Conducted in association with Spinny, India’s leading pre-owned car platform, the fourth edition of our Used Car Study analyses real-world resale values across a broad spectrum of vehicles sold in the Indian market in order to assess depreciation trends over a five-year ownership period. The study is based on actual transactional data shared by Spinny for vehicles sold between January 1 and August 31, 2025.
In this part of the resale value study series, we now take a look at the compact sedan segment:
Compact sedan resale value
The Maruti Dzire continues to dominate the compact sedan segment in terms of resale value retention. Its immense popularity in the new car market directly translates to strong residuals in the used market, helping it maintain the lowest average depreciation.
Following closely behind is the Tata Tigor petrol-manual, although examples over two years old tend to record the lowest average resale prices in the category, making them attractive value propositions for budget-conscious used car buyers. Meanwhile, though the Honda Amaze depreciates more, its average prices are higher than the Dzire.
As per the study, the average selling price of a five-year-old compact sedan retailed through Spinny was Rs 6.10 lakh. Comparable figures for three-year-old and one-year-old compact sedans were Rs 6.88 lakh and Rs 7.95 lakh, respectively. Average depreciation over the same periods worked out to 46.4 percent, 31.55 percent and 21.4 percent, respectively.
Autocar-Spinny resale value study methodology
The analysis covers the average selling prices (ASPs) of vehicles retailed through Spinny’s network across nine cities – Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, Lucknow, Ahmedabad and Kolkata.
For the purposes of this study, depreciation has been defined as the percentage difference between a vehicle’s original on-road price in its year of manufacture and its resale value in 2025. In instances where a model was offered with multiple engine options using the same fuel type, the data has been consolidated and averaged. Variant-wise differences have similarly been averaged out.
Discontinued models and powertrain options have been excluded. Additionally, premium vehicles priced above Rs 30 lakh, electric vehicles and certain low-volume models have not been included due to limited transaction data and insufficient sample sizes.

Stock Market Rally: इन वजहों से छाई रौनक
ऑटो और एफएमसीजी स्टॉक्स में जोरदार तेजी
जून महीने की बिक्री के आंकड़े पर ऑटो स्टॉक्स झूम उठे और इसका निफ्टी इंडेक्स 1% से ऊपर चढ़ गया। एफएमसीजी सेक्टर में भी अच्छी रौनक है और निफ्टी एफएमसीजी डेढ़ फीसदी से अधिक मजबूत हुआ है। निफ्टी रियल्टी में भी 1% से अधिक बढ़त है। इनकी तेजी ने आईटी, मेटल और फार्मा सेक्टर में बिकवाली के दबाव को फीका कर दिया जिनके निफ्टी इंडेक्स में आधे-आधे फीसदी की गिरावट है।
एशियाई बाजारों से मजबूत संकेत
घरेलू मार्केट को आज एशियाई बाजारों से मजबूत संकेत से सपोर्ट मिला है। ताइवान का ताइवान वेटेड डेढ़ फीसदी से अधिक, जापान का निक्केई 225 करीब 1% और चीन का शंघाई कंपोजिट करीब आधे फीसदी मजबूत हुआ है। हालांकि दक्षिण कोरिया के कोस्पी में 2% से अधिक गिरावट का असर भारत में आईटी सेक्टर पर दिख रहा है।
तकनीकी वजह
मार्केट एनालिस्ट्स के मुताबिक जब तक निफ्टी 23800 के ऊपर बना हुआ है, मार्केट ऊपर चढ़ सकता है। एक्सिस डायरेक्ट के रिसर्च हेड राजेश पालवीया का कहना है कि 24200 के ऊपर जाकर निफ्टी टिकता है तो यह 24400 की तरफ बढ़ सकता है। हालांकि अगर यह 24000 का लेवल नहीं हासिल कर पाता है तो यह फिर 23800-23900 का लेवल छू सकता है।
कोटक सिक्योरिटीज के इक्विटी रिसर्च हेड श्रीकांत चौहान मानना है कि सेंसेक्स/निफ्टी के लिए 24,000/77,000 अहम ब्रेकआउट लेवल है और ऐसा हुआ तो मार्केट 24,150–24,200/77,500–77,700 की तरफ बढ़ सकता है। वहीं नीचे की तरफ तात्कालिक सपोर्ट जोन 23,900–23,800 पर है और 50-दिनों का एसएमए 23,800/76,300 के पास है। श्रीकांत के मुताबिक अगर यह लेवल टूटा तो बिकवाली का दबाव बढ़ सकता है और मार्केट 23,700–23,600/75,800–75,500 की तरफ खिसक सकता है।

Unlike the dual-screen setup of rivals, the Sierra EV gets three screens: 12.3-inch touchscreen, a 12.3-inch instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch passenger screen. The latter unit gives the co-driver a dedicated touchscreen for entertainment. There’s Dolby Atmos support as well, just like the BE 6, but Tata claims the Sierra EV is the first car in India to bring the surround sound technology to Apple CarPlay.
540-degree camera
A 360-degree camera, as the name suggests, gives a surround view of the area around the car, but a 540-degree camera goes a step further by showing what’s underneath the vehicle. This can be useful while off-roading, as it helps the driver see where the wheels are placed and better understand the terrain below.
All-wheel drive
Speaking of off-roading again, Tata Motors has equipped the Sierra EV with electric motors at both the front and rear, which enable all-wheel-drive (AWD). Not only is AWD a standout feature in this segment, it also makes the Sierra EV the quickest among its rivals, with a claimed 0-100kph time of 5.8 seconds; the BE 6 has the next best sprint time at 6.7 seconds (claimed), which is nearly a second more than the Sierra. This is with the 75kWh battery pack, which uses a 140hp front motor and a 209hp rear motor, producing a combined 504Nm of torque.
Remote gaming support
The Sierra EV comes with AirConsole, which turns the infotainment screen into a multiplayer gaming console. Even better, players can use their smartphones as game controllers, eliminating the need to poke at the touchscreen while playing. This can help keep occupants entertained, especially during charging breaks.
Tata Sierra EV price vs rivals
The top-spec Tata Sierra EV Empowered A AWD variant, which gets all of the above mentioned standout features, costs Rs 25.99 lakh, ex-showroom. That makes it costlier than most of it rivals at the top-end, save for the Rs 26.9 lakh-Mahindra BE 6 Pack Three (price is exclusive of home charger and installation costs). Despite being priced Rs 91,000 lower than the Mahindra EV, the Tata Sierra EV makes a strong case for itself by offering both standout features and an AWD setup.
Built on the same Acti.ev+ architecture as the Tata Harrier EV, the Sierra EV borrows the larger SUV’s TiDAL E&E architecture. Battery options comprise 63kWh and 75kWh units, both of which get a single rear-mounted motor (RWD) as standard, with the larger pack additionally offering a dual-motor AWD layout as well, which makes 504Nm. With Boost Mode enabled, the Sierra EV AWD accelerates from 0-100kph in a claimed 5.8 seconds.
The Sierra EV AWD also comes with off-road-centric features like six terrain modes (Normal, Grass/Snow, Mud/Gravel, Sand, Rock Crawl, and Custom), low-speed cruise control, and a 540-degree camera (360-degree surround with underfloor view.
Coming to MIDC-certified range, the Sierra EV claims up to 665km for its 75kWh variants and 565km for the 63kWh versions. Tata also boasts a range top-up of up to 263km in 15 minutes when using a 120kW DC fast charger, with a 20-80 percent charge taking around 26 minutes. Like the rest of Tata’s EV line-up, the Sierra EV also comes with a lifetime battery warranty, which actually just refers to the 15-year period from the date of registration.
Tata Sierra EV exterior design
Mostly similar to the ICE Sierra on the outside
As is the case with Tata’s electric cars, the Sierra EV looks largely similar to its ICE counterpart, but with minor distinctions. The front end of the Sierra EV ditches the full-width blacked-out section between the light bar and headlamps that the ICE version has, and it doesn’t sport ‘SIERRA’ lettering above the Tata emblem too.
Moreover, the Sierra EV’s front bumper design is different, with much more gloss black trim. The side profile and rear end of the Sierra EV are identical to those of its ICE sibling, save for EV-specific badging and lettering. As for ground clearance, the Sierra EV is rated at 205mm.

Same feature-loaded and spacious interior layout as its ICE counterpart
Even on the inside, the Sierra EV is identical in layout to the ICE version, but with slight variances in colour scheme. The Sierra EV also claims the same 622-litre boot space (measured up to the roof) as that of the ICE Sierra – when measured up to the parcel shelf, the boot space is 450 litres. Total luggage space with the rear seats folded stands at 1,257 litres.
Depending on the variant, the Sierra EV offers features like a triple-screen setup, ambient lighting, a 12-speaker JBL Black sound system, dual-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, Boss mode, cabin air purifier, powered and ventilated front seats, a powered tailgate, Level 2 ADAS, connected car tech, auto park assist, a heads-up display, a digital key, over-the-air (OTA) updates, 6 airbags as standard, V2L and V2V functionality, and more. It even borrows the summon mode and DrivePay in-car payment feature from the Harrier EV.

Premium hatchback resale value
Among premium hatchbacks, the Maruti Baleno and Toyota Glanza remain closely matched; unsurprising given that both are mechanically identical products. However, the Toyota-badged hatchback consistently commands a slight premium in the used car market, reflecting stronger brand perception and Toyota’s reputation for reliability.
Meanwhile, the Tata Altroz – the only car in this segment to offer a diesel engine option – demonstrates depreciation trends broadly in line with its petrol-powered rivals, indicating balanced demand across fuel types.
As per the study, the average selling price of a five-year-old premium hatchback retailed through Spinny stood at Rs 6.43 lakh. Comparable figures for three-year-old and one-year-old the premium hatchbacks were Rs 8.27 lakh and Rs 8.67 lakh, respectively. Average depreciation over the same periods worked out to 42.8 percent, 32.7 percent and 21.4 percent, respectively.

June was a busy month for automobile industry, bringing us the updated Toyota Innova Crysta, Mercedes-Benz S-Class facelift, Maruti Wagon R flex-fuel, Citroen eC3X and Porsche 911 GT3. With July marking the start of the second half of 2026, several more models are lined up. Here is a look at the cars set to either launch or debut next month.
2026 Renault Kwid facelift
Launch date: July 3
Current Renault Kwid (image used for representation).
Renault’s answer to Maruti Alto K10 was first launched in 2015, followed by a facelift in 2019. The current model has been on sale for seven years, and is pretty long in the tooth. Part of Renault’s “rethink strategy”, the entry-level hatchback is set to receive its second facelift in July. Based on spy shots from before, it could get fresh Y-shaped LED daytime running lamps similar to those on the international-spec Duster, new bumpers and tail-lights.
Upgrades such as standard six airbags, a bigger touchscreen, a new steering wheel and instrument cluster are likely. The Kwid is currently available only with a 69hp, 92.5Nm 1.0-litre petrol engine paired to either a manual gearbox or an AMT unit, which could be carried over. Currently priced between Rs 4.30 lakh and Rs 5.88 lakh, ex-showroom, a slight price bump is likely with the facelift.
Nissan Tekton
Debut date: July 9
Nissan has been drip-feeding teasers of the Tekton, the Japanese carmaker’s version of the Duster, revealing features such as LED headlights, pull-type door handles at the front and C-pillar-mounted ones at the rear, multi-spoke alloy wheels, a twin-ridge spoiler and C-shaped tail-lights.
The Tekton will be offered with 100hp, 166Nm 1-litre and 163hp, 280Nm 1.3-litre turbo-petrol engine options. A 6-speed manual gearbox will be offered with both engines, but an automatic gearbox – a 7-speed DCT in this case – will be limited to the more powerful mill.
The Tekton is expected to be priced similarly to the Duster, which starts at Rs 10.49 lakh and goes up to Rs 18.69 lakh for the top-spec turbo-petrol variant. In addition to the Duster, the Tekton will take on the likes of the Tata Sierra, Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Skoda Kushaq, Maruti Grand Vitara and more.
Wuling Starlight 560-based JSW-MG SUV
Debut date: July 16

JSW-MG Motor’s new SUV debuting in July is likely to be a rebadged version of the Wuling Starlight 560 SUV, for which a design patent was filed in India in March. The Starlight 560 is a 4,745mm-long SUV and features LED headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels and LED tail-lights. Inside, the seven-seater SUV gets a dual-tone cabin, a 12.8-inch touchscreen, an 8.8-inch digital driver’s display, 6-speaker audio system, a 50W wireless phone charger and a panoramic sunroof.
In international markets, the Starlight 560 is available in plug-in hybrid and EV guises. For instance, the PHEV has a 1.5-litre petrol engine and a front-mounted electric motor powered by a 20.5kWh battery. Combined, this hybrid setup produces 195hp and 230Nm and offers a claimed range of over 1,000km. Meanwhile, the all-electric version gets a 69.2kWh battery and a 201hp motor at the front, with a CLTC-claimed range of 530km. It remains to be seen which powertrain is headed to India.
We expect it to be priced competitively, much like other MG models. The PHEV version could serve as an alternative to the Mahindra XUV 7XO and Tata Safari, while the EV may rival the Mahindra XEV 9S.
Maruti Brezza facelift
Debut date: July 23

The current-generation Maruti Brezza was launched in 2022, and it’s set to get a mid-lifecycle update towards the latter half of July. Several test mules of the Brezza facelift have been spied before, and among expected updates are revised bumpers and new alloy wheels and a larger 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen, replacing the current 9-inch unit. The Brezza is currently offered with the 103hp, 137Nm 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine with a choice between 5-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearboxes; a CNG option is on offer as well. The new Brezza could get a Victoris-like underbody CNG tank setup to liberate more space in the boot.
However, the biggest change to the new Brezza could be under the hood, as it’s expected to get a turbo-petrol engine for the first time. It’s likely going to be the 1.0-litre three-cylinder Boosterjet unit that powers the Fronx, where it generates 100hp and 148Nm. The engine could be paired with a new 6-speed manual transmission, something that was seen in one of the interior spy shots earlier.
Having a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine would also mean a lower 18 percent tax on the Brezza facelift variants with this engine, as they will then fall under sub-4m cars with petrol engines up to 1,200cc category. The current Brezza 1.5 attracts 40 percent GST, and is priced between Rs 8.26 lakh and Rs 12.86 lakh, ex-showroom.
Skoda Kodiaq RS
Launch date: Not disclosed yet
Even before the price announcement, the first 50 units of Skoda Kodiaq RS allocated for India are already sold out. Compared to the standard Kodiaq, the RS stands out with sportier bumpers, 20-inch alloy wheels, a larger roof spoiler, dual exhaust tips and RS badging
Under the hood, the RS has a retuned version of the standard Kodiaq’s 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine, producing 265hp and 400Nm. That is 61hp and 80Nm more than the standard model. The engine is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox and an all-wheel-drive system. Skoda claims a 0-100kph time of 6.3 seconds, making it the “quickest Skoda ever [to be] launched in India”. It also gets Dynamic Chassis Control Plus adaptive suspension.
The fully imported Kodiaq RS is expected to be priced between Rs 60 lakh and Rs 65 lakh, ex-showroom). That would make it around Rs 15-20 lakh more expensive than the locally assembled Kodiaq L&K.
Honda ZR-V
Launch date: Not disclosed yet
Pre-bookings for the Honda ZR-V hybrid SUV have been underway since May and upon launch, it’ll be the brand’s flagship SUV here. It gets features like LED headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels, wraparound tail-lights, 9-inch touchscreen, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, dual-zone climate control, a wireless phone charger and a 12-speaker Bose sound system.
The ZR-V hybrid has a 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine along with two electric motors, and this setup produces combined outputs of 184hp and 315Nm. An e-CVT sends drive to the front wheels and the SUV has a claimed 0-100kph time of 8 seconds and Honda claims a 22.79kpl mileage for the hybrid SUV. Being a CBU import, the Honda ZR-V hybrid may be priced around Rs 45 lakh, ex-showroom. If that happens, the ZR-V will find itself in the company of the Skoda Kodiaq and Volkswagen Tayron.
2026 Toyota Hilux
Launch date: Not disclosed yet
Toyota debuted the ninth-generation Hilux in 2025 and much like the outgoing model, the new pickup truck is based on the brand’s IMV body-on-frame platform. The new Hilux gets slimmer LED headlights, honeycomb-patterned grille, vertically oriented tail-lamps with C-shaped LED daytime running lamps and a chunky rear bumper. It is leagues more modern on the inside, featuring twin 12.3-inch displays, a new steering wheel, a wireless charging pad, powered and ventilated front seats and more.
The new Hilux is expected to be offered with Toyota’s 204hp, 500Nm 2.8-litre diesel engine with a 48V mild hybrid system as the Fortuner Neo Drive. While the Hilux even gets an EV version in overseas markets, that is unlikely for India. The current Hilux is priced between Rs 28.52 lakh and Rs 36 lakh, ex-showroom.
Stock Market Rally: कच्चे तेल की नरमी और एक कारोबारी दिन पहले की तेज गिरावट के बाद निचले स्तर पर खरीदारी के चलते आज शुरुआती कारोबार में मार्केट में रौनक दिखी। चूंकि आज निफ्टी के साथ-साथ बैंक निफ्टी समेत एनएसई के अन्य इंडेक्स के डेरिवेटिव्स और स्टॉक्स के F&O (फ्यूचर्स एंड ऑप्शंस) की भी मंथली एक्सपायरी है तो मार्केट में तेज हलचल दिख रही है। घरेलू इक्विटी बेंचमार्क इंडेक्सेज की बात करें तो सेंसेक्स और निफ्टी ग्रीन और रेड जोन में झूलने लगे। ब्रोडर लेवल पर मिडकैप में थोड़ा दबाव है लेकिन स्मॉलकैप स्पेस में रौनक दिख रही है। निफ्टी मिडकैप 100 में हल्की गिरावट है तो निफ्टी स्मॉलकैप 100 में आधे फीसदी से थोड़ी ही कम बढ़त है।
सेक्टरवाइज मार्केट पर ऑटो, आईटी और मेटल सेक्टर दबाव बना रहे हैं जिनके निफ्टी इंडेक्स में फिलहाल आधे फीसदी से अधिक की गिरावट है। हालांकि दूसरी तरफ पीएसयू बैंक, प्राइलेट बैंक और रियल्टी स्टॉक्स इसे ऊपर लाने की कोशिश में तो है लेकिन इनके निफ्टी इंडेक्स में आधे फीसदी से भी कम बढ़त है।
ओवरऑल इस रस्साकसी में आज BSE पर लिस्टेड कंपनियों का मार्केट कैप डेढ़ लाख करोड़ रुपये से अधिक बढ़ गया यानी निवेशकों की दौलत में डेढ़ लाख करोड़ से अधिक का इजाफा हुआ है। इक्विटी बेंचमार्क इंडेक्सेज की बात करें तो फिलहाल 09:16 AM पर सेंसेक्स (Sensex) 240.82 प्वाइंट्स यानी 0.31% के उछाल के साथ 76,969.19 और निफ्टी 50 (Nifty 50) भी 62.75 प्वाइंट्स यानी 0.26% के उछाल के साथ 24,009.00 पर है। शुरुआती कारोबार में सेंसेक्स 308.99 प्वाइंट्स चढ़कर 77,037.36 तक तो निफ्टी भी 89.30 प्वाइंट्स उछलकर 24,035.55 तक पहुंच गया।
₹1.73 लाख करोड़ बढ़ी निवेशकों की दौलत
एक कारोबारी दिन पहले यानी 29 जून 2026 को बीएसई पर लिस्टेड सभी शेयरों का कुल मार्केट कैप ₹4,72,74,146.70 करोड़ था। आज यानी 30 जून 2026 को यह बढ़कर ₹4,74,47,694.61 करोड़ पर पहुंच गया। इसका मतलब हुआ कि निवेशकों की पूंजी में आज ₹1,73,547.91 करोड़ का इजाफा हुआ है।
Sensex के 12 स्टॉक्स ग्रीन
सेंसेक्स पर 30 शेयर लिस्टेड हैं जिसमें फिलहाल 12 स्टॉक्स ग्रीन जोन में हैं। सबसे अधिक तेजी फिलहाल मारुति, एक्सिस बैंक और सन फार्मा में है। वहीं दूसरी तरफ सबसे अधिक गिरावट इंफोसिस, टाटा स्टील और जोमैटो की एटर्नल में है। नीचे सेंसेक्स पर लिस्टेड सभी शेयरों के लेटेस्ट भाव और आज उतार-चढ़ाव की डिटेल्स देख सकते हैं-
57 शेयर एक साल के हाई पर
बीएसई पर आज फिलहाल 2371 शेयरों की ट्रेडिंग हो रही है। इसमें 1528 शेयर फिलहाल मजबूत हैं तो 691 में गिरावट है जबकि 152 में कोई बदलाव नहीं दिख रहा। इसके अलावा 57 शेयर एक साल के हाई और 18 शेयर एक साल के निचले स्तर पर आ गए। वहीं 42 शेयर अपर सर्किट पर पहुंच गए तो 48 शेयर लोअर सर्किट पर आ गए।

अगर आप पिछले कुछ समय से कार लेने की योजना बना रहे हैं तो ये खबर आपके काम की है। जुलाई 2026 ऑटोमोबाइल बाजार के लिए काफी खास रहने वाला है। इस महीने कई बड़ी कंपनियां अपनी नई कारों और एसयूवी को भारतीय बाजार में लॉन्च करने जा रही हैं। अलग-अलग बजट वाले ग्राहकों को ध्यान में रखते हुए कंपनियां कई नए ऑप्शन पेश करने की तैयारी में हैं। निसान, होंडा, टोयोटा, मारुति सुजुकी और ऑडी जैसी कंपनियां अलग-अलग बजट और सेगमेंट में नए मॉडल पेश करेंगी। आइए जानते हैं जुलाई में महिनें में कौन-कौन सी गाड़ियां लॉन्च होने वाली है।
Nissan Tekton
निसान अपनी नई मिडसाइज एसयूवी टेक्टन को 9 जुलाई को ग्लोबल लेवल पर पेश करने जा रही है। माना जा रहा है कि इसमें डस्टर की तरह 1.0 लीटर टर्बो पेट्रोल और 1.3 लीटर टर्बो पेट्रोल इंजन के ऑप्शन मिल सकते हैं, जो बेहतर प्रदर्शन और दमदार ड्राइविंग अनुभव देंगे। नई निसान टेक्टन में दोनों इंजन विकल्पों के साथ 6-स्पीड मैनुअल गियरबॉक्स मिलने की उम्मीद है। वहीं, 1.3 लीटर टर्बो पेट्रोल इंजन के साथ 7-स्पीड ड्यूल-क्लच ऑटोमैटिक ट्रांसमिशन का ऑप्शन भी दिया जा सकता है।
कीमत की बात करें तो इस एसयूवी को डस्टर के समान प्राइस रेंज में लॉन्च किया जा सकता है, जिसकी संभावित शुरुआती कीमत करीब 10.50 लाख रुपये से लेकर 18.70 लाख रुपये (एक्स-शोरूम) तक हो सकती है।
Honda ZR-V
होंडा अपनी नई हाइब्रिड एसयूवी ZR-V को 15 जुलाई के आसपास भारतीय बाजार में लॉन्च कर सकती है। यह प्रीमियम एसयूवी करीब 40 से 50 लाख रुपये की कीमत में आ सकती है। इसमें 2.0 लीटर पेट्रोल इंजन के साथ ड्यूल-मोटर स्ट्रॉन्ग हाइब्रिड सिस्टम मिलने की उम्मीद है। साथ ही इसमें e-CVT गियरबॉक्स दिया जा सकता है, जो आगे के पहियों को पावर देगा और बेहतर माइलेज के साथ स्मूद ड्राइविंग का अनुभव देगा। होंडा ZR-V कुल 184 हॉर्सपावर और 315Nm टॉर्क पैदा करेगा।
इस दमदार पावर की बदौलत यह एसयूवी 0 से 100 किमी/घंटा की रफ्तार लगभग 8 सेकंड में पकड़ सकती है। इसकी अधिकतम रफ्तार 172 किमी/घंटा होगी, जबकि कंपनी का दावा है कि यह करीब 22.79 किमी प्रति लीटर का माइलेज दे सकती है।
Toyota Hilux
टोयोटा अपनी लोकप्रिय पिकअप ट्रक हिलक्स को 15 जुलाई के आसपास नए अपडेट के साथ लॉन्च कर सकती है। इसकी संभावित शुरुआती एक्स-शोरूम कीमत करीब 35 लाख रुपये हो सकती है। नई हिलक्स में 2.8 लीटर डीजल इंजन के साथ 48-वोल्ट माइल्ड-हाइब्रिड सिस्टम मिलने की उम्मीद है, जो हाल ही में नई फॉर्च्यूनर में भी दिया गया है। इसके अलावा इसमें 6-स्पीड मैनुअल और 6-स्पीड ऑटोमैटिक गियरबॉक्स का ऑप्शन मिलेगा, जबकि दोनों वेरिएंट में फोर-व्हील ड्राइव (4WD) सिस्टम भी दिया जा सकता है।
Maruti Suzuki Brezza
मारुति सुजुकी अपनी लोकप्रिय कॉम्पैक्ट एसयूवी ब्रेजा का फेसलिफ्ट मॉडल 23 जुलाई को लॉन्च कर सकती है। साल 2022 में आई दूसरी पीढ़ी की ब्रेजा के बाद ये उसका पहला बड़ा अपडेट होगा। नई ब्रेजा में डिजाइन और फीचर्स में कई बदलाव देखने को मिल सकते हैं। साथ ही, इसकी कीमत मौजूदा मॉडल के मुकाबले थोड़ी अधिक होने की संभावना है। इसकी शुरुआती कीमत करीब 8.50 लाख रुपये से लेकर 13.50 लाख रुपये (एक्स-शोरूम) तक हो सकती है, जो मौजूदा मॉडल से थोड़ी अधिक होगी। इस अपडेट की सबसे बड़ी खासियत नया 1.0 लीटर टर्बो पेट्रोल इंजन हो सकता है। इसके साथ मौजूदा 1.5 लीटर पेट्रोल इंजन का विकल्प भी मिलेगा।
Audi A6
ऑडी अपनी नई A6 लग्जरी सेडान को 25 जुलाई 2026 के आसपास भारतीय बाजार में लॉन्च कर सकती है। इसकी शुरुआती एक्स-शोरूम कीमत करीब 70 लाख रुपए रहने की उम्मीद है। नई कार में 2.0 लीटर टर्बो पेट्रोल इंजन और ऑटोमैटिक ट्रांसमिशन मिलेगा। वहीं, इसके एक्सटीरियर में नया फ्रंट ग्रिल, आकर्षक एलईडी हेडलाइट्स और पहले से ज्यादा स्टाइलिश व एयरोडायनामिक डिजाइन देखने को मिल सकता है।
Maruti-Suzuki is slated to introduce a comprehensive update to the Brezza on July 23, 2026. The carmakers’ answer to the compact SUV space is expected to arrive with a fresh exterior, better interiors, new features and most importantly, a new engine option.

Maruti Suzuki Brezza update: What to expect?

The biggest change to the updated Brezza could be under the hood. It is expected to have a turbo-petrol engine for the first time in its lineup, with the Fronx’s 1.0-litre unit likely to be utilised. The engine could be paired to a 6-speed manual gearbox, as a test mule of the SUV was spied with this gearbox in February 2026. For reference, in the Fronx, the engine churns out 100hp and 148Nm. If introduced with the update, the engine would finally make the Brezza eligible for sub-4m tax benefits, thus reducing its price. Currently, the Brezza is the only SUV in its segment that does not offer a turbo-petrol engine. In line with Maruti’s standards, the engine can also be expected to be paired to a CNG kit.

The updated Brezza is likely to arrive with minor cosmetic enhancements. This includes redone bumpers and lighting. The LED tail-lamps could be connected by a segmented bar, as seen on the larger Victoris SUV. Spy shots of the Brezza also revealed a new 4-spoke alloy wheel design, suggesting that new rim designs for the updated version can be anticipated.

Not many changes are expected to the overall cabin layout, save for newer trim material and colour scheme. As fr features, Maruti could equip the updated Brezza with the Victoris’ 10.1-inch infotainment screen, a powered driver seat, front seat ventilation and ambient lighting. A level 2 ADAS could also be part of the safety package. Test mules also revealed the presence of front parking sensors on the bumper, which could be a possible inclusion.
Maruti Suzuki Brezza update: Expected price
With the extensive updates, expect the updated Brezza to have a slight premium over the current version, whose price ranges between Rs 8.26 lakh and Rs 12.86 lakh. It will continue to take on the likes of the Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Skoda Kylaq, Mahindra XUV 3XO, Kia Sonet and Syros.

Tata Sierra EV की रेंज की जानकारी
टाटा मोटर्स ने कन्फर्म किया है कि Tata Sierra EV के सबसे पावरफुल डुअल-मोटर AWD (ऑल-व्हील ड्राइव) वेरिएंट में 500 Nm का टॉर्क मिलेगा। इसके साथ बूस्ट मोड और अलग-अलग तरह की सड़कों पर बेहतर ड्राइविंग के लिए 6 कस्टमाइजेबल टेरेन मोड्स भी दिए जाएंगे।
उम्मीद की जा रही है कि Tata Sierra EV में Tata Harrier EV वाले बैटरी विकल्प मिलेंगे। इसमें 65 kWh बैटरी के साथ सिंगल-मोटर RWD वेरिएंट आ सकता है, जिसकी अनुमानित रेंज 538 किलोमीटर होगी। वहीं, 75 kWh बैटरी वाला सिंगल-मोटर RWD वेरिएंट लगभग 627 किलोमीटर की रेंज दे सकता है। इसके अलावा, डुअल-मोटर AWD वेरिएंट में पीछे 234.7 hp और आगे 156 hp की मोटर मिलने की उम्मीद है, जिसकी अनुमानित रेंज करीब 622 किलोमीटर हो सकती है।
हालांकि, कंपनी ने अभी इन रेंज के आंकड़ों की आधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं की है। ये सभी आंकड़े Tata Harrier EV के हार्डवेयर के आधार पर लगाए गए अनुमान हैं। लॉन्च के बाद ही कंपनी इसकी सही रेंज और सभी स्पेसिफिकेशन की घोषणा करेगी।
Tata Sierra EV का इंटीरियर
टाटा Motors ने लॉन्च से पहले ही Tata Sierra EV के इंटीरियर की कई अहम जानकारियां शेयर कर दी हैं। कंपनी ने पुष्टि की है कि इसमें ब्लैक-एंड-व्हाइट थीम वाला केबिन, पैनोरमिक सनरूफ, तीन स्क्रीन वाला डैशबोर्ड और हेड-अप डिस्प्ले (HUD) मिलेगा। कार का बाहरी और अंदरूनी डिजाइन काफी हद तक इसके पेट्रोल-डीजल (ICE) मॉडल जैसा ही होगा, लेकिन इसमें EV से जुड़े कुछ खास बदलाव देखने को मिलेंगे।
इसके अलावा, उम्मीद है कि इसमें वायरलेस Apple CarPlay और Android Auto, 12-स्पीकर JBL साउंड सिस्टम, वेंटिलेटेड फ्रंट सीटें, मेमोरी फंक्शन के साथ 6-वे पावर एडजस्टेबल ड्राइवर सीट, ड्यूल-जोन क्लाइमेट कंट्रोल और कनेक्टेड कार फीचर्स भी मिलेंगे। सेफ्टी के लिए इसमें 6 एयरबैग, 360-डिग्री कैमरा, लेवल 2 ADAS और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक स्टेबिलिटी कंट्रोल जैसे फीचर्स की उम्मीद है, हालांकि टाटा ने अभी तक फीचर्स की कोई ऑफिशियल लिस्ट जारी नहीं की है।
Tata Sierra EV की अनुमानित कीमत
इंडस्ट्री के अनुमानों के मुताबिक, इसकी शुरुआती कीमत 15 लाख रुपये (एक्स-शोरूम) से ज्यादा हो सकती है। हालांकि, अगर टाटा लॉन्च के समय ‘बैटरी-एज-ए-सर्विस’ (BAAS) का ऑप्शन देती है, तो यह कीमत कम हो सकती है। क्योंकि इस ऑप्शन में बैटरी की कीमत को शुरुआती कीमत से अलग रखा जाता है, जैसा कि कुछ दूसरी EV बनाने वाली कंपनियां पहले से ही करती हैं।
उम्मीद है कि सिएरा EV का मुकाबला Hyundai Creta Electric, Maruti Suzuki e Vitara, Mahindra BE 6, MG ZS EV, VinFast VF7 और Toyota Urban Cruiser EV जैसी गाड़ियों से होगा। इसकी फाइनल कीमत और पूरी स्पेसिफिकेशन की जानकारी कल होने वाले लॉन्च इवेंट में ही कन्फर्म होगी।
