी गई है। कर्नाटक, लक्षद्वीप, रायलसीमा और तेलंगाना में धरातल पर बहुत तेज गति से हवाएं चलने की संभावना मौसम विभाग ने जताई है।

मौसम को प्रभावित करने वाले बड़े सिस्टम

मौसम वैज्ञानिकों के मुताबिक देश भर में इस भारी बारिश के पीछे एक साथ कई मानसूनी सिस्टम काम कर रहे हैं-

  • उत्तर प्रदेश पर लो-प्रेशर: दक्षिण-पश्चिम उत्तर प्रदेश और उसके पड़ोस में समुद्र तल से 7.6 किमी ऊपर तक फैला एक ‘वेल मार्क्ड लो प्रेशर एरिया’ सक्रिय है।
  • मानसून ट्रफ: मानसून की अक्षीय रेखा इस समय अनूपगढ़, रोहतक, दक्षिण-पश्चिम उत्तर प्रदेश के कम दबाव वाले केंद्र, फुर्सतगंज, देहरी, धनबाद, बांकुरा, दीघा से होते हुए पूर्व-दक्षिण-पूर्व की ओर बंगाल की खाड़ी तक जा रही है।
  • ऑफ-शोर ट्रफ: समुद्र तल पर दक्षिण गुजरात से लेकर उत्तरी केरल तक एक ऑफ-शोर ट्रफ लगातार बनी हुई है।
  • पश्चिमी विक्षोभ: उत्तरी पाकिस्तान और उसके आसपास के इलाके में समुद्र तल से 5।8 किमी ऊपर एक चक्रवाती परिसंचरण के रूप में पश्चिमी विक्षोभ बना हुआ है।
  • अन्य चक्रवाती हवाएं: उत्तरी बिहार, पूर्वी बांग्लादेश और उत्तर-पूर्वी असम के ऊपर अलग-अलग ऊंचाइयों पर चक्रवाती परिसंचरण सक्रिय हैं जो नमी को खींच रहे हैं।

Defence Stock: डिफेंस और इंडस्ट्रियल एक्सप्लोसिव बनाने वाली कंपनी Solar Industries India के शेयर गुरुवार को शुरुआती बढ़त के बाद 3% ज्यादा गिरकर बंद हुए। कारोबार के दौरान यह दिन के हाई लेवल से 6% तक टूट गया था। इसकी वजह Kotak Institutional Equities की नई रिपोर्ट रही। ब्रोकरेज ने पहली बार कंपनी पर कवरेज शुरू करते हुए ‘Sell’ रेटिंग दी है।

Kotak ने शेयर के लिए 10,300 रुपये का टारगेट प्राइस रखा है। यह गुरुवार के बंद भाव के मुकाबले करीब 40.8% की संभावित गिरावट दिखाता है।

कंपनी की खूबियां भी गिनाईं

Kotak ने माना कि Solar Industries देश की सबसे बड़ी निजी इंडस्ट्रियल एक्सप्लोसिव बनाने वाली कंपनी है। साथ ही यह देश की सबसे तेजी से बढ़ती डिफेंस कंपनियों में भी शामिल है।

कंपनी सिर्फ विस्फोटक ही नहीं बनाती। इसके पोर्टफोलियो में इंडस्ट्रियल एक्सप्लोसिव, हाई-एनर्जी मैटेरियल, पिनाका रॉकेट सिस्टम, लोइटरिंग म्यूनिशन और गोला-बारूद जैसे कई डिफेंस प्रोडक्ट भी शामिल हैं।

ग्रोथ को लेकर क्या है अनुमान?

ब्रोकरेज का अनुमान है कि वित्त वर्ष 2026 से 2030 के बीच कंपनी का PAT (टैक्स के बाद मुनाफा) सालाना औसतन 28% (CAGR) की दर से बढ़ सकता है।

इसके पीछे कई वजहें हैं। डिफेंस कारोबार में करीब 35% CAGR की ग्रोथ का अनुमान है। वहीं, 10 देशों में फैले अंतरराष्ट्रीय कारोबार से 26% CAGR की उम्मीद है। इसके अलावा बिजनेस मिक्स बेहतर होने से कंपनी के मार्जिन में भी सुधार हो सकता है।

फिर ‘Sell’ रेटिंग क्यों दी?

इतनी मजबूत ग्रोथ का अनुमान होने के बावजूद Kotak ने शेयर खरीदने की सलाह नहीं दी। उनसे इसका कारण भी बताया है।

ब्रोकरेज का कहना है कि कंपनी की मौजूदा कीमत में भविष्य की ग्रोथ पहले ही शामिल हो चुकी है। अभी Solar Industries का शेयर वित्त वर्ष 2028 के अनुमानित मुनाफे के करीब 55 गुना वैल्यूएशन पर कारोबार कर रहा है। ऐसे में मौजूदा स्तर पर निवेशकों को जोखिम के मुकाबले आकर्षक रिटर्न मिलने की संभावना कम दिखती है।

कौन-कौन से जोखिम हैं?

Kotak ने कंपनी के सामने कुछ अहम चुनौतियों का भी जिक्र किया है। माइनिंग और इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर सेक्टर की मांग में उतार-चढ़ाव का असर कारोबार पर पड़ सकता है। सरकारी डिफेंस ऑर्डर एक साथ और अनियमित तरीके से मिलते हैं, इसलिए कमाई में भी उतार-चढ़ाव आ सकता है।

इसके अलावा एक्सप्लोसिव कारोबार से जुड़े नियामकीय नियम, MALE UAV और काउंटर-ड्रोन सिस्टम जैसी नई डिफेंस टेक्नोलॉजी में विस्तार से जुड़े जोखिम भी मौजूद हैं।

ब्रोकरेज ने यह भी कहा कि कंपनी के करीब 35% रेवेन्यू विदेशी बाजारों से आते हैं। वहीं, डिफेंस ऑर्डर बुक का भी बड़ा हिस्सा निर्यात पर निर्भर है। ऐसे में किसी भी भू-राजनीतिक तनाव का असर कंपनी के कारोबार पर पड़ सकता है।

सोलर इंडस्ट्रीज के शेयरों का हाल

सोलर इंडस्ट्रीज के शेयर गुरुवार को 3.26% की गिरावट के साथ 17,385 रुपये पर बंद हुए। पिछले 6 महीने में इसने 31.79% का रिटर्न दिया है। वहीं, 5 साल के दौरान इसने 980% का मल्टीबैगर रिटर्न दिया है। कंपनी का मार्केट कैप 1.57 लाख करोड़ रुपये है।

The latter comes in the form of a 100hp 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo-petrol and 163hp 1.3-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol with direct injection. While there are differences on the outside, the interior of this Nissan SUV gets few design tweaks that helps it stand out from the Duster. The driver-oriented centre console aside, the dual digital displays and overall interior design and layout are similar to its Renault rival.

It’s based on the same platform as that of the new Renault Duster, so both SUVs are very similar on the mechanical front. Dimensionally, the Tekton is identical to the Duster in terms of height, wheelbase, ground clearance, wheel size, though the Nissan SUV is 6mm longer overall and 2mm wider on account of styling differences. The Tekton is also longer than the Sierra, Creta, Grand Vitara, Kushaq, Taigun, Elevate, Astor, and Aircross, but falls short of the Seltos by 111mm, the Hyryder by 16mm, and the Victoris by 11mm.

On the wheelbase front, though, the Sierra comes out on top, followed by the Seltos, Aircross, and then the Tekton and Duster. The Tekton claws back some points in the ground clearance department, with its 212mm figure ranking the second-highest among its rivals, beaten only by the Elevate. The Tekton and Duster also have the largest boot capacities in the midsize SUV segment. Lastly, the Tekton’s wheel sizes are competitive by class standards, with the Sierra being the only one to offer 19-inch wheels.

Expectedly, the Tekton comes with the same 100hp 1.0-litre MPFI and 163hp 1.3-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol engines available with the Duster. The latter engine is the most powerful in its segment, despite being down on displacement compared to the 1.5-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol mills offered for the Creta, Sierra, Seltos, Kushaq, and Taigun.

However, the Tekton’s smaller 3-cylinder turbo-petrol motor is up to 15hp weaker compared to those of the Taigun, Kushaq, and Aircross. There’s no CNG, or naturally aspirated petrol engine option available with the Tekton, either, putting it out of direct contention with the likes of the Grand Vitara, Victoris, Elevate, Astor, and Hyryder, nor does the Nissan SUV offer a diesel engine, which many midsize SUV buyers prefer.

Moreover, despite the shared platform, the Tekton will miss out on the 1.8-litre strong hybrid powertrain that will debut on the Duster later this year. Renault will keep the hybrid option exclusive to the Duster as the French carmaker spearheaded the development of the platform and wants to position the SUV higher up the value chain.

In terms of gearbox options, the Tekton is identical to the Duster. The 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine is paired solely with a 6-speed manual, whereas the 1.3-litre mill additionally offers a 6-speed wet-clutch DCT. Compared to the dry-clutch DCTs offered by the Creta, Seltos, Taigun, and Kushaq, the Tekton’s wet-clutch unit should be smoother at slow speeds.

The Tekton is a front-wheel drive model only, which is par for the course for this segment. Only the Victoris and Grand Vitara offer all-wheel drive, that too with their 1.5 petrol AT powertrains.

When it comes to starting price, the Tekton matches the Duster and is one of the most affordable midsize SUVs at the base level, beaten only by the Astor and Aircross. The Victoris comes next with a near-negligible Rs 1,000 premium over the Tekton, followed by the Kushaq, Grand Vitara, Creta, Seltos, Taigun, Hyryder, Sierra, and Elevate, in that order.

The Tekton does cost Rs 10,000 more than the Duster when comparing top-spec variants, but even so, it’s substantially easier on the pocket than the likes of the Seltos, Creta, Sierra, Hyryder, Victoris, and Grand Vitara. The Aircross remains the most affordable midsize SUV by a long shot.

The Yamaha Aerox-E is the brand’s first electric scooter for India, and is currently the most expensive Yamaha product on sale in the country. It is closely based on the petrol Aerox 155 in terms of design, retaining the twin-LED headlight, aggressive front apron and sporty bodywork, but switching to a TFT instrument cluster in place of the petrol model’s LCD unit. The Aerox-E uses a dual removable battery setup with two 1.5kWh packs that can be charged independently at home or at work without needing access to a charging point for the scooter itself – giving a combined capacity of 3kWh and a claimed IDC range of 117km.

Power comes from a hub-mounted motor producing 9.5kW of peak power and 48Nm of torque, with four riding modes – Eco, Standard, Power and Boost – the last of which provides a short burst of additional performance for overtaking.
