Hero MotoCorp has filed a design patent in India for a new commuter motorcycle, and a closer look at the patent drawings reveals several interesting details about what the company could be working on. The design bears a strong resemblance to the Hero Hunter 125 currently on sale in select African markets, including Nigeria, but there are enough differences in the engine layout and styling details to suggest this isn’t a straightforward import of that model.

Hero new commuter patent: What the design reveals

The engine layout is different compared to the existing Hunter 125

The overall silhouette and proportions of the patented design are closely aligned with the Hunter 125 sold in Nigeria – a commuter built around a 124.7cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine housed in a simple double-cradle tubular frame. The bike runs on 17-inch alloy wheels and features a flat, boxy single seat. Like Hero’s commuter motorcycles in our market, the Hunter appears to be positioned as a no-nonsense workhorse, reflected in its tagline, “Any load, any road”.

That said, the engine configuration shown in the patent appears to differ from the one used on the existing Hunter 125, which features a slanted ‘sloper’ engine similar to those found in the Splendor, Passion, and HF Deluxe sold in India. The new engine shown in the design patent features a more conventional, upright layout.

The instrument cluster is also a notable detail. Rather than the single-pod console seen on the Hunter 125, the cluster on the patented design appears to be a twin-pod unit similar to the one Hero uses on the Hunter 100 ES in its African line-up.

Taken together, these details suggest this could be a new 125cc commuter intended for the Indian market, drawing styling inspiration from the Hunter family while being built around an updated mechanical package. Whether Hero intends to position this as an addition to an existing line-up here or as an entirely new nameplate remains to be seen. The manufacturer has not made any official announcement regarding this patent, and we will update this story as more information becomes available.

Trading Strategy : बैंकिंग और IT शेयरों के दम पर बाजार में जोरदार तेजी देखने को मिल रही है। निफ्टी करीब 250 प्वाइंट उछलकर 24050 के पार निकल गया है। ICICI BANK, HDFC BANK, RIL और SBI ने बाजार में जोश भरा है। बैंक निफ्टी में भी 900 प्वाइंट से ज्यादा का उछाल आया है। मिडकैप भी हरे निशान में आ गया है। वोलैटिलिटी इंडेक्स INDIA VIX 3% से ज्यादा फिसला है। IT और रियल्टी में जोरदार तेजी आई है। ये दोनों सेक्टर इंडेक्स करीब दो फीसदी चढ़े हैं। टेक महिंद्रा 4% उछलकर निफ्टी के टॉप गेनर्स में शामिल है। साथ ही TCS,परसिस्टेंट और कोफोर्ज में भी रौनक है। वहीं NBFCs में भी 1.5 फीसदी से ज्यादा की तेजी है। लेकिन डिफेंस और कैपिटल गुड्स इंडेक्स में आज मुनाफावसूली देखने को मिल रही है।

बाजार: शानदार बाउंसबैक

बाजार पर बात करते हुए सीएनबीसी-आवाज़ के मैनेजिंग एडिटर अनुज सिंघल ने कहा कि बाजार में कल की गिरावट के बाद शानदार रिकवरी आई है। बैंक निफ्टी में तो आज की बढ़त कल की गिरावट से ज्यादा दिख रही है। निफ्टी ने भी कल की लगभग पूरी गिरावट रिकवर कर ली है। आज निफ्टी IT और निफ्टी बैंक दोनों से सपोर्ट मिला है। सुबह यही नजरिया था कि एक दिन से ट्रेंड नहीं बदलता। सुबह बाजार ने एक गिरावट दी और फिर नहीं रुका। अब आज की क्लोजिंग सबसे महत्वपूर्ण रहेगी। बैंक निफ्टी में अब वापस बड़ा वाला मूव शुरू हुआ है।

बाजार: अब क्या?

बाजार में बड़ा ट्रेंड नहीं बदला है। कल की गिरावट में भी यही बात हुई थी। अब लग रहा है कल की गिरावट जरुरत से ज्यादा थी। अब बाजार ने फिर से लॉन्ग ट्रेड्स को रिवॉर्ड किया है। 23,800-23,850 अब किसी भी लॉन्ग के लिए SL है। यहां से वापस ‘Buy On Dips’ का ट्रेड पकड़ें। चुनिंदा शेयरों में अभी भी शानदार मौके हैं। अच्छी खबरों पर बाजार शानदार रिस्पॉन्स दे रहा है। कल सुबह हमने 8:30 बजे JSW इंफ्रा पर पॉजिटिव नजरिया लिया था। लॉजिक के साथ बताया था कि JSW इंफ्रा 10-20% रैली के लिए तैयार है और 2 दिनों में करीब 12% की रैली आई और वो भी पूरी स्क्रीन पर।

निफ्टी-बैंक निफ्टी पर रणनीति

निफ्टी के लिए 23,800-23,850 पर सपोर्ट और 24,100-24,150 और फिर 24,200-24,250 पर रेजिस्टेंस है। वहीं, बैंक निफ्टी के लिए 58,500-59,000 का रास्ता वापस खुला है।

कल के लिए रणनीति

आज की क्लोजिंग बढ़िया है। बैंक निफ्टी में काफी मजबूती है। लेकिन अगर रिस्क लग रहा है तो पोजीशन हेज करें। बेहतर है चुनिंदा शेयरों में पोजीशन लेकर जाएं।

Tata Motors to expand portfolio from 9 to 15 models by FY2031

Tata Motors plans to expand its passenger vehicle portfolio from nine models currently to 15 by FY2031 as part of a broader product-led growth strategy. Speaking at its Investor Day presentation, the company said it has lined up more than 20 product interventions, including six all-new nameplates, over the next five years as it targets an 18-20 percent share of the passenger vehicle market.

Six new models planned

Upcoming Sierra.ev

Tata Motors said the expansion will be supported by six new nameplates, along with facelifts, powertrain updates, feature additions and new derivatives across its existing range. The company said the larger portfolio will help it expand into more segments and offer buyers a wider choice of body styles and powertrains.

Among the upcoming launches are the Sierra.ev, which is scheduled to debut on June 30, and the Safari.ev, expected to launch by the festive season this year. The company is also preparing to introduce the Avinya EV range, which is expected to arrive within the next year.

EVs and CNG to play a larger role

Tata Motors is targeting a 30 percent EV mix within its passenger vehicle portfolio by FY2031. Based on its overall volume ambitions, that translates to annual EV sales of around 350,000-400,000 units, representing a three-to-four-fold increase over current levels.

The company plans to expand its EV portfolio from six models to 10 and expects electric vehicles to account for 15-20 percent of the overall passenger vehicle market by FY2031.

Tata Motors also expects EVs and CNG vehicles together to account for around 45 percent of India’s passenger vehicle market by FY2031, reflecting growing demand for alternative powertrains.

Targets 1.2 million annual sales by FY2031

Tata Motors is targeting annual passenger vehicle sales of more than 1.2 million units by FY2031, up from around 640,000 units currently. The company is also aiming for an 18-20 percent share of the passenger vehicle market by the end of the decade.

The company also plans to increase annual manufacturing capacity from around 900,000 units to 1.3 million units over the next two to three years to support future volume growth.

जानकारी के अनुसार, कोहली को IPL 2026 फाइनल के दौरान चोट लगी थी। गुजरात टाइटंस के खिलाफ खिताबी मुकाबले में बल्लेबाजी करते समय वह रनिंग के दौरान असहज नजर आए थे, लेकिन दर्द के बावजूद उन्होंने मैच खत्म कर टीम को जीत दिलाई। बाद में कराए गए स्कैन में हैमस्ट्रिंग से जुड़ी समस्या सामने आई, जिसके बाद उन्हें आराम की सलाह दी गई है।

 

कोहली ने फाइनल में नाबाद 75 रन की शानदार पारी खेली थी और रॉयल चैलेंजर्स बेंगलुरु को लगातार दूसरी बार IPL चैंपियन बनाने में अहम भूमिका निभाई थी।

वैभव सूर्यवंशी की दीवानगी अब अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर फैल रही है और ऐसा लगता है कि इसने प्रसारक को अपनी रणनीति पर फिर से सोचने पर मजबूर कर दिया है। इंडिया ए टीम में उनके शामिल होने से लोगों में काफ़ी दिलचस्पी जागी है, जिसके चलते अधिकारियों ने श्रीलंका में होने वाली आगामी त्रिकोणीय श्रृंखला (जिसमें भारत, अफ़गानिस्तान और मेज़बान टीम शामिल हैं) का टीवी पर प्रसारण करने का फ़ैसला किया है।

इंडिया ए टीम की कप्तानी तिलक वर्मा कर रहे हैं, लेकिन इस सीरीज़ का आकर्षण 15 साल के युवा सनसनी वैभव सूर्यवंशी हैं। उन्होंने हाल ही में खत्म हुए आईपीएल में ऑरेंज कैप की दौड़ में 776 रन बनाकर धूम मचा दी थी। उनकी मौजूदगी ने इस त्रिकोणीय श्रृंखला का रुतबा बढ़ा दिया है और अधिकारियों को इस पर गंभीरता से सोचने पर मजबूर कर दिया है।
