Royal Enfield has updated the Classic 350 for 2026. The changes aren’t extensive, but they bring the retro roadster in line with most of the brand’s 350cc lineup. Here’s everything you need to know.

1) What’s new on the 2026 Royal Enfield Classic 350?

The biggest update is the addition of an assist and slipper clutch, which reduces clutch lever effort and smoothens downshifts. The Classic 350 also gets a USB Type-C charging port. However, these features are available only on the dual-channel ABS variants, while the entry-level Redditch Red variant continues unchanged.

2) Does the 2026 Classic 350 get any mechanical changes?

No. The Classic 350 continues with the same 349cc, air/oil-cooled, single-cylinder J-series engine that develops 20.2hp and 27Nm, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. There are no changes to the chassis, suspension or braking hardware either.

टेलीकॉम रेगुलेटरी अथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडिया (TRAI) की ओर से देशभर के कई कीपैड (Feature Phone) मोबाइल यूजर्स को एक नया संदेश भेजा गया है। इस संदेश में बताया गया है कि अब ग्राहक 1925 नंबर पर कॉल करके या SMS भेजकर अपनी मोबाइल डेटा सेवा (Data Services) को सक्रिय (Activate) या बंद (Deactivate) कर सकते हैं।

नई व्यवस्था के तहत यदि किसी ग्राहक को अपने मोबाइल नंबर पर इंटरनेट सेवा चालू करनी है, तो वह

1925 पर कॉल कर सकता है, या START लिखकर 1925 पर SMS भेज सकता है। वहीं, यदि ग्राहक डेटा सेवा बंद करना चाहता है, तो 1925 पर कॉल कर सकता है, या STOP लिखकर 1925 पर SMS भेज सकता है।

किन लोगों को होगा सबसे ज्यादा फायदा?

यह सुविधा खासतौर पर उन लोगों के लिए उपयोगी मानी जा रही है जो कीपैड (Feature Phone) का इस्तेमाल करते हैं। मोबाइल डेटा का उपयोग नहीं करना चाहते। बच्चों या बुजुर्गों के फोन में इंटरनेट बंद रखना चाहते हैं।

अभी अयोध्या के श्री राम जन्मभूमि मंदिर में श्रद्धालुओं द्वारा चढ़ाए गए दान (चढ़ावे और चंदे) में हेराफेरी का मामले में गिरफ्तारी और जांच का मामला गर्माया हुआ है। इस बीच तिरुमला तिरुपति देवस्थानम (TTD) को नई डोनर (दाता) नीति लागू होने से ठीक एक दिन पहले रिकॉर्ड 96.98 करोड़ रुपये का दान प्राप्त हुआ। मंगलवार को बड़ी संख्या में श्रद्धालुओं ने नए नियम लागू होने से पहले विभिन्न ट्रस्टों में दान दिया, जिसके चलते एक ही दिन में दान का नया रिकॉर्ड बन गया।

TTD के अनुसार, मंगलवार को कुल 2,460 श्रद्धालुओं ने दान किया। इनमें 2,354 लोगों ने ऑनलाइन और 106 लोगों ने ऑफलाइन योगदान दिया।

किसने कितना किया दान?

TTD के आंकड़ों के अनुसार-

1,212 श्रद्धालुओं ने 1 लाख से 10 लाख रुपये के बीच दान दिया।
1,246 श्रद्धालुओं ने 10 लाख से 25 लाख रुपये तक का योगदान किया।
वहीं दो श्रद्धालुओं ने 1 करोड़ रुपये या उससे अधिक का दान दिया।
क्यों बढ़ा दान का आंकड़ा?

TTD बोर्ड ने हाल ही में नई डोनर पॉलिसी को मंजूरी दी है। इसके तहत भविष्य में दान देने वाले श्रद्धालुओं को मिलने वाली कुछ विशेष सुविधाओं (Donor Privileges) में बदलाव किया गया है। यह नई नीति मंगलवार आधी रात से लागू हो गई। TTD का कहना है कि इस बदलाव का उद्देश्य आम श्रद्धालुओं के लिए दर्शन की सुविधा बेहतर बनाना और दानदाताओं के प्रबंधन में पारदर्शिता एवं समानता सुनिश्चित करना है।

पुराने दानदाताओं पर नहीं पड़ेगा असर

TTD के अध्यक्ष बी.आर. नायडू ने स्पष्ट किया कि नई नीति केवल भविष्य में किए जाने वाले दान पर लागू होगी। पहले से पंजीकृत दानदाताओं और संस्थानों को पहले की तरह सभी सुविधाएं मिलती रहेंगी। उन्होंने बताया कि 26 जून तक TTD के विभिन्न ट्रस्टों और योजनाओं में 1,97,888 पंजीकृत दानदाता थे। लगभग 1.50 लाख दानदाताओं ने 1 लाख रुपए का योगदान दिया है।

22,000 से अधिक दानदाताओं ने 10 लाख रुपए या उससे अधिक दान किया है। पिछले चार महीनों में 10 लाख रुपये दान करने वाले श्रद्धालुओं की संख्या में करीब 3,000 की बढ़ोतरी हुई है। आम श्रद्धालुओं को मिलेगा फायदा TTD के मुताबिक संशोधित डोनर पॉलिसी के तहत कुछ विशेष सुविधाओं में कटौती की गई है, ताकि आम श्रद्धालुओं के लिए दर्शन की उपलब्धता बढ़ाई जा सके और मंदिर व्यवस्था को अधिक संतुलित बनाया जा सके।

भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन (ISRO) में हाल के महीनों में 100 से अधिक वैज्ञानिकों के इस्तीफा देने की खबरों के बीच केंद्र सरकार ने बड़ा कदम उठाया है। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार, विशेष रूप से गगनयान (Gaganyaan) और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण अंतरिक्ष मिशनों से जुड़े वैज्ञानिकों के स्वैच्छिक इस्तीफे (Resignation) और स्वैच्छिक सेवानिवृत्ति (VRS) पर अब कड़ी निगरानी रखी जाएगी।

100 से 120 वैज्ञानिकों के इस्तीफे की रिपोर्ट

हालांकि अंतरिक्ष विभाग ने आधिकारिक तौर पर इस्तीफा देने वाले वैज्ञानिकों की संख्या जारी नहीं की है, लेकिन मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक हाल के महीनों में 100 से 120 वैज्ञानिकों ने ISRO छोड़ने का फैसला किया है।

रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक बेंगलुरु स्थित यू.आर. राव सैटेलाइट सेंटर (URSC) से करीब 80 वैज्ञानिकों ने इस्तीफा दिया। तिरुवनंतपुरम स्थित विक्रम साराभाई स्पेस सेंटर (VSSC) से लगभग 20 वैज्ञानिकों के जाने की जानकारी सामने आई है। सूत्रों का कहना है कि इस्तीफों की संख्या 100 से अधिक होकर 120 तक पहुंच सकती है।

सरकार ने जारी किया नया निर्देश

14 जुलाई को जारी एक आंतरिक ज्ञापन (Internal Memorandum), जिसे India Today ने एक्सेस किया है, के अनुसार केंद्र सरकार ने ISRO के सभी केंद्रों को निर्देश दिया है कि गगनयान और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण मिशनों से जुड़े ग्रुप 'A' वैज्ञानिक एवं तकनीकी अधिकारियों के इस्तीफे या स्वैच्छिक सेवानिवृत्ति के आवेदन सीधे स्वीकार न किए जाएं। अब ऐसे सभी मामलों को अंतिम निर्णय के लिए अंतरिक्ष विभाग (Department of Space) के पास भेजा जाएगा।

क्यों अहम है यह फैसला?

भारत का गगनयान मिशन देश का पहला मानव अंतरिक्ष मिशन है और इसे ISRO की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण परियोजनाओं में गिना जाता है। ऐसे में अनुभवी वैज्ञानिकों के बड़े पैमाने पर संगठन छोड़ने की खबरों ने सरकार की चिंता बढ़ा दी है। इसी वजह से अब महत्वपूर्ण परियोजनाओं से जुड़े वैज्ञानिकों के इस्तीफों पर केंद्रीय स्तर पर फैसला लिया जाएगा।

Kia Syros EV की खासियत क्या है?

इसकी सबसे बड़ी खासियत है इसकी ARAI-सर्टिफाइड ड्राइविंग रेंज है, जो बड़े 51.4 kWh बैटरी पैक के साथ 526 km तक चल सकती है। Kia के अनुसार, यह अपने सेगमेंट की पहली SUV है जो 500 km का आंकड़ा पार करती है। खरीदार 42 kWh बैटरी का विकल्प भी चुन सकते हैं, जिसकी रेंज 443 km बताई गई है। इसके अलावा, Kia Syros EV में लगी इलेक्ट्रिक मोटर 171 PS की पावर जनरेट करती है। वहीं, बड़े बैटरी पैक वाले मॉडल में यह SUV 0 से 100 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार सिर्फ 8.1 सेकंड में पकड़ सकती है।

रोजाना इस्तेमाल के लिए यह कितनी प्रैक्टिकल है?

Kia का कहना है कि Syros EV को 100 kW DC फास्ट चार्जर से 39 मिनट में 10% से 80% तक चार्ज किया जा सकता है। इसमें चार्जिंग परफॉर्मेंस को बेहतर बनाने के लिए 10.8 kW का ऑनबोर्ड AC चार्जर और बैटरी कंडीशनिंग टेक्नोलॉजी भी दी गई है। MyKia ऐप के जरिए, मालिक एक ही वॉलेट का इस्तेमाल करके 23 चार्जिंग ऑपरेटर्स के 20,300 से ज्यादा चार्जिंग पॉइंट्स का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं, जबकि Kia के डीलरशिप नेटवर्क में 129 से ज्यादा DC फास्ट चार्जिंग लोकेशन्स और 275 से ज्यादा EV-रेडी वर्कशॉप्स शामिल हैं।

2026 Royal Enfield Classic 350: What’s new

The 2026 Royal Enfield Classic 350 is the latest model in the brand’s 350cc lineup to receive these updates, following similar revisions to the Meteor 350, Hunter 350 and Goan Classic 350. With the Classic now updated, the Bullet 350 is the only Royal Enfield 350 that continues without an assist and slipper clutch, although we expect that to change in the near future.

The assist and slipper clutch reduces clutch lever effort, making the bike easier to ride in stop-go traffic, while also smoothing out aggressive downshifts by minimising rear-wheel hop. The Classic 350 already featured a USB charging port, but the new Type-C unit supports faster charging.

Everything else remains unchanged. The motorcycle continues to be powered by the same 349cc J-series single-cylinder engine producing 20.2hp and 27Nm, while the chassis and cycle parts have also been carried over unchanged.

Lastly, Royal Enfield has discontinued the Halcyon Black and Jodhpur Blue colour options. That leaves the Classic 350 with a total of seven colour schemes, with prices ranging from Rs 1.87 lakh for the single-channel Redditch Red variant to Rs 2.24 lakh for the Emerald Green dual-channel ABS variant (both ex-showroom, Delhi).

Royal Enfield ने कस्टम बाइक बनाने वाली कंपनी ‘रफ क्राफ्ट्स’ (Rough Crafts) के साथ मिलकर ‘शॉटगन 650’ का लिमिटेड-एडिशन लॉन्च किया है। इसकी कीमत 5.75 लाख रुपये (एक्स-शोरूम) रखी गई है। बता दें कि दुनिया भर में इसकी सिर्फ 100 यूनिट्स बनी हैं, जिनमें से भारत के लिए सिर्फ 25 यूनिट्स ही तय की गई हैं। वहीं, स्टैंडर्ड टॉप-स्पेक शॉटगन 650 की कीमत 4.16 लाख रुपये है, यानी इस लिमिटेड-एडिशन के लिए 1.59 लाख रुपये ज्यादा देने होंगे, जबकि अंदरूनी तौर पर (मैकेनिकल रूप से) यह बाइक वैसी ही है।

यह बात इसलिए भी अहम है क्योंकि रजिस्ट्रेशन तो अभी शुरू हो रहे हैं, लेकिन भारत में सिर्फ पहले 25 खरीदारों को ही यह बाइक मिल पाएगी। इसलिए इसमें दिलचस्पी रखने वालों के लिए बजट से ज्यादा सही समय पर बुकिंग करना जरूरी है। आइए जानते हैं कि यह एडिशन किस तरह अलग है और स्लॉट खत्म होने से पहले इसे कैसे बुक किया जा सकता है।

The limited-edition motorcycle is based on the Shotgun 650 and draws inspiration from the ‘Caliber Royale’ custom built by Taiwanese custom house Rough Crafts. It was first showcased at EICMA 2025 before making its India appearance at Motoverse 2025.

Priced at Rs 5.75 lakh (ex-showroom, India), the motorcycle will be limited to just 100 individually numbered units worldwide, of which, only 25 are allocated for India. Finished in a combination of Gloss Jet Black and Matte Stealth Black, the motorcycle gets hand-applied gold leaf stripes with subtle grey accents, a cast brass Rough Crafts collaboration badge and individually numbered fuel tanks. Other exclusive touches include black bar-end mirrors, quilted leather seats, contrast-cut alloy wheels and gold-coloured fork tubes.

Royal Enfield will retail the motorcycle through its ‘Drop’ format, with sales staggered across global markets between July 27 and July 30. India’s allocation of 25 motorcycles will go on sale on July 30 at 7pm IST.

To be eligible, prospective buyers must register through the Royal Enfield App or the company’s website between July 15 and July 30. On the sale day, the first 25 customers to successfully complete their purchase will secure one of the motorcycles allotted for India.

Its updates are limited to cosmetic and equipment enhancements inspired by the Caliber Royale custom, making it a more exclusive, collector-focused version of the Shotgun 650.

A fresh video of the Hero Xpulse 421 testing has surfaced online, giving us another look at what is shaping up to be Hero’s most ambitious adventure motorcycle yet. The latest test mule appears largely unchanged from the one spotted last month. Here’s a roundup of everything we know so far.

The Xpulse 421 sits on an all-new chassis with off-road-focused hardware

The Xpulse 421 is an all-new motorcycle, sharing nothing with the existing Xpulse 200 or Xpulse 210. It is built around a tubular trellis frame housing a new liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine expected to displace around 400cc or slightly more. While Hero is yet to reveal performance figures, output in the region of 40hp and 40Nm would place it right in the heart of the segment.

The bike features long-travel USD front suspension and a rear monoshock, while riding on wire-spoke wheels shod with tubed tyres. The front appears to be a 21-inch unit, while the rear looks to be a 17-inch wheel rather than the 18-inch setup used on the Xpulse 200 and 210. Braking is handled by disc brakes at both ends, with a radially mounted front caliper.

The feature list also appears comprehensive. A large TFT display is clearly visible, complemented by an all-new switchgear layout. A dedicated mode button on the left-hand switch cube points to multiple riding modes, while a cruise control toggle on the right-hand switch cube confirms that feature will also be offered.

The overall design is unmistakably adventure-focused, with a tall windscreen, substantial bodywork and a chunky upswept exhaust. The prototype appears to be in an advanced stage of development, with most of the chassis hardware and body panels seemingly production-ready, suggesting this is no longer an early development mule. An EICMA 2026 debut appears likely, with a market launch expected to follow, possibly in 2027. When it does arrive, expect Hero to position the Xpulse 421 in the Rs 2.70 lakh to Rs 2.90 lakh bracket, where it will rival the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and KTM 390 Adventure S.
