मालवीय नगर, दिल्ली में जब भीषण आग ने सब कुछ अपनी चपेट में ले लिया था, तब लोगों के पास सिर्फ कुछ सेकंड थे अपनी जान बचाने के लिए।
इसी बीच एक साधारण-सी गद्दे की दुकान चलाने वाले रियाजुद्दीन मंसूरी और उनके बेटे अरमान ने बिना किसी डर और देरी के अपनी दुकान के 20–25 गद्दे और रजाइयां सड़क पर बिछा दीं।
वही गद्दे उस दिन कई लोगों के लिए उम्मीद बन गए, सुरक्षा बन गए और जीवन की ढाल बन गए।
जलती इमारत से कूदते लोगों को नीचे वही गद्दे संभाल रहे थे, और इसी वजह से करीब 8 जिंदगियां बच गईं।
इस कोशिश में उनका लगभग 2 लाख रुपये का सामान जल गया, लेकिन उन्होंने जो बचाया वो किसी भी कीमत से बड़ा था — इंसानियत और जिंदगियां। ❤️
क्योंकि कभी-कभी हीरो वर्दी में नहीं होते… वो बस सही वक्त पर सही फैसला ले लेते हैं।
